I have just purchased a pre-owned 2016 BMW 328d from BMW Toronto and the overall experience was great. Mush was very knowledgeable of the car and answered all of my questions. He addressed all of my concerns in a professional and efficient manner and was even willing to stay late to deliver the vehicle earlier. I would recommend his service to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned BMW.

Long story but I lost the cover to the tow hook re...

Long story but I lost the cover to the tow hook receptacle on the front bumper. It is a flat plastic washer (about the size of a two dollar coin) designed to be pried off (with a flat head screwdriver) in the event the car needs towing. Then simply snapped back on, with your thumb, when done. I needed to replace the part. BMW Toronto wanted to charge me $80 for the part (a small plastic cover) which is bad enough. But then they wanted to charge me one full hour of labour, at $164/hr (plus taxes), to "install" this plastic cover back on. It literally takes 5 seconds to snap it back on with your thumb.

Left me thinking these guys are crooks. Be careful.

A week ago informed the expected wait 3 months. They don't return calls now. BMW Can just says be patient. Consider your purchase carefully! Next time back to Mercedes.

Great service but the labour costs are simply outrageous. The hourly rate for labour is insane -- this needs to be tamed otherwise I will have to service my BMW vehicles elsewhere. This dealership could get a lot more business if they made their labour costs more reasonable. Also, several times I've had to call to follow-up on what the status of my car was when I was explicitly told that the dealership would follow-up with me (the agent simply forgot about me).

Four days ago I drove away in my Alpine White 435xi with M-performance & premium package. Love the car, but more importantly, loved the entire process of getting the car. It was a seamless, stress free process made complete by two words - Wesley Schanzenbacher. I recently purchased my first pre-owned BMW from Toronto dealership because it is one of the biggest BMW dealerships in Toronto, has plenty of inventory and offers excellent prices because of large volumes of sales. Because of the premium brand I expected high level of service but reality exceeded my expectations. Sales manager Les Bulka made all the experience a pain-less and enjoyable one. He answered all my questions regarding the vehicle's features and options and spent a lot of time with us test driving, discussing details and showing car's features. Overall experience was very positive, I am sure I've got the best car for the money.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. From deciding on the type of vehicle to the test drive to delivery. They completely worked around my schedule, even when there were last minute changes.

Satchel Ives was helping me and he was more than happy to go out of his way to make sure every question I had was answered and I have no doubt in my mind that coming back was the right call.

My family and friends are BMW enthusiasts and have purchased many cars from Kashif Qureshi back in the day when he was a sales rep at Parkview BMW. His customer service could be matched by a few across various industries and that is why when Kashif got a promotion and relocated to the downtown dealership we all followed him there.

Since Kashif became a manager, he had to pass me on to a sales rep and that relationship didn't work out too well, but no worries! After a quick feedback he introduced me to Usama Khan who insanely surprised me with his positive energy. Not only Usama was extremely helpful in putting me in the perfect car, he did that with a great attitude and respect. I didn't have to go through an unpleasant "car salesman pitch" that really diminishes your exciting experience of buying a new car.
Equation to this great experience is very simple: Usama very clearly understands that there are more than 5 other dealerships in this city with more than 10 sales people in each. If for a moment I will fell like a "second class" customer or I am wasting his time there are a lot of other people who will be glad to take our money next time around. That is why with Usama it's not just about buying a car, but about how you get treated post purchase.

Kashif is of course still watching over me from his glass office, but if you need to buy a BMW, Usama is the guy you want to ask for when you get there!

It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. Samir Umer not only was a genuine salesman and a gentleman but was also a true professional. His knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to those I encountered with at other dealership.

Samir's approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. He found a way to make it work in my favour... Thank you Samir !!!!!

Finally, the deal would not have been possible without the help of Sales Manager and the Finance Manager. Thank you all for your patience and help.

I went to BMW Toronto with my brother just to pick up the car that my brother bought. Mujtaba (Mush) Hassan, BMW's star sales consultant, helped my brother get the car. I ended up getting myself a 2013 BMW 328i XDrive. Mr. Mush is again the person. There was no pressure whatsoever. It was simply a boutique experience. He hooked me and my brother up with two fantastic cars. I highly recommend this dealer and anyone looking for knowledgeable advice make sure you ask for Mush when you go there.

This is the third of many bad experiences with this dealership. I first made the huge mistake to get a BMW after my Mercedes lease ended. They are very rude and do not even compare to Mercedes in any way when it comes to service. I just got home from having my car in to replace the muffler (this is a 2016 BMW X3 M sport with 7,000 ams on it). The fact that is needs to be replaced is bad enough. Then I make the mistake to leave my wallet in the car, but think later there is no way they would actually steal from me. I happened to have $100 cash in my wallet. The minute I get the car I went to where my wallet was and wow - the cash was stolen. I went to the Manager and didn't apologize, he acted as if I was lying. I do not need to try to scheme for $100.

Overall my experience with BMW from the car itself to the service has ben terrible. I also wrote a bad review for the sales guy when I bought the car and the sales rep called me to ask me what was wrong? are you serious. This is your practice.

My recent service appointment at BMW Toronto was far from excellent and the treatment I received during my service appointment from Maria Karabas (service advisor) was both frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I had a service appointment scheduled to repair the clear coat on the front driver's side of my vehicle which had been repainted prior to my purchase of the vehicle without my knowledge (I purchased the vehicle outright 8 months ago from BMW Toronto and this work was not documented in the service history or disclosed at the time of sale).

The sales manager was aware of the issue and immediately scheduled my vehicle for a service appointment to resolve the problem. However, upon my arrival and introduction with Maria Karabas, I was met with an arrogant and condescending attitude. She informed me that she had no record of my vehicle having been repainted and that it must have been a misunderstanding between myself and the sales personnel that scheduled the service appointment. I informed her that I had driven from St. Catharines to Toronto (not to mention used personal vacation time off work) and asked her to at least give me the benefit of the doubt and contact the sales manager directly, especially considering the amount of trouble I had gone through to arrive for my scheduled service appointment. She rudely replied that she didn't report to the sales manager, that she had more information and authority than anyone in the sales department, and that I wasn't allowed access to speak directly with the sales manager (located on one of the upper floors of the same building). Afterwards, I left a message for the sales manager who must've contacted Maria Karabas because she immediately came back out to greet me in the dealership lobby with a completely different tone.

Less than a week later, I noticed that the clear coat on the front driver's side fender above the wheel well was also starting to peel. I contact Maria Karabas as well as the sales manager at BMW Toronto and was told that they have no record of work being done to this area and that I would have to submit a separate warranty claim through BMW Canada. I've never had a worse customer experience and if I could rate my service experience at BMW Toronto, it would be 0/10 - definitely would not wish this experience on anyone. As soon as you purchase a vehicle from them and they have your money, they couldn't care less about customer service and satisfaction ("Sell it and forget it").

We set up a test drive and I came in on the Saturday. Really liked the vechicle! Excellent shape! Mas was really helpful showing the vechicle! Great guy and great asset to your team! I purchased the vechicle and am really pleased with it. Really enjoyed doing business with him and with the establishment! Thanks for helping us out! The two stars are gained by the 5star experience at Motorrad. The car section is the worst. I was invited through American Express to test drive one of their cars and I would be given an apple gift card. The representative at BMW was rude and asked me if I was just going to test drive it for the gift card. Would not allow me to test drive it and then told me I was not getting a gift card. Manager was not in. When I called in i was given the run-around. Horrible costumer service. Thank god I only have BMW motorcycles and not cars.

Unprofessional sales man and Manager. I ordered X5 2019 and i told them i will pay full no need for lease contract or finance. I placed a deposit of $2000 and they told me that on 30/11/2018 it will arrive. I waited for 2 months, and after the car arrived the salesman told me that we can t get the car unless we lease it or go through finance. I turned the deal down and was given my deposit back. Later that day I went to another dealer to make a new order, I was shocked to be informed that I can pay cash the full amount .I asked them to check if my old order is still there to purchase it. I was told that it was sold already.
Pls if you want to buy a new car just check other dealers.

From the first moment we walked in the door to the day we drove our car out of the showroom we had nothing but the most attentive and professional attention. Every person we dealt with made us feel very special. Our representative, Usama Khan, was the highlight of the entire experience. Not once did we feel pressured, and he was mainly concerned with getting us not only what we wanted but more importantly, what suited us best. The vehicle is amazing of course and that was to be expected, but the experience we had was a delightful surprise.

My first visit to the dealership was in Jan with a...

My first visit to the dealership was in Jan with a friend who was looking to buy a BMW GS1200 but as this bike comes in two heights, he wanted my opinion before making the final purchase. We were looking around on the floor & not greeted by anyone as it seems they judge people by their appearance & we didn't look like ptotential buyers to them.
We found 2 bikes on the floor with different heights so we started measure the ground clearance as that's the most important part on the adventure bike & while we were doing that on one of the bikes, first a staff told us very rudely don't touch it as it is sold & then 5 min later rolled the bike in the back while we were on our knees comparing the ground clearance.
That ticked me off so I walked out of the dealership upon my friend suggested that he has spoken to BMW ENDRAS on the quote and if we should visit them instead, long story short we ended up buying not one but 2 bikes from them, 2017 GS 1200 & R9T both fully loaded with combined total of $55K.

Bottom line is todays day and age, if customer service is not top notch you will lose business, period!

We bought our X3 from the sales rep Barrington, and he was very accommodating. He bought us winter floor mats for all seats and the cargo because we asked for them. However, the manager on the fourth floor doesn't seem to care about your presence if you're not 100% willing to make the purchase, which would be a detractor for all customers.

Today I took in my x5 for scheduled maintenance. I was helped by Maria Karabas in the Service Department. In an otherwise routine and uneventful day, Maria turned out to be a most surprising and welcome ray of sunshine. I showed up an hour early for my appointment, in the hopes of being able to wait on-site so that I could get my vehicle serviced and picked up earlier than as scheduled. I wanted to get a jump on my day. But I knew this might not be possible given the size of this dealership and the number of other customers waiting to get serviced first thing in the morning. Maria (and the wonderful service team at BMW Toronto) got me in and out in just over an hour (they had promised 2 hours), with my vehicle all washed and looking brand-new. By far the most positive aspect about the experience, however, was Maria's bright smile and her incredible friendliness, warmth, helpfulness (e.g. making sure I had everything I needed while I waited at the dealership), and charm--all of which made my day and served to cement BMW Toronto as the best dealership I've dealt with. Maria made my customer experience a most positive one and I'd highly recommend this dealership's service department to others solely for that reason alone.

I'd bought a 3-series sedan from George Stefankiewicz at this dealership a few years back and I had a wonderful experience. So I decided to return to BMW Toronto and to George in particular when I decided to trade in my 3-series for an X5. Once again, George proved why he is the best car salesperson in the business. Even before our appointment, George took the time to answer a host of questions from me by email and on the phone. On the day of our appointment, George spent no less than 7.5 hours(!) with me to thoroughly test drive two vehicles (an X3 and an X5) and to patiently walk me through each step of the car purchase process. Throughout, I was never pressured to upgrade to any more expensive options, which is something I'm always wary of when purchasing a vehicle. George listened very carefully to what I was looking for specifically, and his advice to me was based strictly and solely on my needs rather than on his achieving the biggest sale for the dealership and for himself. I cannot overemphasize George's transparency and his patience. I walked away feeling very satisfied that I had gotten the best vehicle for my needs; that I had chosen the best options for myself; and that I had gotten the best purchase price for my new vehicle and the best trade-in value for my old vehicle.

In a commission-based industry it is rare to find a salesperson who will put your needs above his own and that of his dealership, and to be willing to spend as much time with you as is necessary in order for you to achieve full peace of mind with your purchase. George is that rare individual. (I should add that during our day together, I witnessed George helping previous clients of his on the phone with random issues such as making an insurance claim after an unfortunate motor vehicle accident. When asked why he was doing this "extra" work, George said, "they're my clients and I try to treat everyone as I want to be treated.") Enough said.

I should also mention the amazing experience I had with Colin Burch, the "Product Genius" at BMW Toronto who finalized all the paperwork with me on the date of delivery and familiarized me with all the myriad and often intimidating functions of my new X5. Colin spent more than an hour patiently explaining every feature to me, staying beyond even closing time to ensure I was comfortable with everything. He got me excited about my purchase and ensured that I drove off the lot with confidence in my ability to use the performance, entertainment, and safety features of my vehicle. Colin clearly has an enthusiasm for automobiles and a passion for his job which shines through in his interaction with customers.

Our rep Satchel Ives was absolutely lovely to deal with, honest, knowledgable and truly committed to ensuring our experience was positive from the moment we walked into the dealership. Go to Grand Touring (I purchased an AM Vantage instead of a BMW Z4) All employees at BMW Toronto pretend to be intelligent. Unfortunately, they are all just unintelligent simple minded people in professional attire. DO NOT show any employee in that building any type of respect (sales/accounting/receptionist etc.) Just look past their "professional attire" and see them for the unintelligent simple minded people that they truly are. I originally had some problems when I bought my pre-owned 2013 550i x drive. The vehicle wasn t buffed and polished like they had promised but the sales person advised me that I could bring it back whenever I wanted to have that done. I had a low oil warning within three days of taking the car off the lot and brought it back. They initially offered to top me up but I pushed the issue with management to have an oil change done when I discovered the oil change was due in a few weeks. Would ve been nice if that had been done upon buying the car though. I received back the car and it had a few new noticeable scratches and smudges on it. I was told it may have been due to the car wash and they kept it a few more days to fully address the issue. All in all I didn t have my car for about two weeks right off the start and I was pretty upset on more than one occasion. They provided me with a loaner car free of charge for the duration that I didn t have my vehicle though. There were a few more wrinkles as well but they eventually took care of everything and the sales manager at the time promised me that he d take care of me on my first servicing need.

When I did return the sales manager had been replaced and the one I spoke to wasn t willing to give me more than the tax off my first servicing. I wrote about my experience here and the owner advised me to contact them. When I did, the service manager Kim reached out to me and after a bit of back and forth we came to an agreement that restored my faith in the dealership.

Other than the issues I had at the beginning, the staff there are highly professional and knowledgeable. The dealership is comforting and welcoming. My vehicle is a beauty and I m glad to have bought my vehicle from here.

I would like to first start off by saying that my experience at BMW Toronto was amazing. I was in the market for a X3. My family and I dealt with Owen Gong who was very easy going and patient; he was upfront about the Pros and Cons of the choices we wanted pretty much to ensure we got the best bang for our buck and what he can do for us to get the best price and any savings for us. Owen was honestly the best, he even took time out of his day to FaceTime me to show me my brand new car and how beautiful it looked. If you are looking for a BMW, I highly recommend going to BMW Toronto and asking for Owen Gong, You won t regret it.

Can't say enough good things about this dealership. From our first visit to the day when we picked up the car, the whole buying experience was exceptional. Our salesperson, Ambross Ip, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The car service experience is also a breeze each time (apart from the costs that are, understandably for a high end BMW dealership, high). Well deserved 5 stars for this well managed dealership.

I had a very good experience with Mujtaba Hassan, we spoke initially on the phone about a used i3 on the autotrader site and I arranged a time to meet. He answered every question and we had a no hassle test drive. I purchased the car that afternoon and it was ready as promised on the delivery date. He is still helping to get a couple quirks ironed out with connecteddrive and the i3 app. Would highly recommend Mush and BMW Toronto.

I leased my bmw from other dealership, on my lease end, i couldnot find anyone from my old bmw dealership help me return my lease. i found Felix who speak the same language, he taught me how to get lease end inspection done and all the info i need. he is very easy going, even answered my call after 10pm. after all the excellent service, my boy friend and i deciede to lease another one from Felix not my old dealership.

We bought a used Nissan from this place, and we liked their service. Their non-BMW used vehicles are usually reasonably priced. On the negative side, they require you to have a minimum of $2M liability insurance on used autos as well. Used car buyers usually don t have an auto insurance for $2M, as they tend to go with basic $1M. I hope they can make changes and allow 1 M for used cars.
