We recently purchased our BMW 328i Xdrive from BMW Toronto. It's a thrill to get into your first BMW, and I can think of no better representative than Mujtaba (Mush) Hassan to help you get into yours. Mush's confident approach towards our purchase was truly more personal and genuine than any other we've experienced in the premium car industry. The BMW Toronto Finance and Service teams showed their best effort too, and our customer experience was very positive.

I recently purchased a new BMW X1 from BMW Toronto...

I recently purchased a new BMW X1 from BMW Toronto, and had likely the most positive car shopping experience ever. Adrian was super knowledgeable on the vehicle, and worked closely to ensure my needs were met - Kashif, the Sales Manager, was very transparent and open as we worked through the pricing. Frankly, I didn't feel pressured or at any point in in time uncomfortable through the process! Completely changed my impression of car shopping. The level of attention and customer service that both Adrian and Kashif showed me through the process was excellent. I highly recommend the both of them and BMW Toronto.

They really do not care about making sales. Was on AutoTrader looking into details around the going cost of 2016 BMW X1's, saw one from BMW Toronto and I sent over a message via the "Inquire About this Vehicle" section and I get the following email back from a sales rep.

Hi MyName,

My name is Z(Name omitted) and I am a sales consultant from BMW Toronto. I responded to your inquiry on Tuesday regarding a X1 we had in stock.

That X1 you were interested was sold already. But we have more X1 in stocks that you might be interested. We just received a few lease returns in the last couple of days.

If you find another X1 that you are interested on our website I will be happy to assist you further.

(**Clearly here you can see that Mr/Ms Z has no real intention of assisting, what they should have done is gone thought there own inventory and posted a few links for the customer to look at, but instead they want the customer to do all of that on there own. You're not going to make much sales if you're telling customers that a few lease returns have come in but its up to them to go look for it and then come talk to you. To be realistic if the customer was looking on AutoTrader high chances are that they are going to go back to AutoTrader to look for cars not your Website**)

To be blunt this is just plain lazy. Now I can only think of how the service must be if buying the car is do it yourself centered.

I am assuming it might go something like "Sir you're in luck because we just received a shipment of parts in the last couple of days which might suit your needs. If you go find the parts to repair your car in our service bay I will be happy to assist you further."

So I took my 228i into service last week. I asked ...

So I took my 228i into service last week. I asked them to do 3 things:
1) Repair scratched rim
2) Repair scratch on the roof and a large stone chip the hood
3) Replace wiper blades

What they actually did:
1) Restored the rims perfectly, but fogot to refill the tyres
2) Repaired damage on the roof like new, but the chip on the hood they simply touched it with a black marker
3) Replaced driver's side wiper blade, but the one on the right side is clearly still an old blade

The first issue I noticed right away and came back to refill, but the other two I didn't notice until later.
In total I paid a thousand bucks for this service.

Great parts experience. I Just purchased an X5 from another dealer. On my way to Blue Mountain this weekend, I stopped in at BMW Toronto to purchase an I pad holder for the trip. The young lady behind the counter asked the Parts Manager to help fit it to the head rest. They noticed that vehicle was filled to capacity with our luggage. He recommended a roof box for the trip. He noticed my uncertainty about the purchase, so he gave me the option to rent it for the weekend. The assistant parts manager, and parts manager fit the box to my truck free of charge. I returned to the dealership on Monday to purchase the very useful box. My 76 year old mother and kids had a great road trip north.

Everything always seems to take forever, dropping a car off for service 1 hour, picking it up the same.

Tip - if the shuttle driver is taking forever, call your service rep and they can comp you a taxi to get you to the dealership. Enjoy!

After purchasing and dealing with 2 other BMW Dealerships in the past and being quite satisfied with their knowledge and professionalism I went to BMW Toronto to make an offer on a vehicle after the lease on my current BMW expired. The salesman Zheng Wang was not knowledgeable and the Sales Manager Dan Deber disrespectful. Certainly wont be buying there.

The sales rep. didn't know anything about the options or specs of the cars. I had to prompt them to realize the 3-series could come in a manual, that is a pretty basic thing to know. The dealer wants to force you to sign a waiver to test drive a car. I have never seen this before, nor is it reasonable to request. Your insurance and the dealers insurance is more than enough to protect them in the unlikely event of an accident. I explained this and they said they wanted me to pay for the deductible. I asked them to update the form to say that, and they refused. The "manager" said "We sell 2000 cars a year and other people sign it". So because they sell so much they don't care about customers anymore, that says a lot.

AVOID. Dealer made large error and they failed to honour a signed bill of sale and deliver the car because they had miscalculated lease payments. Manager accused us of lying when it was their error. They do not honour their contractual obligations.

Had a great experience with BMW at this location. I went there as a loyal Mercedes to check my other options and Samir Umer convinced me to change to BMW. He helped me a lot from the beginning till the end even though we faced an order problem he went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I'm currently driving my new 540 and love everything about it. Overall I recommend visiting this location and remember to ask for Samir Umer, you wont regret it!

I went to BMW TO yesterday to look at X2 model and potentially buy it the same day. I was assigned to a new guy who started at BMW 6 months ago (name of the person: Kent). All started really well, he did his job asking me "what would make me happy" in terms of colour and features. I said, I am fixed on budget and colours did not matter as long as we fit in to the budget. I've made my own research and I was ready with bunch of questions. We took the x2 for a test drive and I did like how the car was handling the road. When we sat down and start talking offers, I keep getting push towards premium packages - which I don't really wanted. All I wanted is to have a car (base model ) with car play on it. However, Kent continued to push towards premium packages and keep saying that he is doing me a great deal of discount. But hearing I am getting discount but never actually understand what the discount was - did pissed me off. In the end I wasn't sure if he is looking at my interest at all and I said - I won't do purchase today and I have to rethink. I asked for the rebate and he said there is no such thing but on BMW website - there is clearly rebate indicated when you calculate the price. What I don't understand is the following: How come a premium brand like BMW never educate their sales guys to look after their client interest - in the end the business exist because of loyal people like us who own and drive BMWs. At the end Kent said, if you are going to buy today - I am willing to do you an offer for X1. I said, I would love to get an offer and compare the prices but not sure if I will be buying today. And his reply was: " If you want to buy it tomorrow, come tomorrow and we can discuss and do an offer". For the love of god kid, go lear some soft skills. And BMW - you guys offer an outstanding cars but I can't say the same for your service. Best of luck! I am going to check other brands. And for the community manager who replies back with a same feedback, please do not waist your time replaying. If you really want to hear me out - you have my contacts on your database.

My husband and I walked into BMW Toronto with the intention of just test driving a vehicle. At this point we had been to countless dealerships and dealt with numerous salespeople. We later learned the car wasn t a good fit for us and while usually salespeople will push just about any other car on you, that did not happen here at BMW Toronto. We had the privilege of working with Satchel who found a car that was a perfect fit for us. Thank you Satchel for your straight up honesty and no-pressure demeanor. We love our new 3 series. If you are looking for a new or used BMW this is the place to go and Satchel is your man!

Samir Umer, provided me with the best experience at BMW. If you are looking to buy a car, make sure to make a stop and visit Samir, even if BMW is not on your list.

I have been a BMW owner for 12 years, it was time to start looking for a new car. BMW was not on my list, as I found the services department had declined at BMW Toronto, where I purchased my first car. I just happened to stroll into the show room one day, as my car was being serviced. Samir came by and introduced himself, he took the time, he showed me the new 5 series, even though I told Samir I was not purchasing another BMW, I was looking to buy another brand, and explained to him why BMW was not in the running. He said "no pressure, I'll just explain what's new in the BMW 5 series". He spend about 45min. with me, I was very impressed, he suggested I go for a test drive, and then I could compare with the other brands that I'm considering. So I did, made an appointment for a test drive, Samir spend more time reviewing all the options and making it very hard not to consider BMW. After all that, BMW was in the running once again. I ended up buying the new 5 series. Once again Samir, was there. Making sure that my order was perfect. He gave us the best deal and the best service ever. My husband and I were very impressed. But it didn't end with sale, after the order was placed, Samir update us weekly to advise us the stages the car was at. To the very end Samir was there. Picking up the car, he spent 3hrs explaining the car.

Samir is one of a kind, he is informative about his BMWs, (his knowledge about BMW is amazing) friendly, honest, doesn't pressure, takes his time with the client. I have never had this experience buying a car before. Samir has a way about him, he insures that his clients have a 5star experience.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service depar...

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service department of BMW Toronto. Since I bought it new from them less than a year ago ( I only have 17,000 kms on the car) I have had to take it for repair 7 times.
1) the seat broke and wouldnt move. Had to go into the shop twice
2) the Bluetooth stopped working , had to go back twice to get this fix because the problem came back
3) engine light : took it in to investigate 3 times and they couldn t tell me why the engine light keeps coming back

Considering I paid $70K for this car I expect more. I am extremely annoyed and frustrated with the service department and their inability to fix the problem THE FIRST VISIT

Also it seem their service department is overloaded and way too busy to deal with problems

He was amazing - he listened well, worked with us to get us the best deal for our budget and has continued to provide excellent service weeks later. This is the second BMW that I buy from this location and I will always buy cars from Mas as long as I can still drive :)

In one word superb , my whole experience from browsing to car pick was amazing.

I started my search with a CPO vehicle and booked an appointment with

Kieran Clifton, very welcoming personality.He is really knowledgeable about the product/features and impressive thing was that he knows actually remembers what's in the inventory.
In the end I decided to go for a new vehicle.

Samir Umer was the sales man, Saturdays are busy for these people, he was very patient and pleasant and very very knowledgeable person and actually listens and understands what the customer wants.

Kashif Qureshi, is the manager, a fine gentleman, very thorough about details and gives customer satisfaction priority.
Yanet Isaias was the business manager very professional and pleasant person.

Szilard Czippan is the Product Genius, its very easy to describe my experience in one sentence " Truly a Genius and a wizard" explained the features very well, pays attention to what the customer is saying and has a answer to everything about the car.

TEAM WORK, was clearly visible, they worked in perfect synchronization like gears in a gear box.
I totally recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking into buying a BMW.

Took for warranty had software glitch and cluster not working. Went again and was advised no appointment for 3 weeks.

I left and from outside called the reception and get appointment for next day

What a joke service manager Mark Glyn-Williams cannot explain me why he do this. ALSO HE WAS MAD BECAUSE I challenged him on TECH 973 Programming has glitch .

I have been going to this dealership for over 20 y...

I have been going to this dealership for over 20 years and have bought three cars through them. The last time I brought my car in for service they called me to tell me the car was ready. When I arrived at the dealership they couldn't find it. An hour and a half later they finally brought the car up I missed an important meeting as a result. I called in to complain to the owner. He never returned my call instead had someone else call me back who said she was the Service Manager. Her only explanation was that these things happen. A flimsy excuse at best.
I recently went into the dealership to purchase a new car and was so disappointed on how the process was handled decided that I won't deal with this dealership again. Overall not a great experience on the service or sales sides of the business.

I leased a new 2018 540i X-drive and within 6 months I had to bring back the car for service 4 times. I just picked it up two days ago and now there is another issue. It seems I have a "lemon" of a car and once my lease it up I will move onto a better company. BMW you disappointed me. Note: I had to change the star rating from a 2 to a 1 and if I could I won t give it any stars what so ever. Once again I have to leave my car over night. Twice within a week. DO NOT lease or buy a BMW.

Dominque - our sales associate was an absolute gem! If you're going to buy a car from BMW Toronto, ask for Dominque only. She was super patient, super kind and treated us with respect. (She greeted us immediately on the first day we walked into BMW Toronto.) It took me and my father a few months to make a final decision. We kept going back and forth. I was very picky about what I wanted in my car, especially since I am a previous BMW employee. Every time we spoke, she was just as cheery as the first visit and was never frustrated with us. She was quick to follow up. She was informative. Thank you Dominque for my beautiful fully loaded 2016 328xi. I love my BMW!

Also, a shoutout to Hal. I had a lovely first service appointment for my winter tires. And thank you to Colin for assisting me with my first BMW Lifestyles purchase. Extraordinary team at BMW Toronto!

This dealership has lost me as a potential customer. I scheduled a service to bring in my bike right when they open. I forgot to ask how long the service would be and I expected to get it serviced right at time of appointment. I come to the dealership and a person whom I'm assuming is from the sales department tells me I have to drop off my bike and pick it up later. Up to this point, I was fine with it because I didn't confirm beforehand if my bike would be serviced right away. But it was what the person said following that which really appalled me from ever coming back. He said there is a waiter service available to get a bike serviced right away, but only for customers that bought their bikes from them, so I shouldn't have expected to have my bike serviced right at the appointment time because I purchased my bike at another Motorrad dealership.

Brought my BMW x5 to the BMW autohaus on steels in...

Brought my BMW x5 to the BMW autohaus on steels in Toronto for car diagnostic, as the icons light up check engine, ABS, ESP and some other two. I paid 402 dollars. In the end, I was told that you need to change sensor ABS and air suspension computer, for it to pay $ 1600 (I declined). About the engine did not say anything, although I have mentioned this issue a priority. Expressed their dissatisfaction about the problem of the engine not found. I called back the same day and said that it is necessary to drive the car back on the diagnostic the next day. When I drove the car, I was told that you should wait about an hour. I waited 7 hours, after which I was told that the problem is found and its removal would have cost me $ 260. I paid for the removal of the problem, but everything remains exactly as it was. I was very upset and went to a normal station, where I fix all of the problems that BMW estimated at $ 1,600 for $ 50. A made-up problems on the BMW on Steeles Avenue was not at all!
P. S. People value your money! Do not drive your car at BMW on Steeles Avenue, they have been deceived and will extort money from you!

He was straight up with everything and would highly recommend dealing with this individual. He also managed to save us a ton of money on a lightly used set of winter tires!! Owning a BMW Convertible has been a long term goal...

Owning a BMW Convertible has been a long term goal. Last year I was finally able and willing to take the plunge. At that point my search began in earnest. I knew exactly what I wanted and was willing to wait for it. I scoured Auto trader on a daily basis and after many considerations, my search led me to BMW Toronto where I met with Scott Shadbolt. Scott was very informative and considerate of my needs, and the deal was sealed for my dream car. On pick up day, Scott took the time to explain all the vehicle options, having never owned a BMW before, there were many. Thank you Scott. I love my BMW 428i xdrive convertible and am so excited for the spring and summer to come!!! I highly recommend Scott for anyone looking to purchase a BMW.

Honestly we were really skeptical about going afte...

Honestly we were really skeptical about going after reading some of the comments here. However we were pleasantly surprised! We had a great appointment with Satchel, he was absolutely amazing. We had done quite a bit of shopping around before we got there, we ran into quite a few different types of sales consultants; pushy ones, rude ones, all just wanting to make the sale. Satchel was anything but that, he answered all of our questions, provided a lot of information we didn t even think about asking for and he didn t force the car on us. We took a few days to make our decision and ended up finalizing everything with Satchel and the business manager Anton, who is also great! It has now been over a week since we purchased our vehicle, anytime we have a question we email Satchel and he responds right away. Satchel went above and beyond our expectations! Would definitely recommend Satchel for your future vehicle purchases!

PS I read a few comments on price negotiation. No they don t negotiate, it s something they are upfront about, this is also listed on the website.

I look forward to doing business with Adam Wisbey of BMW Toronto again, and again! Prior to meeting Adam my wife and I found it challenging to find informed Sales Consultants who could help us determine which vehicle would best suit our family and business needs. After meeting Adam we both agreed that BMW had the ideal options for our needs and that he was genuinely interested in helping us make the best choice.

Adam took the time to help us review options that catered to our specific requirements. He reviewed the vehicles thoroughly, demonstrating his comprehensive product knowledge and passion for BMW's excellence. And when competing priorities made it challenging for us to test drive vehicles together, Adam was happy to accommodate multiple demo rides. Adam comprehensively covered the essentials and I noticed that he very naturally adjusted his communication style to address my interests (I am an engineer), my wife's needs (marketing & sales executive who travels with product and our children), and even engaged our children on the backseat highlights that made their space comfortable and practical!

We are delighted with our choice as it perfectly suits our needs. Even after decades of driving some great German automobiles I must admit that I am happiest with the vehicle Adam helped us choose. BMW has done an exceptional job engineering the product line that we reviewed. The impeccable attention to detail, without compromise, impressed me. And thanks to Adam, I managed to appreciate far more than was published in online articles and reviews. He helped us understand the relevant options that BMW featured for our needs, maintained ongoing communication, and kept us abreast of sales events that he positioned as open invitations that served our best interests (as opposed to coercive draws to sell more cars...something that was not uncommon with other car dealerships).

This has been a most delightful experience. I appreciate the relationship that Adam took the time to build with us and his post-sales follow-up. I feel that Adam has an authentic interest in ensuring that we are enjoying our vehicle and all of its features.

I highly recommend engaging Adam Wisbey to buy your next vehicle. It has been an informative and enjoyable buying experience!

Went in for a simple oil change, I have informed them that I do not have the spare key available under 4 occasions: when I booked the service; when I dropped off the car; when the service advisor asked me over text msg; an hour before I picked up the car over the phone with front desk. I arrived and key was locked inside the car... Then they told me they were working on unlocking the car, waited 15 mins and luckily I found the digital key card in my purse, when I went to the vehicle to open door no one was working on it whatsoever

David Chu and Krish are dishonest and shady new car sales reps at this dealership.

This dealership is nothing short of vile. In advance to the sales event in September 2017, I had reached out to David C, a new car sales rep. I should have known from the start, that he wasn't going to conduct himself in a professional manner. Phone calls went unanswered, questions had to be asked three times and information was inaccurate. In the end, against my own good judgement, I leased the X5 from him. The term, price and payment was negotiated, he took my credit card. He congratulated me and informed me that the business manager would reach out the following morning to set up the application.

The next day, I reached out to David as I had not received any follow up. He informed me that all was good, however, he was very busy because that was the day of the actual sale.

Finally, at 6:30pm I received a phone call from him. He said, all is good, however, there was a slight issue, someone else sold the car I had leased. He acted as though it was no big deal. When I asked him further questions, he referred me to Krish, the sales manager as he could no longer help me. The worse part, he waited until the end of the day during the sales event, all the good inventory had already sold.

While speaking with Krish, it became very evident that the car I had purchased, was sold to another person who paid more for the car. I demanded to understand how, after entering a contract, that they could just sell the car to someone else, they didn't care

. I requested that they provide me with the same vehicle, the answer was "NO", nobody had it in stock and I would have no choice but to select a vehicle with lesser options, basically at the same price as the vehicle that I had selected, without any discounts.

When I became very angry, Krish's response was "can you prove to us that you actually purchased a car from us". I soon realized that David, had never even marked the car as sold, didn't submit any applications, he didn't even charge my credit card.

The next morning, I made a few phone calls and found the exact same vehicle at a competitor dealership, despite Downtown BMW insisting nobody in Ontario had one. After 30 minutes on the phone with Budd's in Oakville, I had a signed contract and deposit taken and credit card charged. Within 30 minutes finance was approved and the entire process was wrapped up. The best part is that David C at Downtown BMW kept telling me that my 2014 Audi Q7 had no value for a trade in, Budds not only leased the X5 to me at a better price, they gave me a credit for my Audi.

In the end, avoid this dealership. There are better BMW dealers out there that will treat you with respect and regard. This dealership isn't one of them.

Do yourself a favour and avoid the motorrad dealership at this location.

Staff is friendly but unorganized. Had one of the sales reps provide me with misleading info on my BMW F800GS when I tried to trade it in and it costed me a lot of headache, time and money.

Ended up purchasing a new motorcycle but not from this dealership.

No test rides at this location either - NO JOKE. When spending 20K+ on a bike I expect to be able to test it out first. Staff advised they have demo days but that only happens two days a year....not very helpful.

BMW Maranello has bikes to test ride and don t forget to check out GP Bikes in Whitby- their customer service is second to none.

Plus new car came in with problem, front seat always move back to starting position for no reason instead of staying at what i want it to be, emergency call road assist doesn't work at all. They didn't have what I wanted, but Ambross kept it in mind and called back couple of days later when new inventory came in. I was able to get a great car (full package, low km) for an awesome price. Not a fan of this dealership after literally being ignored twice after wanting to replace my older BMW with a new one several years ago, I made the switch to BMW Mississauga where I have received exceptional service over the years. Fast forward to this week my car died and I had to get it towed. As i live less than 2 kms to Downtown BMW I elected to give the dealership another shot. Big Mistake! Initially I was told the cost to replace my starter would be 2k. I immediately called BMW Mississauga and had them send me an estimate to do exactly the same work and their quote was 1300 less a 15% discount. When the service agent at downtown called to confirm the cost to replace the starter the price was close to 1600 plus a diagnostic charge. Also the scheduled hours to perform the repair on the estimate was listed at 4 hours vs 3 hours at Mississauga. After all was said and done I paid nearly 30% more to service my car there and to top it all off, I did not even get a car wash. NEVER AGAIN!

Beware!! DON'T BUY. Purchased new X5 a month ago and now it is requiring several parts after being hit by some tire debris. I am told the wait will be up to 6 weeks. No loaner made available. BMW Canada says not their problem! Absolutely unthinkable for a vehicle costing what it does!! There are other better choices.

Best BMW service bar none in Ontario. They have fixed my certified bmw three times now after purchasing it a few weeks ago. It has not been easy to deal with this but they have made it a pleasant experience to date. A freak chance assembly issue happened recently and I visited the dealer again after a system failure on some parts but once again the staff at BMW has accommodated in every way possible. - update- i live at bayview and york mills and they wanted to drop me off at bayview and eglinton, then take the bus "boundaries", the word itself implicates failure.

In her search for a SUV, my wife found the exact car she was looking for, a white 2014 X1 xDrive 28i with a sunroof. Unfortunately we live in Nova Scotia and the vehicle was at the BMW Toronto dealership. Fortunately we were assisted in the purchase and delivery of the vehicle by the very helpful Sales Consultant Anton Malekov and Business Manager Yanet Isaias. They made the whole process very painless, especially since we were arranging the purchase from another province. Anton was especially helpful when the car was picked up, making sure every detail was taken care of and that all questions were answered. I found the service at the BMW Toronto dealership to be exceptional.

I purchased a used 2016 340i in May of 2020. Experience was, in short, excellent. The vehicle was in need of new tires, brakes and struts. All were addressed prior to sale. Satchel, my sales associate, was very professional in handling the purchase and was very knowledgeable when asked questions about both the car and financing. Ish, the service manager, was very accommodating to any mechanical concerns I had about the car and was very responsive. The car was exceptionally detailed upon delivery and looked not dissimilar to any new models located on the floors below. All in all, if you are looking to purchase a new or used BMW in the GTA, you'll be hard pressed to find a better team than the one at BMW Toronto.

This is an edited review... Purchased a used 2017 BMW I3 from this dealership. initially I gave a lower rating due to some issues related to the vehicle brakes that were identified during the test drive but not addressed at the time of delivery however the misunderstanding was addressed swiftly to my complete satisfaction hence the edited review. Not too many dealerships would go that distance after the sale was completed. Overall I had a positive experience, Mas Kangavari was my Sales Consultant and Kevin Liu the Financing Manager. Excellent support from both of them. Courteous, knowledgeable and overall proffesional .....I could not ask for better. At pickup the vehicle was clean and ready to go. Even now after a few weeks of driving it my impressions did not change. Absolutely no regrets buying it as it was worth driving 100 km for it.

This is a long review that was due but we just purchased our 3rd BMW in 10 years from BMW Downtown Toronto - two X5's and now a brand new X1 to join the family. Adrian T. was fantastic to work with throughout the transaction and we would gladly refer him to our friends n family. He was enthusiastic, never pushy, and we were always in constant communication as we made numerous changes (registration, deciding to trade-in or sell privately our used car, aftermarket accessories, etc...) during the transaction.

He also knew we sold our used Audi privately so he even helped us with a loaner as our delivery date took longer than expected. Questions were also answered quickly and we also feel we got a great deal on the vehicle and never felt he forgot us after we decided to buy and was with us until we literally drove off the lot. My suggestion for a good experience (in any dealership really) is to do some research first on available options and costs, know how much you want to pay (knowing that the dealer has to make some profit as well) in order to be happy, just politely say no to anything you don't want (and don't get offended they try to upsell you - its a business), and negotiate reasonably for the things that you do want. This will all make a very pleasant experience.

We also purchased again from Downtown Toronto and not another Bimmer dealer as we have had great experience from their service department. All issues with our current and old X5 were taken care of promptly and meticulously. Once we had a weird noise in our steering wheel and the service tech rode with me down Eastern Ave as he couldn't hear it until I drove it and showed him personally. It was quickly diagnosed and fixed overnight. The waiting area is also nice and sometimes I prefer to go upstairs to the cubicles and felt more efficient working there than at the office - I would highly recommend BMW Toronto and will be back when we get our i3.

Horrible service experience. Paid 500$ for just oil change and diesel fluid top off!! Sloppiest oil change ever, oil and corrosive diesel fluid all over the engine and front part of the car. They didn't even bother to clean up their own mess. Never again.

Brought my car in to have it checked since the sys...

Brought my car in to have it checked since the system prompted me to in mid April, supposed to have an oil change included. Went out of town afterwards and didn't get to drive my car until mid May. After a few days of driving, the system yet prompts me again to top up engine oil and it appears that it's leaking upon bringing it to this dealership on May 22.

Sherry from service was professional and friendly and told me about what possibly could have gone wrong and told me she won't be in the next day, but made sure I'll be well taken cared of and a colleague of hers will follow up with me the next day, this is where things went downhill.

On May 23, Aaron from service called me once in the morning, couldn't pick up but he left a voicemail saying there's a power outage and he'd let me know with the updates regarding my car. Been trying to reach him since 2pm, but either he's away or simply didn't want to talk with me. At around 5, he called my girlfriend instead of me, which got me confused since she's still working so couldn't pick up but ok, I'll try and reach him again. Of course, couldn't find him again and Rachel from reception was helpful and told me Aaron told her my car won't be ready and a loaner will be ready for me (why didn't he just call me?). Apparently he insisted Rachel that he called me several times but unless my phone decided to blacklist and block him since it anticipated the upcoming frustration with amazing AI, it's completely bogus. I ubered over since it's already past shuttle hours, unfortunately I couldn't even get the loaner since I didn't have my insurance with me, just assumed it will be under this dealership's. Frustrated enough, another female manager(?) came up to me and asked do you actually have insurance? If you don't have it you can't drive in a condescending attitude. Thanks Captain, maybe let me know next time when you offer me a loaner. Thanks for making an already unpleasant experience even more unpleasant.

I've had great past experiences here before, with David when he sold me the car, Sherry and Rachel on separate instances. But Aaron and that manager definitely dropped the ball here. The gentleman from the shuttle service also really made sure I knew he was about to finish his shift too, and suggested me to get dropped off a couple blocks early, it's understandable, but absolutely unnecessary. They really should revisit their customer service.

With <5000 km on my car, hope it's just some unfortunate human error, if not I'll be quite disappointed with BMW. Hope you're reading this, maybe I should escalate this with Quinn Group.
