The experience at this location is terrible EVERY time we go in. From incompetent diagnostics, to refusing to honour our warranty, to not doing the services requested and not telling us, not to mention every time we come in/deal with someone new there seems to be no record of our previous transaction. We've also been waiting since March to see if scratches on our car are covered under the extra scratch warranty we purchased.
I went in 6 weeks after purchasing our "showroom ready" vehicle and was told it needed brakes. Went back 2 mos later, they said it didn't need brakes, the next time they said it did, and so on.
I've come in there for service appts and been sent away as the "guy" who does that work is never in on the day they booked my appt. due to that the next time I was in I was out of warranty for the service, and even though it was their fault it wasn't done in warranty, the refused to honour it and offered me 10% off when I spoke to management who said it was really my fault anyway.
Once when I used the pickup service to be brought back to get my car, even though I was 10 min from the dealership, the driver made me sit through a 50min car ride uptown to pick up another customer.
They also charge for a loaner vehicle and staff have told me they are the only location that doesn't provide the service free of charge.
They made me regret ever buying another BMW.
