I purchased a Black+Decker soaker hose with 5 years guarantee , when I was on a tour to USA in August 2018 , because of it's light weight . I hand carried it in the flight to Sri Lanka . When I fixed the hose water started leaking from several places. With sheer disappointment managed to get a call to bond customer service . Kiani listen to my story and agreed to replace it. She did a very professional job from day one till I receive the replaced hose to my hands. I am very much impressed with the dedicated service and thank the Bond MFG team for replacing the hose and sending to a far away country , keeping the world standards of Black+ Decker.
