Just replaced 2 Series with new M340i. My salesperson, Adam Wisby was great. No sales nonsense, completely helpful, and extremely diligent. Credible, professional salespeople (Cars, bikes, toys) with a long term relationship approach are rare. I stick with the handful of good ones.

We recently bought our first vehicle at BMW Toronto. First time is always special and the overall experience is as important as the vehicle that one buys. Samir Umer made our experience memorable, and the overall process very smooth and satisfying. We were in the market to buy our first 5 seater mid-size SUV. We tried various brands and did many test drives before finalizing BMW X3.

During our search process, we met Samir at BMW Toronto dealership and there was an instant establishment of trust. Samir listened to our requirements and helped us choose the right vehicle. As a first time buyer, we had a lot of questions and we went back and forth between various brands, and throughout this time Samir very patiently addressed all our queries. Samir's knowledge of vehicles (not just BMW but about other competitive brands as well) is impressive and he has many years of experience in helping his customers choose the right vehicle, which helped us to further establish our trust in his services.

We really appreciate that Samir was very honest with us and did not try to oversell. He helped us to look at the overall package/features and put things in better perspective when comparing X3 with other vehicles. From the day we met Samir for the first time and till the date of delivery (and post delivery assistance/guidance), he has been very prompt in his responses and professional in his services. We were highly impressed by Samir's courteous demeanor and attention to details in looking after our needs. Samir gave us a great deal on our purchase and a wonderful surprise on the delivery day. We would highly recommend Samir Umer to anybody looking to buy BMW.

TL;DR - BMW Toronto can't follow their own instruc...

TL;DR - BMW Toronto can't follow their own instructions for contactless service or be bothered to follow up with anything.

The customer service side of things with their service department leaves much to be desired. I booked an appointment for May 25 to have my X5 serviced on it's regular interval. Due to COVID-19 I was told pickup would be contactless and that they would lock my vehicle up in the visitor parking lot and to bring a spare key down to retrieve it. When paying my $1200+ invoice for regular service I EXPLICITLY confirmed that I would be coming AFTER HOURS and confirmed that the same contactless parameters would apply; they would lock my car in the visitor lot and I could get it after hours. I gratefully paid immediately and confirmed via text again that it would be after hours pickup.

Low and behold getting to the location on Monday night I found my vehicle locked in their compound with no way to retrieve my car. It was inconvenient as I spent an hour walking down to the dealership, and spoke to the very nice security guard about my issue and decided that mistakes happen and that I would call the dealership and leave a voicemail wondering what happened. I didn't want to get the guard in trouble so I thanked him and left. I called the service tech Stelios and left a voicemail and email on my walk home that night hoping for a call back the next day.

Fast forward to Tuesday at 3pm and hadn't heard a thing. No email returned. No call back. I had to contact the dealership myself and spoke to Stelios who apologized and said he would "talk to his manager" about making things right. I appreciated that notion, and re-confirmed with him that due to NOT being able to pickup my vehicle the night before I had to shuffle my day around and would be back again after hours Tuesday night to pickup again. I further clarified that this wouldn't be an issue on his part and that they would move the vehicle to the visitor lot. Stelios specifically said upon ending the call "I WILL MOVE IT MYSELF RIGHT NOW." Problem solved...?

After I spent another hour of my time walking down to the dealership I find my car still behind the locked gate IN THE SAME SPOT. Hadn't been moved at all. At this point I was upset and saw the same security guard that had seen me the night before and he was as flabbergasted as I was. I brought all my documentation to prove it was my vehicle and that the service was paid for to show him, and he was thankfully nice enough to contact the owner through some means to release my vehicle after spending another hour going back and forth.

I left another voicemail, email, and text message for the dealership to call me back to follow up - it's been two weeks to give them the benefit of the doubt during these crazy times to reach back out and offer a simple apology. I haven't received a follow up to date; Stelios never made good on his first apology, and I am appalled at the ineptitude of the customer service team at this dealership.

I understand this is a 'luxury car brand.' I have no issues with a premium price tag with the service that comes with the ownership of a vehicle from this brand. What I don't understand is the lack of care and attention to the small details like this and even a simple follow up couldn't be followed through on. Unfortunately BMW Canada was not much more help as they referred me back to the dealership at which point I knew this was a no resolution scenario.

His name is Ahmed Mourad, I would definitely refer him to my friends and family. And also Andy Ni, very helpful with the delivery of my car. Overall, it was a blast experience.

Last week I got my Pre-worshipped 328i Luxury Line. It is my first car here in Canada. I was bit confused at first with the color and the required features but at the first day we met Mas Kangavari. Mas took his time to find the correct match between need and look and we went second day to finalize the car. Also the car was delivered on time. Without his help I couldn't have bought this one. He explained all the nitty gritty before handing over the car on the day of delivery. The service is very friendly and assuring, you will never feel under pressure.

Thanks to the team and I look forward to see you again on September for the scheduled service.

Recently purchased a US spec 1989 e30 M3 via auction and had BMW Toronto do the inspection, general service and some specific repairs once the car was in Canada.
The team at BMW Toronto not only did a tremendous job sourcing missing parts and fixing the car, but also keeping me on top of everything and offering multiple options for each stage of the repairs or replacements. Special thanks to Desmond (Service manager) and Hal (Service advisor) for handling everything personally. Desmond additionally to sending me basically dsily updates on the car's progress, took the time to source and arrange a custom built exhaust in record time (2days).
The facility itself is extremely tidy, professional and I was really taken care of very well. Note that I never bought a car from this dealer and basically fell in off the street with no prior engagements and both me and the car were treated VIP. Very impressed. I'll certainly return to the service and no doubt buy my next new BMW here.

Have mixed experiences at this dealership. For the most part it is decent service: the manager Michelle has been great, a couple of salespeople (Ahmed M) have been great here in the past. My last servicing experience was not good. Richard T who was the Service Advisor was terrific in taking note of issues I had and following up on them; the problem was, the needed to stay overnight and would be ready the following day 5-6 PM. That's okay. The Service Advisor who took over for Richard was Aaron and Aaron did not do his job with following up at all. He did not call us when our car was ready - we had to re-arrange plans that day to accommodate this. Aaron (and all the Service Reps) ought to follow up right away when a car is done servicing and ready for pick up, especially when the quoted time for completed servicing is close to the dealership closing time. It is simple things like this that are very frustrating and can easily be prevented if people just did their job

Went to service my car, and I was told that I needed to pay them $3000 to replace my valve cover. The part itself only costs $300. I went to another local certified service centre, they said that I didn t even need to replace my valve cover and only the cap was leaking. I paid $2500 less. Please do not bother coming here for servicing. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

This is to inform you of the exceptional customer service I recently received from one of your employees while conducting business at BMW Toronto.

I have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealerships, but this was my first time purchasing a BMW. I was also a bit reluctant and hesitant coming to this particular dealership. However, seeing that the location was closer to our home, my daughter phoned and her call was put through to a sales consultant named Mr. MAS KANGAVARI. We had a three-way conversation and I told him I was interested in purchasing an SUV, either the X1 or the X3. He invited us to come down to the dealership to meet with him and check out and learn about the vehicles since I had only ever seen them being driven on the road.

To be honest, I know how pushy and aggressive some car salesmen can be, and I was skeptical, so I took a couple days contemplating and researching these vehicles until I found one that I was interested in. Then I made the decision to come in and meet this guy. And I can truly say, I am very glad I did.

I arrived at the dealership and was met by the most pleasant and polite Sales Consultant one can ever ask for. At the initial introduction, he sensed how nervous and afraid I was about making such a purchase, but he was very calm and reassuring and answered all my questions.

Mr. Kangavari is very professional and knowledgeable about the BMW products. He is also friendly, very relaxing and easy to get along with. He gave great advice and suggestions, and guided me through the process from test drive to purchase. I can clearly see that he cares about the needs of his clients, while also balancing the interest of his Employer. He has demonstrated fairness throughout the entire process, and because of his expertise and exceptional customer service, has left a lasting impression on me. I am now the proud owner of my first ever BMW thanks to this wonderful Sales Consultant.

I can't say enough about this young gentleman, he was outstanding and demonstrated great qualities. At no time did I feel pressured, and neither did he try to intimidate or manipulate me as some sales consultants do. Mr. Kangavari went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and to make sure that my vehicle was ready in time for my birthday delivery, big red bow and all. He made sure I was comfortable and had peace of mind before driving it off the lot, by setting up and showing me how everything worked. He is also extremely supportive, and is always available and responsive to answer any questions I may have, even after the purchase, which I really appreciate. I have never experienced this kind of customer service and attention to detail at any other dealership by a Sales Consultant.

Mr. Mas Kangavari is a good addition to the BMW family and I hope he is there when I need to upgrade to another vehicle. I just want to say thanks for a great experience, and I would highly recommend this Sales Consultant to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, you will not be disappointed.

We were on the hunt for the perfect birthday present for mum and by chance called BMW Toronto to ask a few questions. As luck would have it, we were connected to Mas Kangavari who took the time to answer any and all of our questions. He invited us into the showroom and after our first meeting we knew then and there that we would be purchasing our car through him. Not only did his honesty and kindness put us at ease, but the patience he demonstrated with two car purchasing novices was second to none. Mas has continually checked in since our purchase and has gone over and above what we could ever have expected. We can honestly say he s made us life long BMW Toronto goers and we ve made life long friends. We will definitely be back for our next purchase!

Mechanics don't know how to fix their own cars. We bought the car with CPO warranty, took the car home and noticed vibration in the steering and pulling to the sides. Took it back for them to fix it, they had the car for 8 days before we got it back; they fixed the vibration but not the pulling. Finally got tired and took it to the dealer in Brampton who got it fixed the same day.
Called the service manager and told them to pickup the tab and they refused saying its not their problem and I would have brought the car back to them.
This has been the worst service dealership I have ever encountered.

Extremely disappointed on my first service experie...

Extremely disappointed on my first service experience at this location.

- Spent 2400+ on a routine annual service (nothing big to replace)? It's fine.
- Informed to pick up on the next day? It's okay.

However, when I arrived 2 hours after receiving the text saying "your car is ready", I was told it is being washed and sanitized and need 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later, I asked the guy if it is ready, he went out and brought back my key. The photos showed what my car looked like when I found it. At least I can see someone has opened my hood lol...

What I want to say is: It is okay to tell the customer honestly if you are running behind schedule, but you should not lie.

- If the car is not ready, don't say that because you are wasting my time.
- If the car is not washed and sanitized, don't say it has been done.

If you are lying, how can I tell if you have done all the services you put on my invoice? I have the reasons not to trust you. Anyways, I will try another BMW dealership next time in the Toronto area.

We have just taken delivery of our 4th BMW from Vince and we have always enjoyed the experience. He's helped us with a 328xi, 535xi, 540xi, and most recently, an X3. Vince is a special individual who provides outstanding service, helpful advice and most importantly, takes the time to actually to listen to what you are looking for and then works with you to find the best vehicle for you. He won't pressure you to accept compromises and will help you custom order your BMW to your desired specifications if that's what you are looking for. Vince always works with us from designing our vehicle orders with us, to providing updates through the building of the vehicle, and then provides us with updates as the vehicle makes its way from Germany to Toronto. Vince always take the time to follow-up post delivery as well to ensure that we are completely satisfied. You will have a wonderful experience working with Vince Cappella at BMW Toronto!

We ve had a great experience with BMW Toronto and Dominique Girouard, the sales rep we ve dealt with can take of lot of credit for that.
Dominique has been instrumental in our decision to purchase a new car. She clearly understood our requirements early and kept these in mind throughout the entire process. She has strong knowledge of BMW cars range and features but we ve never felt like she was trying to oversell us something we didn t need. She s been very patient (we were first time buyers of a new car, we went back to the showroom 4-5 times before making a decision!) and even when we considered used cars as an alternative, she continued to help us with the same enthusiasm. Lastly, she s demonstrated advance knowledge of leasing and financing options and has provided outstanding guidance. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Dominique s expertise.

I purchased a used, smaller bike from here early this spring to get back into riding after beloved BMW was written off when I was hit by another driver. My emails and phone calls about the bike were not returned, so I headed in anyway to have a look. I closed the deal that day with the sales manager. I appreciated the low pressure environment, and quick negotiation process. The problem came when I came to pick it up after the snow cleared. After I took off on my way home my licence plate flew off in the middle of Bayview near Lawrence. Thankfully I was flagged down by someone to tell me that it came off. It wasn't fun trying to retrieve it from the middle of Bayview in the middle of traffic. When I got home I immediately called the finance manager to let her know what happened so they could have a word with the tech who put it on. While I was pissed, I wasn't looking for any compensation, and was straight forward about that, all I wanted was a new plate protector since the fallen one had been run over. I was assured that one would be mailed to me right away, and the tech would be spoken to. After a while nothing showed up, and was told again and again that they would send me one.
It's not so much the point of a cheap plate cover, but it's the principal of it, and the broken promises don't really make me want to return. Now that I've gotten back into riding, I plan on getting another BMW next year, but now I really question the competency of their techs to put a bike together if they can't attach a licence plate properly, and question the after sales support from the sales team.

My entire experience at BMW Toronto was outstanding! I was particularly impressed by sales consultant David Chu who took the time to find out the precise features I was looking for in a new X3 and got me the exact vehicle I wanted at a price that was well below anything I reasonably expected to pay. David also worked really hard on my behalf to get the dealership to make the last three payments on my current lease so that I could take possession of my new X3 right away. Mind blown! David is extremely knowledge, easy-going and takes customer service to a whole new level. If you're in the market to buy or lease a BMW, I strongly recommend that go see David Chu. You and your wallet will be very happy that you did!

I can only say positive things about my experience buying a car with Ambross Ip from BMW Toronto, he was extremely helpful when we were choosing a car and helped to guide me and explain the cars without ever pushing or putting presure on me. He made the sale a breeze and fully explained everything on the car with me when I came to pick it up, he even paired my phone and set the SatNav with me when I came to pick up the car! Overall he made my experience with BMW Toronto the best I have ever had and I am thoroughly grateful to Ambross for all his help, even after the sale when I approached him with questions again that he swiftly resolved for me.

Came in just to look around and ended up trading in my car for a 428. I purchased my last car at Parkview BMW, and while the service was good, BMW Toronto was excellent! I was helped by Mas, he was very knowledgable, and had superior customer service skills. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations. If you plan on purchasing a new vechicle, I highly recommend asking for Mas!

I went to them for a trade in, 335i sportline for a 335i m sport. Eventhough i decided not to get the car after much deliberation(i had pretty much finalized it,it was a good car but not a good fit for me and the packages I would have lost from my current car), I would still give this dealership full marks for professionalism. they arent trying to make a quick sale, instead they believe in building customer relationship. they are very transparent and forthcoming.I value that. I am a BMW enthusiast and brand loyal, and when going for my future purchase I would know where to look. Les is the man.

NEVER AGAIN !!! I can tell you all these positive reviews are from owner of this place, I got there for oil change and ended up with $1800 bill, picked me up two hours late so when I got there it was already closed, someone handed me my keys and told me your hood's light is on and we are not sure what is wrong with it but bring your car back tomorrow and we will fix it !! I opened the hood and couldnto belive what I saw, hanging wires and some other parts that I was not sure what it was but didnot take my car and I had to leave it there to get fixed, did not even drop me off and I had to take a taxi, next day not even an apology, will never get back there, Dont make the same mistake that I did, save your money and time and go somewhere else .

Was not happy with the level of service here. The service reps did their best to accomodate accordingly. Was told car would be take no less than a week when I predicted it would. A lot of exuses, shoulder shrugging. I absoultley understand everyone is busy, but please communicate further.
Michelle and Sherry did try their best. For a company of this magnitude, $1,400 later, would expect better.

Purchased a certified pre-owned 328i recently from BMW Toronto. Dealt with the new salesman Mujtaba Hassan...Muj for short. I live out of town, and made my way downtown to see the car. From the moment I arrived I was treated with outstanding customer service. Muj was extremely thorough and made my experience a positive one. You would never have guessed he was new to the sales team. I highly reccomend him, and BMW Toronto for all your BMW needs. A qaulity dealership that cares about the customer experience.

I recently just picked up a used car from this dealership and I was highly disappointed. Overall the past 18 months I ve purchased 5 cars for myself and family and this dealership was the worst I ve ever experienced. When we took the car for a test drive, the wheel started to vibrate and the car pulled towards the left. The salesman said it s because the DVP is banked and his brand new x1 does the same but he ll have someone check out the car before delivery. Thoughout the interaction the salesman kept mentioning that this was the best BMW dealership in the country and they wouldn t sell something sub part. On delivery day is when I realized how bad the dealership was when it came to taking care of their clients. When I was handed the keys to the car, I realized one of the remotes wasn t working because of a dead battery, the salesman wouldn t even look at the key and said I can t help with that we aren t a Acura dealership (yes, I bought an used Acura from a bmw dealer). Just because you re a BMW used dealer doesn t mean you can help with other car brands. If you didn t want to, should have never sold the car to start with. Then the salesman drove the car down to the front of the showroom for us and just handed us the keys and said he had to go. Once we left the dealership and got onto the gardiner (about 2kms away) the fuel reserve sign came up. For such a high reputation brand I would have assumed that they could have at least gave me a fuel tank on delivery. Right after that light came on, the windshield fluid low sign also came on (it was always on during the test drive, just they never looked at the car before delivery). Then once I got up to speed around 100km/h, the vibration I felt on the test drive was back. So at the point I knew they did not look at the car after I purchased it. If you re looking to buy a used car from this dealership you re better off going somewhere else. Honestly the worst car buying experience I ve had in a long time.

I agreed to purchase a brand new 2017 BMW R nine T pure bike from the dealership and dealt with Jon Dunnill. Since The bike is 2 years old they offered me a great price that I accepted. I singed the contract and paid my deposit. Was told the bike would take a few days to arrive. After a week of waiting I contacted them for an update and was informed that they could not find the bike in the warehouse.

I was naive to assume that BMW Toronto would honour the signed contract and offer a fair solution. They offered me the exact same bike in the 2018 model year for almost $3000 more!!!. When I say the exact same I mean it, same engine, paint, features and styling. They refuse to open a dialog and hide behind the words "theirs nothing we can do. "

There are lots of choices in the Toronto areas for BMW Motorrad sales. Stay away from this dealership. They do not care about the customer and do not honour their agreements.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Yes I have a wonderful fun machine ...

Wow! Wow! Wow! Yes I have a wonderful fun machine to drive, (X4) but the experience from the sales and finance team of Satchel and Munish
was beyond my expectations. A previous Mercedes E400 owner this was my first BMW experience. We had just spent a few hours at the Toronto Mercedes dealer where they kept trying to 'fit' their inventory to my needs...unsuccessfully. So we headed over to BMW just to check it out. Right from the beginning Satchel listened to what I wanted and provided options--never pushing only explaining and describing what each model had to offer--new and used...then we saw it...my beauty--the X4. It was a demo and It had what I wanted...right down to the heated steering wheel, coupe styling,upgraded sound system and sport seats! This evening I picked up my car--Satchel put a red bow on the hood! He walked me through all the systems and.when I drove it and it was such fun...while wearing my newly purchased BMW cap! I feel so satisfied with my purchase--and I highly recommend this team! Thank you Satchel Ives for helping me find the perfect car for me and Munish for making the financials meet my needs! Pamela

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
we have purchased a total of 7 BMWs from a few different dealerships... This particular incident happened on the 2nd time we purchased a car from BMW toronto.
After agreeing to the terms, I had to be in the states on business so I signed everything and told them that I'd pick the car up on a specific date a month later. Once I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I found scuff marks on the bumper that was not there prior (I have the pictures to prove it). The initial response from the manager was "It's a used car, these things happen". This was a shocking response to what was supposed to be a joyous occasion. Not only was the car not in the same shape as it was when I signed for it, they didn't have both keys ready for me. They had one whole month to have the keys ready. They insisted that the other key will arrive to me in the mail. I called them many times for the spare key. Of course, they shunned me off. FOUR months later, the key arrives and it's not programmed to my car. I take it to BMW GrandRiver in Kitchener (BEST DEALERSHIP) and they told me that it was unheard of that they give me a spare key that's not even programmed to my car. After all of this garbage, I found out that they had sold me a car with a broken PISTON! Bmw Grand River found this out for me and was surprised that BMW Toronto sold this car under these conditions as it was incredibly unsafe. I have tried to call the managers of BMW toronto, and of course, they shun me again. 1 year after the purchase of the car I get a phone call from BMW toronto asking how I like my car. I spend 30 mins explaining the issues I have had, and the woman promises to get back to me. No response as usual.
We are huge BMW fans but we will never buy anything from this dealership again, and everyone who asks us about our vehicles, we will recommend BMW grandRiver in Kitchener where the staff (sales & service) really go above and beyond.
I am still considering pushing a law suit against them for all of this.

I am updating my initial review from a 1 star to a 4 star. This change is due to the exceptional service and detail by the sales consultant I was dealing with.

My sales consultant Mas Kangavari really went the extra mile when faced with internal challenges in making sure I was happy with my purchase. Indeed I was !!. Although it took up to 4 weeks, I ended up driving out the dealership with a smile.

Purchased a 2011 Subaru Impreza STi from here. My salesperson was Ambross and he was very transparent with the vehicle. Full disclosure with a vehicle they don't specialize in. I walked in there expecting to be treated poorly since I was not looking for a BMW and from experience with another BMW dealership. Ambross and the rest of the staff was very nice and welcoming so it changed my perception with BMW. I brought a friend with me and even he felt like this was a much friendly environment than other dealerships.

Konrad the business manager made my credit approval simple. He asked for minimal information and I was approved the same afternoon/evening. Definitely would recommend buying a vehicle, New or pre-owned, at this dealership.

Great service ! Even though the COVID-19 situation, I was well taken care of by Usama. Highly recommend him.

He took the time to talk me through every step and gave me his unbiased recommendations on what vehicle was best for me. Moreover, even guided me through the entire process. Highly recommend him and highly recommend a BMW X7.

Pro tip: Whenever you book an appointment with them, they try to get you another sales guy to distribute work load. But if you know what you are doing, you need to ask for Usama and tell them you are ok to wait. He has a long line up for a reason ;)

My Sales Consultant Usama Khan at BMW Toronto was exceptional from the Get go, he made sure he listened to me and what i was looking for and then found me the best match. After finding me the perfect vehicle he made sure everything was streamlined for me till i had driven out of the dealership with my new Vehicle. Even after that he has been superb. If your vehicle is out of warranty, avoid BMW Toro...

If your vehicle is out of warranty, avoid BMW Toronto like the plague.

I brought my car in for "jerking" on hard acceleration. Rather than taking it for a test drive to recreate the issue, I was advised that since the "check engine" sign had previously triggered, they simply had to run a $194 diagnostic to identify the issue. I went ahead with it, assuming that the subsequently identified issue would be fixed under a previous recall (which had described the exact same symptoms). The next day, I was quoted roughly $8.2K in repairs to fix the issue; plus another $1.8K for unrelated break repairs. I was insistently discouraged from shopping around, as others would use "aftermarket parts".

I went to another repair shop, who took it for a test drive immediately to recreate the issue. They replaced the plugs and coils. Within 30 minutes of me entering the shop, my vehicle was running perfectly again (even with hard acceleration). The total was $600 plus taxes. My breaks also had at least 50% of their life left, so it was suggested that replacing them immediately is unnecessary.

Rather than looking out for the customer's interests and building a long-term relationship, BMW Toronto seems eager to squeeze as much as possible out of them. They will suggest every repair in the book to pad their pockets. I love the car, but am extremely disappointed with the service and advice I received here.

Recently bought a 328ix at BMW Toronto. I'm generally wary of car salespeople, but I dealt with Melisa Vong for this purchase. She was incredibly accommodating without being in my face. Very responsive and open to negotiation. The whole process was much more relaxed than any other time I've purchased a vehicle and I've been through this process many times.
I came away with what I think was a good deal and would highly recommend the service

One year ago, Kevin Liu helped me get my first car, which was a BMW 530i, in my life. Last week, he helped me switch 5 series to 7 series at a pretty low interest rate.

He is always friendly, professional and efficient. What is more, he always seek the maximum discount for you at his best. So, if you need a BMW, contact Kevin and he will not let you down.

You can easily find parking in the front of the building, and you are always welcomed by the staffs there, which make you feel warm. There is a pretty comfortable lounge in the lobby where you and Your companion can sit and relax. Free Starbucks coffee is provided.

Kevin liu is a great sales. When I was a student, he helped me talk about the first car in my life. A year later, just last week, he helped me upgrade from the 5 Series to the 7 Series.

Kevin is very responsible to the guests and never cares about you because of the small chance of your case being successful. He will always try his best to get your case through.

His attitude is good, sincere to people, not imaginary, will always help you fight for discounts, and work is quite efficient, it is worthy of gold sales!

He is very fluent in both Chinese and English. If you need to buy or lease a BMW, choose him right.

We are loyal customers of Wesley Schanzenbacher - an excellent, hard-working, patient and intuitive representative of BMW Toronto. He treated us like royalty with each lease we've signed with him (and we only lease 3-series!) and he made the process so quick and easy - no B.S. to be found here. I know there are mixed reviews but I've experienced nothing but quiet professionalism from this dealership. I find they really stand out from many others I've visited during my car hunts. I will be back at the end of this year to get a second car.

Great experience! I m really happy with the professionalism, courtesy and patience experienced at this location. I visited three times within 72 hours and from test drive, to signing, to pick up, Ahmed Mourad was always making sure I was happy and comfortable with my new BMW. Highly recommended - made the whole experience enjoyable and stressless.

I just bought a pre-owned 4 series from Satchel at BMW Toronto and I could not have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we started working together he was helpful and enthusiastic. He took the time to answer all of my questions and replied quickly to multiple texts, even on his days off.

Finally, as we got closer to closing the deal I mentioned that I had a really poor delivery experience at another BMW dealer the last time I bought a pre-owned car, and he went above and beyond to ensure that didn't happen again.

I would recommend him again in a heartbeat.

Samir Umer is one of the best sales and leasing consultants I have worked with. He promised me a seamless delivery of my new vehicle even during COVID restrictions and he delivered. Samir was always available, always returned my calls, always respectful and delivered my new 2020 BMW lease on time. I was concerned about leasing during these difficult times but Samir Umer made me feel comfortable and responded to every single question I had - and I had many! Returning to BMW Toronto was well worth it.
