Wow....was I impressed! Like many companies they have a mission statement that's refers to customer service and how to exceed expectations. Most businesses just do not follow through...
Bond Manufacturing does "walk the talk." I was blown away about how they came through on a warranty claim where I was not expecting such an amazing outcome.
As an author on business books and one specifically on customer service, I am thrilled to find a company that is outstanding in their core values, follows through as promised and the people I conversed with could not have been any nicer.
