HUGE COMMITMENT ISSUE , bought my first car couple...

HUGE COMMITMENT ISSUE , bought my first car couple of weeks ago only to find out that it has few scratches on it and rim was scuffed and when i went back to ask why is wasnt brought up by the person who did the detailing, and the response i got from maintenance person was "shoulder shrug". Sales person ALEXANDER, originally told me that navigation will have live traffic updates and i asked him this question during test drive and guess what? it didn't have and when i asked to look in to it. they came up with $1500 that i need to pay to get the ConnectedDrive feature, which again suppose to be part of the package as per sales person ALEXANDER. 5 days ago i spoke with the sales guy and asked about speaking with someone from management to share my overall experience and he said, he is sending email right now and someone have yet to contact me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THERE COMMITMENT TO DELIVER SERVICE THAT CUSTOMERS EXPECT FROM BMW. I was really excited for getting this car, but now i feel like i have stuck myself with a team of people that i cant even trust especially when i have already come across with 3 issues with this car within the first month.Lesson Learned: DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORDS!
