Parts Department is terrible. Their email address never works and people rarely ever pick up the phone. I placed an order for a part for my M8 Cabriolet a few weeks ago now, and the Order Status still shows "Received" even though they state that their products ship in 2-4 working days. I highly suggest going to a different BMW dealership as this one is quite literal garbage, and I probably wouldn't want to hand over the keys to my car to a business that isn't managed properly. I also would never recommend this dealership to anybody I know that drives a BMW. Save yourself time, frustration, a headache, and go elsewhere!
