One Star - I have been a loyal BMW customer since buying my second car. I have had one issue to date however recently I have had a very poor experience. The service staff were not personable at all and BMW Toronto called me for feedback. When I gave my honest feedback the lady was extremely defensive and rude, they said that the issue was with me the consumer not with them. This is very disappointing, the fact that BMW Toronto only welcomes positive feedback and does nothing to the concerns of their brand loyal customers is the lowest level of customer service I have been exposed to for any mid/high end brand. I offered BMW Toronto to reach out to me and address this issue if they still want to which they have not responded and I am not surprised. I plan on selling my BMW and already booked test drives with Audi and Mercedes and plan to share this experience with the market and my story of how not to lose a loyal customer.
