My partner and I went into BMW Toronto looking for some suggestions of a new vehicle. With the fantastic knowledge and recommendations of Lee Chenoweth and Satchel Ives, we decided on the purchase of the X7. Satchel was wonderful! Not pushy, knowledgeable and efficient and accurate with answers to our concerns and gave us valid feedback based on our needs from a new vehicle! The delivery process was also made seamless with Raymond Tang. Raymond is calm and articulate in explaining the components and uses of our new car. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned BMW; I would highly recommend asking for Satchel! Thank you BMW Toronto for the continued great service...even after delivery!
