We purchased a used 2013 X3 from BMW Toronto. The service from the first minute we walked in the door to when we picked up the keys was perfect. The staff was patient, accommodating, and took the time to ensure we knew all the details of how the car operates. We will certainly be repeat customers.

Generally I write review if an enterprise provide excellent service and deserve to be praised or they are so shoddy that public should know and avoid. I bought a used 4 series on July 20/20, and here is my experience:
Found the car on BMW website at 8:00 am called the dealer at 9:00 am, test drive the car at 1:pm, put the deposit at 2:00 pm, Sale associate Mas was simply the best, polite, professional,and courteous. car supposed to be certified in one week, I gave them two weeks , It had a few dings and scuffs on the bumpers and needed 3 new tires.The day of delivery I got phone call that the clear coating on newly painted bumper is peeling off and car had to be sent back to paint shop. I said Ok then.
So the next delivery date was Aug 10/20. when I saw the car I noticed they did not change the tires, in fact DOT of one tire showed 2013 when car even was not made! Poor sale associate Mas apologized several times and asked his manager to come up and check himself. It was very interesting to see a BMW certified series ready to pick up with literally no tires! whoever reads this review from BMW Toronto, Do you understand the magnitude of your error? I could have picked up this so called certified car, put my kid on it, hit the highway and share the road with others! Do you see anything concerning?! I leave it up to you and your morale if any!
Anyway back to story, The Manager came up and made no eye contact and started talking to sale associate for a few minutes, I noticed I better approach him since he is ignoring me, So I walked to him and told him what happened and asked him please do not waste my time and jeopardize peoples safety! all he said was OK! and walked away!?

Again to whom that read this from BMW, Train your so called Manager
the very basic of human courtesy like " I am sorry, It should not have happened, I'll make sure this will not happen again"

long story short I eventually picked up my car on Aug 19,20. 1 month later!?
Here how I rate this dealer, Sales: 5 Solid Star worked like Swiss watch.
Service ZERO! cheap job.

And for sure I will never ever will go back to this dealership for service, it is simply Dangerous!

After a week of my posted review a gentleman name Micheal Kucyi called from dealership and introduced himself as a new manager, He acknowledged my concerns and apologized. They were a few overlooked
matters (again related to service department and QC process which was non-existent at the time) that I noticed after picking up the car and he addressed them all. Micheal was polite and genuinely cared about his responsibilities. he gets five big stars as he deserves them. I will Change my rating from 0 to 4 and YES, way to go Micheal and BMW Toronto !

Overall excellent service! Just put a down payment on my new x3 and cannot wait for pick-up. Buying experience was fantastic and Bo Zhu was extremely helpful throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend BMW Toronto.

I I have been to the Sunlight Park dealership many...

I I have been to the Sunlight Park dealership many times because it is close to where where I live in downtown Toronto. I prefer Parkview BMW, but it s out of the way. Anyhoo, This time I m prompted to leave a review. I took my BMW in recently for 3 recall items to be fixed, and another minor issue.

The good: Everything was fixed properly and ready the next day.
I remained in contact with Richard via text, and the billing process and payment easy.

The bad: Post Covid, I guess they fired the guys who drive the shuttles. They no longer offered shuttle service so you had to find your way home, and to get there. They didn t even offer a taxi chit, coffee, or a BMW trinket for your inconvenience.
Richard said he would have my car washed. That s something they use to do. When I went to get my car the next day, it was just as dirty as ever.
My FOB and invoice was in the glove compartment, so I drove my contactless experienced car to my regular guy to get washed and detailed.
When asked, Richard had no answer as to why the car wasn t washed, and just as importantly why someone else s invoice with all their information was in my glove compartment. He had sent mine via email, yet he still asked me if I had gotten my invoice and FOB. Dude, how else did I know what to pay, and why would I drive off without my original FOB? I had to ask him what he was smoking, because he was not referencing our conversation with HIS instructions from the previous day.

Customer service is so very important these days and if you are not willing to take an interest in your customers and do the little things that matter then you won t get repeat business. Everyone needs (repeat) business these days. So treat your customers like gold., because you need us. But do we really want you, or would we rather give our hard earned money to some other business that actually cares?!

We ( Me and Wife) were recently in this showroom and meet a very wonderful and knowledgeable gentlemen Usama. Since this is our First Car he walked us through each and every step and guided us all along the way. He was patient all along, it took us 2 visits to finalize the deal. Everyone in the dealership was very Curtis and very nice. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Usama if he is available to assist you, half of your job is done. Usama offers the best deal. We ordered BMW X3 2016 which will be delivered in the next few days, looking fwd :).

The BMW Toronto dealership truly defines best in class customer experience. From the first phone call the full team was engaged. Steve Quinn was very pleasant and offered various options to meet my needs. He quickly connected me with his top salesperson Enrico DiFede who delivered superior customer service. Although Enrico was on his holiday, he called and made all the necessary arrangements. He was very knowledgeable and detailed, which made my buying experience very easy. He connected me with his management office Janet Nguyen and Kashif Qureshi who took care of all my requirements. They all worked hard to meet a very aggressive delivery time. Their great teamwork is obviously what has led them to a exceed customer expectations. The entire process went very smoothly and quickly with no hiccups. On delivery date the team was unbelievable in accommodating all my asks and the Genius Colin Burch was very pleasant to deal with. He covered all the necessary details and his communication skills made the delivery process very easy.

A final nice touch, was as soon as Enrico came back from his holiday, he called to check on things. Thank you so much to everyone!

We live out of town, and we worked with Jamie Wagdin on the purchase of a used vehicle at BMW Toronto. He was professional and courteous, and helped us make all the arrangements ahead of time via email so that we were able to drive into the city, spend an hour at the dealership and leave with our new (used) car. Great customer service! I picked up my pre-owned 320i from BMW Toronto a couple of days ago. Barrington Hibbert, the sales consultant that assisted me throughout the entire process was very professional and friendly. Excellent service! Shuttle service is amazing! They even paid 14.00 for a taxi when they couldn't make to pick me up at my work as they were overloaded. Never charged me a cent for what broke and was under warranty! Service and Sales staff are friendly, polite and well trained. Kevin Liu is an amazing salesperson and knows very well the cars he is selling ! Before leasing the car 3 years ago, visited Volvo and Audi to then realize BMW Toronto is in a different level. The purchase experience was the best. Surprised me and my wife. 3 years of great service and we are leasing there again for 3 more years! 6 years in total and the way they treat us, we are staying as loyal customers for many more years to come!

HUGE COMMITMENT ISSUE , bought my first car couple...

HUGE COMMITMENT ISSUE , bought my first car couple of weeks ago only to find out that it has few scratches on it and rim was scuffed and when i went back to ask why is wasnt brought up by the person who did the detailing, and the response i got from maintenance person was "shoulder shrug". Sales person ALEXANDER, originally told me that navigation will have live traffic updates and i asked him this question during test drive and guess what? it didn't have and when i asked to look in to it. they came up with $1500 that i need to pay to get the ConnectedDrive feature, which again suppose to be part of the package as per sales person ALEXANDER. 5 days ago i spoke with the sales guy and asked about speaking with someone from management to share my overall experience and he said, he is sending email right now and someone have yet to contact me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THERE COMMITMENT TO DELIVER SERVICE THAT CUSTOMERS EXPECT FROM BMW. I was really excited for getting this car, but now i feel like i have stuck myself with a team of people that i cant even trust especially when i have already come across with 3 issues with this car within the first month.Lesson Learned: DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORDS!

I wish to comment on the excellent service I recently received from your sales representative George Stefankiewicz. I have been buying and leasing cars for many, many years. George is by far the best representative I have ever had. His knowledge and expertise in advising and helping to decide whether to buy or lease was superb! My recent transaction with him I would rate as 20 out of 10. It doesn't get much better than that! Sadly it was time for me to return my car but George will have my husband and certainly have me as a customer if I do decide to get another lease for years to come. If he ever leaves BMW Toronto we will track him down.

I was from out of the country and a check engine l...

I was from out of the country and a check engine light came on. They said they could get it in quickly on the phone. When I showed up they said 24 to 48 hours. We scheduled it in for two days later and they called and said they couldn't get it in it was an 8 hour drive home. Thankfully it was drivable and we made it home wothout a problem. I'm just glad the problem wasn't worse. The BMW dealer at home is a lot more helpful and will even give out a loner car at no charge. Worst dealer experience I have ever had.

After taking a delivery of my BMW yesterday, all I can say that I am very disappointed with this dealership. At the end, it feels as if they do not have any appreciation/respect for customer s time as well as there is a disaccord between the guys in sales/business managers and service. But let s start from the beginning
I was negotiating over the phone and email with BMW Toronto sales rep for the 2016 BMW 335i GT with 78km on it. After going back and fort for few days, I have made a final offer and sales representative asked me for a credit card for down payment. I told him that I cannot give him over the phone but instead I will be at the dealership in couple of days and provide him with my credit card at that time. I came to the dealership as promised and met with sales representative, inspected the car (had 79km on it) and went upstairs to finalize the paperwork. Sales rep took the paperwork to the manager for sign off. However, when he came back in his hands there was a counteroffer from the manager. I told him right away that I was disappointed by this and that I thought they accepted my offer and I was here to finalize everything not continue negotiating. I left very disappointed to say the least.
After the weekend, I received the email from sales rep where he apologized for the previous week informing me they have accepted my terms and that he will need my credit car. Here we go again. I went back there again, and we finalized the deal. Met with Business Manager, went over detail and said the car will be ready for delivery in a week time (Wednesday). He was also to provide me with a quote for additional work, which he did in a day time and I have agreed to proceed with additional work (chip protection). The following Tuesday I have called the Business Manager and asked him if the M Performance Power Kit could also be installed in a car and rolled into my financing. He confirmed that they can do it and provided me with a quote. I told him to go ahead. The following day I followed up with sales rep to see how this additional work will affect my new delivery date (Friday) and was told that M Performance Power kit can t be installed in my vehicle without installation of upgraded exhaust (additional cost). I was taken aback, and sent email to both sales rep and Business Manager not to proceed with this work. In the mean time, I got a price from Budd s BMW in Oakville for M Performance Power Kit installation (without exhaust) and set up installation time to be after the delivery of the vehicle at BMW Toronto.
Delivery day came and to my surprise BMW Toronto didn t have winter tires ready for me to take them home with car. I was told to come back and pick them up at another day. I have also inspected the car an noticed that car was missing a cargo cover. Sales rep apologized again, and told me that it somehow disappeared and that it was on order. I can pick it up at another date and will be notified when it comes in. My final surprise was when I started the car and noticed that the car had additional 100km on it since the time I have purchased it. That was a final straw for me as I can only have imagined how the vehicle was driven for that additional time that was clocked in since the time I have purchased it.
At the end, very disappointed with this dealership. They didn t respect my time and with that me as customer (I will probably have to log at least one more trip to this dealership), didn t get M Performance Power package installed and rolled into finance as promised and the final let down of car not being 100% ready for delivery. At the end, at least somebody had fun with my car driving it for 100km. Good bye BMW Toronto hello Budd s BMW Oakville.

My dealer wss the best dealer I ever met. Seriously, I have really bed experience with most of BMW dealrships in Ontario... I was looking for used BMW, so I have to go shop around... I lost total $3,000 for made deposits... However, My dealer name Les Bulkar, he made me so happy that his service was very nice from day 1 to pick up the car. They had little delay on pick up day, so he rented me brand new 2017 car :) It was great experience and now I am telling everyone around me if they looking for BMW, they should go visit him and don't waste their time.
I'm sure othr BMW dealers make you feel great, but he even gave me a great deal and perfect deal that I was looking for. Thank you!

My experience at BMW Toronto has been great from the moment I entered the doors. Being a car enthusiast I was searching for a specific model and colour BMW for two months prior to visiting this dealership and purchasing certified pre-owned with Simon Yarwood. Prior to this experience I had visited 3 other BMW dealerships in the GTA area with no luck of finding the right car or coming to an agreement on terms and price.
Simon is a great guy, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic on the
product, and made the purchasing process very straight forward and easy. Thanks again for all your help Simon and the staff at BMW Toronto. My experience has been great, especially being a 1st time BMW owner. This car is an absolute pleasure to drive, perfect mix of luxury, sports and performance !! ;-)

To be honest, I have owned or had a BMW since I was child. In the last 10 years, I have watched as the customer service and quality of the BMW brand has significantly decreased, year over year.
After my last lease was up, I vowed to never get another BMW again. However, after meeting Wilbur (FANTASTIC SALES REP!) We opted to get another M series BMW. Wilbur was great, he made it easy for us to want another BMW.
Once the purchase was made, thats when service went downhill. We had issues with the electronics in our vehicle since day 1. Everything from Seat-belt malfunction warning, to faulty collision warnings-resulting in our cruise control not working properly since we purchased the vehicle. Imagine spending 20k+ on a vehicle each year, and not having cruise control?? I could spend a quarter of that and have functioning electronics, remote start, nav, a working seat-belt, etc.
Moreover, the fact they tried to 1) make us pay for diagnostics to be done on a brand new vehicle, and 2) informed us that obviously this was caused by something we've done to the vehicle... is ludicrous. After a lengthy fight with the Service Manager (who was very rude and ignorant), we opted to come pickup the vehicle without any work being done.
To our surprise when we arrived, the vehicle was neither washed or cleaned on the inside.... again something that 2 other dealerships we've used in the past have ALWAYS done. Not a full detail, but a quick tidy and wash.
Anyways, we are now escalating the issue, and will never get a BMW AGAIN! Or use BMW Toronto for their services.
There are other fantastic brands with much better quality, and service you come to expect from higher end luxury car companies.

The only reason I'm giving it a 2 stars and not a ...

The only reason I'm giving it a 2 stars and not a 1 is because the sales department and reception are amazing! Mackenzie goes above and beyond. I highly recommend you get in touch with her if you're looking to get a BMW.

The issue is with the Service department. I brought in my BMW i8 bought from another province towed after it broke down only 4 days into me owning it.

Initially told I wouldn't get a loaner car because they didn't have any available and because I didn't purchase the i8 from their dealership but rather another BMW retailer. I had to go back and forth arguing in order for them to give me a loaner car (only after they found out I was planning on upgrading into the newest model in 6 months and potentially getting an X7) - miraculously, there were about 6-7 available to choose from. Took the "best" one which was an X3. Got a call the next day asking for it back saying they sold it. The staff said he prepared me a better car closer to the value. Only to be given an X1 - a vehicle 4-5x less than the value of the i8. When I came by another day, the staff agent that called was surprised I was given the x1 seeing as how he prepared me a better car.

No one seemed to know or could give information into what was wrong with my car. I had to show up in-person each day to get more and more info. Later they said it would be a $10k + 1 month job to replace entire hybrid system. After BMW Canada got involved, it somehow became only a 1 part replacement.

I had authorized an night drive by a manager (never give your consent for this). Later found out it was a technician. I was under the impression it would be "around the block". Turned out my car was driven (I tracked it via the GPS) 100-150km to a school, a shopping centre for several hours before staying at a house in Ajax overnight. They insisted this was normal but clearly it was taken for a joyride and to run errands. They claimed within a few kms they noticed issues. If that's the case, why continue to drive it another 100+km rather than return it to the shop right away?

Long story short, when my car was finally done after 2.5 weeks, it was returned to me very dirty. There was black marks all over my beige interior, there was candy wrappers inside the car and in the trunk, the fuel was used up and the battery was empty - they didn't even return the car refueled or recharged. Exterior was dirty as well. In additional, the car's GPS was deactivated - I assume before the 2nd night drive so I wouldn't give them an issue. However, I have a 3rd party tracking system in the car.

Despite informing them through their after service form about the above issue, as well as BMW Canada saying they will tell them to contact me, it's been a month and nothing. No call. No apology. No offer to get the car clean or reimburse me for the detailing I had to get.

Needless to say, BMW as a whole lost on another $300k in business as I won't be purchasing the newest i8 or the x7 at year end as I had planned. Even though it's a couple kms away from me, I will be taking my car to get serviced at another bmw location much further away as I just don't trust them.

Remember, this is an i8 we're talking about. Their supposed top of the line car.

Both Aston Martin offered me a vantage to match the price of an i8 and Audi offered the same for their R8 after they found out how I was treated.

My experience at BMW Toronto has been nothing but amazing. Our sales rep Samir Umer was clear and helpful from the get-got. We weren t sure what to get but after talking with Samir we ended up ordering 2019 X5 and it couldn t have been a better decision. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything about the deal and the car before ordering
I would recommend BMW Toronto and especially Sam Umer.

I purchased my BMW X1 from Toronto BMW dealership. May I just say, by far the best experience. Jerry the salesman was very nice and kind, and made the whole process so easy. Masud the salesman, was also a very big help when I was picking up the car. I had alot of questions, and Raffi the service manager answered it all for me. If you plan on buying a used BMW like I did, you won't regret coming here. They do full inspection, and go beyond to get everything done to your expectations. By far the best dealership I've ever gone to. I would recommend everyone who is looking for a used, or new car to come here.

My wife and I just bought our first BMW form Samir. Samir is extremely knowledgeable and professional sales person. Did not rush us at all and made sure he answered all our questions. The highlight of the deal was that I feel I got the deal and the car I wanted and Samir was competent enough to meet my expectations. Gave a me a very fair price and arranged delivery to suit my schedule. Very pleased with the overall experience.

The experience at this location is terrible EVERY ...

The experience at this location is terrible EVERY time we go in. From incompetent diagnostics, to refusing to honour our warranty, to not doing the services requested and not telling us, not to mention every time we come in/deal with someone new there seems to be no record of our previous transaction. We've also been waiting since March to see if scratches on our car are covered under the extra scratch warranty we purchased.

I went in 6 weeks after purchasing our "showroom ready" vehicle and was told it needed brakes. Went back 2 mos later, they said it didn't need brakes, the next time they said it did, and so on.

I've come in there for service appts and been sent away as the "guy" who does that work is never in on the day they booked my appt. due to that the next time I was in I was out of warranty for the service, and even though it was their fault it wasn't done in warranty, the refused to honour it and offered me 10% off when I spoke to management who said it was really my fault anyway.

Once when I used the pickup service to be brought back to get my car, even though I was 10 min from the dealership, the driver made me sit through a 50min car ride uptown to pick up another customer.

They also charge for a loaner vehicle and staff have told me they are the only location that doesn't provide the service free of charge.

They made me regret ever buying another BMW.

We would highly recommend Usama Khan from BMW Toronto for support. My husband knows cars far better than I do, however, I appreciate that Usama took the time to help me understand the features of the vehicle and how it would fit with our lifestyle. He took the time to understand our needs and worked closely with my husband to meet those needs. We didn't feel the pressure you would normally experience out of car dealerships, which really made the decision of working with Usama easy. We've had our car for a month now and are so happy with it and thoroughly enjoy it. Also a quick thank you to the product geniuses that walked us through our features. The pick up of the vehicle was really a fun experience! We felt very special, thanks so much. We'll be back for that fully electric in due time!! :)

Hey guys my names Fabian Balgobin so i purchased a vehicle from this dealership 1 year ago. I noticed about a month ago that the paint on the l bumper and upper bumper was peeling. So i took it to Markham BMW(very amazing dealership) which they then told me that my cars left side bumper has been completely re-done. And that my warranty was not covered at there dealership and that i had to go to the dealership to which i purchased the vehicle which was (BMW Toronto).BMW Toronto never spoke to me about any alterations to the vehicle when i bought it so i found it very disturbing to find this out. Keep in mind when i got this car i got all of the warranty and paint protection for situations like this. I was told by the service adviser on the phone that it probably wouldn't be covered under warranty. They said that i had to send in pictures of my car through e-mail for them to do an investigation to see if i was covered. Since then i have not been contacted which was over a month ago. I am now due for an oil change and re-fuse to do so because of the poor service i have been receiving from you guys. This is the 3rd problem ive had with you guys. The last problem was the scratched front bumper that you guys gave me when i purchased with the car and the broken front grill.. I left a review here a few months ago as well. I was contacted by Dan Reber and the problem was fixed fair enough. But BMW Markham told me the job they did on the bumper was horrible and that they didn't do a good job painting and sanding down the car, likely leading to the peeling of the paint from my car. Definitely not satisfied with this car, be careful guys!

Bought a 2019 X4 2 week ago. I realized that the vehicle has lighting issue where I cannot control the lights and the car doesn t turn on night mode. I sent in for a diagnosis but the unprofessional technicians cannot fix the problem and said the lighting for all x4 are not adjustable. I have had 3 Bimmers and it is the first time I have this issue. I regret to make my purchase at this dealership and it s a waste of time to have service done here.

I had an excellent experience at BMW Toronto and left with my first ever BMW! I arrived in BMW Toronto and was quickly greeted by the friendly staff. I was assigned Andy - he was helpful, intelligent and very friendly! He went through every detail regarding the car, contract and maintenance schedule. When I went to pick up my new car, Andy was supposed to be off; however, he came in on his off day just to make sure everything was ok with the car and administration. I couldn't have asked for more from Andy and BMW Toronto. I look forward to the next one!

brought our 328 in for it's scheduled maintenance. When we picked it up from the dealership we drove out and heard a clicking noise. We checked and found a big screw stuck in the tire. Went back to the dealership. Sales manager refused to accept responsibility. So our scheduled inspection turned into an almost $350 tire change. Not impressed.

One Star - I have been a loyal BMW customer since buying my second car. I have had one issue to date however recently I have had a very poor experience. The service staff were not personable at all and BMW Toronto called me for feedback. When I gave my honest feedback the lady was extremely defensive and rude, they said that the issue was with me the consumer not with them. This is very disappointing, the fact that BMW Toronto only welcomes positive feedback and does nothing to the concerns of their brand loyal customers is the lowest level of customer service I have been exposed to for any mid/high end brand. I offered BMW Toronto to reach out to me and address this issue if they still want to which they have not responded and I am not surprised. I plan on selling my BMW and already booked test drives with Audi and Mercedes and plan to share this experience with the market and my story of how not to lose a loyal customer.

With the fantastic knowledge and recommendations of Lee Chenoweth and Satchel Ives, we decided on the purchase of the X7. Satchel was wonderful! Not pushy, knowledgeable and efficient and accurate with answers to our concerns and gave us valid feedback based on our needs from a new vehicle! This was my first experience dealing with this Dealer and strangely enough I was buying a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. I only dealt with the front desk and one sales person. En entry the front desk person was super pleasant and friendly. She called the sales rep, Eiraj Yad and invited me to have a seat in the lounge and offered me some fruit once we were talking. Eiraj Yad was a delight to work with once he got the hang of my "senior" sense of humour (I'm not too shy). I'm from at least 2 hours out of Toronto so his communication via e-mail was essential. All my questions were answered and he even gave me a follow up e-mail to see if I had any questions about the vehicle after I picked it up. We also spoke on the phone during the process when it just wasn't practical to use e-mail. I would recommend buying from Eiraj anytime. A very nice, professional, young man. The people I dealt with get a 5 star but I graded the company 4 star as the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas when I picked it up; unlike any other dealer that I've dealt with.

We had been shopping around for a new car for a few months and from the moment we walked into BMW Toronto we were treated with exceptional service. We worked with Samir Umer from the beginning and we never felt pressured or rushed throughout the entire process. Purchasing a new car can be extremely overwhelming and the last thing you need is a pushy salesman! Originally we didn't think we would end up going with BMW as we were exploring many different options at the time but we instantly hit it off with Samir and we just felt that he understood us. On the day we finalized the purchase we had joked around that my birthday was 5 days away and that it would be amazing to have the new car by then. Little did we know that Samir pulled some strings and made it happen, what a surprise! Overall we are very pleased with our car and our experience at BMW Toronto.

I made a mistake and made an appointment with park view BMW instead of BMW Toronto! however when I got there the reception staff were incredibly helpful and made me a new appointment and I met up with Mujtaba Hassan. Mujtaba was extremely helpful and helped me find a nice car and helped me trade in my older one for a great deal! also when i had to pick up the car, he was away on family emergency but he made an exception for me and came in at 11 PM at night to give me my car so I can leave at 5 am with my flight! what a service! wow

The 5 star is only intended to give to my sales representative - Samir Umer. He was nice, patient and got me a good deal.

Have picked an individual color to build. Initially I was told that the car can be delivered by the end of December 2015 (signed the deal at the beginning of November). Sometime later, I was told that the car can only be delivered at the end of Feb 2016 as it is an individual color. Samir checked with me to see if I still want to keep my order since it exceeds 3 months. But eventually I kept the order. However, 4 months to build and deliver a car with individual color is way too long. But the experience with Samir was good and I would recommend him to other customers.

Although, hospitality to customers need to/can be improved by the "managers".

Hope the service department can provides exceptional services as well in the future. Will definitely see.

I don t usually write reviews, however I felt after the continuous excellent service that I have had from Abiram that it was the least I could do. I was thinking of purchasing a used BMW and I wanted to set up an appointment to have the car looked at prior to me purchasing it. I contact this dealership to set up an appointment and Abiram was the one who answered the phone. He took his time and answered all my questions and believe me there were a lot of questions. He searched VIN# and found that the servicing was done at his location. He spent quite a bit of time just answering my questions in detail and always had a smile in his tone. He went beyond what was required of him in his job role; he recommended another location that would be able to accommodate my schedule as I needed the pre inspection done ASAP. I contacted Abiram a couple of times after purchasing the car, as I had more questions in regards to the servicing that was already done by the previous owner. At no point did I feel as though I was being rushed off the phone or that he was annoyed of my continuous contact. Every time I have spoken to him he has been nothing but professional and very helpful. This means a lot me as I did not buy this car new or from his location, so he would have nothing to gain. I had better service from him than I had from the sales person that I purchased the car from. He has provided me with excellent customer service and as a person that has been in the service industry for over 16 years this definitely does not go on notice. So again I just want to thank you Abiram for making me feel like a valued customer, there are a lot of places that could adopt your approach to customer service.

I just recently took delivery of my Off Make Vehicle (Ford Mustang) from BMW Toronto last week. The whole buying experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish. My Sales Consultant was Mr. Barrington Hibbert who is superb. This transaction was not typical for me as I do not live local to the area so there was a lot of communication with Barrington required before I even came to see the car in person. After seeing the car the car for the first time, it was exactly what I had hoped for and was exactly how Barrington portrayed the car to be. It was a very easy decision for me to now buy this car from BMW Toronto. The customer service they extended to me before and after I picked up my car was spectacular and I would welcome the opportunity to purchase another vehicle from them. Thank-you BMW Toronto for a great car and Thank-you Barrington and the rest of the staff/management involved with my purchase for making it a very positive experience.

Parts Department is terrible. Their email address never works and people rarely ever pick up the phone. I placed an order for a part for my M8 Cabriolet a few weeks ago now, and the Order Status still shows "Received" even though they state that their products ship in 2-4 working days. I highly suggest going to a different BMW dealership as this one is quite literal garbage, and I probably wouldn't want to hand over the keys to my car to a business that isn't managed properly. I also would never recommend this dealership to anybody I know that drives a BMW. Save yourself time, frustration, a headache, and go elsewhere!

We worked with Satchel when we upgraded our car from a dated 330i to an X5. We had specific needs to address and Satchel went above and beyond to make it special. He gave us more info than we knew we needed. He was a wealth of knowledge! He even hooked us up with a personalised set up- session for both of us so we could each customise our settings. While I'd like to think that he treated us "special", and like no other, I bet he offers this depth of service to all of his clients. It was evident in the passion he has for his job.

We just wanted to take a moment to reflect on my recent experience with BMW DOWNTOWN.

We spent the last few weeks searching for an additional vehicle. The search started online. We were requesting preliminary information from dealers , hoping to narrow down our search.-and minimize our travels (as we reside out of town)
When I made an online request of BMW DOWNTOWN- AMBROSS IP immediately responded. He was very clear and concise, answering all our questions, and leaving us with the confidence he would support our search. We were provided with all requisite documentation . Further, any concerns we had were directly addressed .
When we proceeded to visit the BMW DOWNTOWN dealership, we were treated in a kind and courteous manner -starting at the front door.
Ambross had the vehicle staged indoors for us. He proceeded to show us all the features and functionality of the car. He also provided a detailed maintenance history and test drive.
We were subsequently introduced to his supervisors-Lee and Raffi. At this time we reviewed all the terms of a potential purchase -no surprises-no drama! Totally professional!
Kevin Liu , the business manager , reviewed all financing terms and warranty options. He further demonstrated BMW Toronto s commitment to customer satisfaction.

The ensuing decision to purchase from Bmw Downtown was the only one that made sense!

Professional , attentive, and engaged staff. Everything was perfect -from car to coffee!

And yes, the pricing was competitive.

At time of pick-up - the vehicle was prepared as promised! A second review of all the features was completed in a very calm and detailed manner.

The day following the purchase Ambross reached out again to ensure we were enjoying our new vehicle experience.

We will conclude by saying BMW Toronto staff demonstrated exceptional customer care-something your industry peers should take note of and embrace.

Needed rush service for brake problem. I was flying out of town Friday, though I could drop off car and pick up when I returned. At first I was told first appointment in two weeks. After begging they said bring car in early in morning. Only one small issue, if I did not pick up car when ready they would charge a storage fee of $65 + HST. If I left car for the weekend plus a few days storage could have $325+++ plus tax. Charging a customer $65/day to keep the car a few days is, in my opinion outrageous!
