A1 technician came to service our AC unit today at...

A1 technician came to service our AC unit today at 2:30 pm. He inspected our unit and left. At 5:30 pm I noticed, my air conditioning was still running. I looked at my thermostat, it showed 81 degrees. Btw, we paid for the service call.
We've called them xs 2 this evening. It's now 10pm. No one has come to fix my AC. It's now 82 degrees in my house! I'm VERY upset.

Some of the people writing these reviews must be clueless or just have money to throw away! Of course A1 air is gonna be super nice and polite when they're ripping people off and taking them to the cleaners. What else would they do?? Listen to this
My friend called A1 Air for a simple come check my system and make sure we're all good visit. A1 Air looked at their water heater and said it was dangerous and needed replacing immediately. Or it'll flood the house. It supposedly had a small leak up top. No water on the floor, just rust up top.
So let's say it did need replacing. Me, I run to Home Depot and buy one for no more than $350-500 for a top of the line water heater. Then I find someone to install it for $200-300. So I'm out way less than $1000 at the most.
A1 Air told my friend they'd do it for $2000 but would do the lifetime warranty for $4000 (I seen the quote myself) now, seriously, ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? What the hell kind of business is that?? I completely understand a business has to make a profit, but come on. My friends knew nothing about water heaters and were very vulnerable to the cost. A1 Air should be ashamed of themselves!! No business should make that much off of someone!! Period!! Realistically they could of made a $3500 profit. Oh and yes, they were super nice to them. People, there is a thing out there called Google, when u have problems no matter what they are, do your homework plz!!

Our repairman Wesley C. came out very quickly after we called and was very personable, friendly and professional! He fixed our issue within minutes! Great company great service! Highly reccomended!!! Not at all pleased with A1. We hired them for a full install of a system. Not only did they charge a large amount (which was acceptable if they did a good job), they screwed up the install. Then, when someone was sent to fix the install, they made it even worse and ruined our mattress that was less than 1 year old. Then we had to have a 3rd guy come out to 'see what was wrong' but did not fix anything. He had to come out AGAIN to actually fix the issue. We also had to have them come out another time to fix something that their installer messed up, and come out again the next day while we correct the house issue with a handyman. And, during all of these visits and wasted time on our end, we still have a damaged cover they have yet to fix. So, that is a total of 6 visits with still a 7th one needed, for a one visit job. Then, they did not fully replace the cost of the mattress and pillow they ruined. Very dissatisfied with the company.

UPDATE: It took several more weeks, but the full cost of my damaged personal property was finally returned. However, after 2 more visits, the system finally works and is "completed". That is 8 total visits needed. 8 appointments to sit around and wait for, several days of missed work, and a lot of money, when 1 appointment was agreed upon. I very much hope nothing happens in the future; a system malfunction would even further the problem, and I prefer not to have to use them ever again.

Updated 10/20/2018 - I had a new HVAC installed on 10/9/2018, and I've already had to have A#1 Air come back to my house 3 times to determine why the unit will not either heat or cool my home to the temperature I set my thermostat to. I don't know why I'm having so much trouble with this new unit and why A#1 Air can't get this right on the 1st try, but I've lost any semblance of confidence I may have had in them before this ordeal. The only reasons I keep calling them at this point is because (1) the unit is still under warranty and (2) I want to hold them accountable for their "Guaranteed Right, Day or Night" guarantee. The guarantee seems pretty worthless if it takes more than a couple of times to get it right if you ask me.

I've been using A1 Air for about 6 months now for general maintenance. I started paying more attention to it once I had the blower motor on my unit die a couple of summers ago. After replacing it, the AC guy warned me that my unit was reaching the end of its life. When I started using A1 Air, William (the tech) asked me about the age of my unit and if I'd spent any money recently fixing it outside of standard upkeep. After I realized I'd spent nearly $2,500 fixing my current unit in just the past 2 years, I took his recommendation to consider upgrading the unit to heart. The death of the condenser fan motor (and associated $900 cost to fix it) convinced me it was time for a new one. A weekend inspection and a day's worth of labor to install the new one, I'm cool and happy again. And I got a great deal because of a special they were running (18 SEER for the price of a 14 SEER) thanks to David.

I needed to change out my entire AC system. I had four companies come out to provide a bid and their insights. Wow, the spectrum what these companies told me where very different. It wasn't until Alan from A1 spent the time reviewing what my true needs were that I finally came to the conclusion that A1 was going to be the best company to choose. The three man crew showed up and worked hard from 9:30 am - 7:30 pm. I was very impressed on their knowledge on system installation and how they protected my home during the install. My house now cools better and heats better than ever before. I am so glad I picked A1. Yes, they may be slightly higher, but they by far are the most knowledgeable and professional than any other company I interacted with. I would recommend A1 to anyone who wants a quality product with quality installers.

I would give zero stars if possibe, I called to set up an appt for today at 5pm early this am to have an estimate for a complete new system inside and outside of the home we had recently purchased.. We left work early to ensure that we were here by 5pm but by 6pm had rolled around we still had no one show up..I proceeded to call and to find out an ETA on arrival, the person who answered kept telling me ,"they will be there soon", I asked "could you tell me about how far they are?" And again he said "soon", after repeating myself he transferred me to dispatch.. A person answered stating his name was Aundre (sp?) and proceeded to inform me that the person coming would there soon, I again asked, where would this person be coming from so that we have an idea if they are 5 min away or several hours.. Aundre stated "well I'm not sure", I stated "someone should be able to tell me", then he stated "well they are in Dallas", I chuckled and stated that's a big range of area, could you please narrow it.. he then made a smart comment in a sarcastic voice "let me get my GPS out and tell you a time frame" he then said that the person coming was in South Dallas and it would be a 1.5 hour drive to my home..and he was not sure how much longer it would be as they are selling multiple units to the home he was at now. This made me feel very unimportant as a customer, especially by taking off early from work and have no one call to inform me of the delay..He them mentioned that I had an open appt starting at 5pm which meant they could arrive inbetween 5 and 6pm (it was 610p now) I said well it looks like even if they left now it wouldn't be until 740p when they would arrive so how is between 5 to 6 even close, he goes well 5 to 7... which still made no sense. I asked him why would they schedule someone coming from S. Dallas all the way to the highland village area that even with zero traffic would be over 45 min when their office is only 15 min away from me.. he was silent for several seconds.. I also asked why didn't anyone call and inform me that they were running behind? and again no answer, just silence... I then asked for someone in charge to call me tomorrow so i could tell them how disappointed we were with their service and could not imagine what poor service we would get after the sale .He asked if I wanted to reschedule, i chuckled and said why would I set myself up for more of time to be wasted..
FOLLOW UP....so today i get a mesage from Dottie asking me how my service call went last night.. i called back and asked for Dottie but she was busy so i spoke to leslie (per her the only leslie in the company) after asking why would they call asking such a question, she stated she saw my email with my concern.. I asked leslie why didnt anyone inform me that this "comfort tech" was running behind.. her comment was " I'm sorry you didnt understand how we schedule,would you like for me to explain it so that YOU understand it better".. my jaw hit the floor as i have never been spoke to this way as a consumer, i informed her that her choice of words were very poor and if anything she could of said she was sorry for the misunderstanding rather than put blame on the customer.. At this point I knew that this company and all their friendly commercials were just lies as the customer is not #1 .. i thank her for her time and hung up.. i wi be taking my business and anyone else who asks me where to get their AC repairs or purchasing to steer clear of this company...

Technician was very thorough and seemed to be honest. I had a bad experience with an A/C Technician and I am a bit leery. Just hope that A #1 Air can win my trust after what the other company did. So far so good Dane J saved me considerable amount of money and of that I am very grateful. I look forward to working with the company and hopefully Dane J. in the future.

This is more of a PSA so you can be prepared for the cost. The project was to remove three toilets and install four toilets, I provided the toilets. I had already removed one of the toilets. Once the installer showed me the quote it took me a minute to gather myself. He quoted me $1300 but told me I would need to pay the $70 upfront if I did not like the price. I put myself in the situation by waiting last minute to have a plumber come out and did not have the time to do this myself. So I agreed. The installer at one point asked me if I would run him an errand to save him some time. To which I replied you are making nearly $700 an hour today. You can go get your own parts. (to be fair, it took him three hours so it cost $500 an hour). I ended up paying $1517 total to literally set 4 toilets. I was not going to write a review because I agreed to this but when he left all of the trash and the toilets, that was the last straw. I thought for this kind of money he should ve hauled it off but he said he just didn t have a room in his truck. Don t be me, plan ahead!

Sidenote, I also had them scheduled to go to my house the following day. Needless to say I canceled that immediately. Planning ahead on this one.

Just wanted to give a big shout out THANK YOU to technician DAVID who dropped by yesterday when we requested a service call for our screeching HVAC fan. David listened well, helped us to see options for repair and gave us some tips if we wanted to try to fix it on our own. While this time, it's a simple "self-fix" next time, I will certainly give A#1 a call if the need arises. Thanks again, David and keep up the good work, A#1! :-)

I feel like I was ripped off. It went from something minor to $330. They charged me $90 to rewire my thermostat. Which has been working for years and while other AC techs never mention that something was wrong with that part. It took him less than 5mins for that. Never use them again. no trust in them.

Terrible customer service and flat out lied to us ...

Terrible customer service and flat out lied to us about being able to file our claim with our home warranty company. The first thing we asked them was if we were able to file our AC repair with our home warranty and even gave them information about our coverage. Flash forward a week of non responsiveness and they re not actually a covered contractor. They took advantage of us because it s summer time in Texas and know people need quick repairs.

This was on top of the fact we had to call 4x one day to see if they had the part we needed and they promised to call back which they never did, but then claim they did. We never demanded quick service just if they had the part we needed or if they d have to order it. The part that was installed also ended up being $400 more than what they originally told us. They lied to us multiple times to cover their butts and basically cheated us out of something we should have had covered. It is such a shame because the actual repair men were kind and competent workers. Bottom line don t use them.

A#1 Air is, without a doubt, the best heating and air conditioning company in the DFW area. Their pricing is more than fair and they don't pressure you into buying services or equipment you don't need like other companies. I love it that they stand behind all their work. And you can tell they're a family-owned business because they treat their customers like family. The technicians are highly-skilled, extremely helpful and courteous. An added bonus is that the dispatcher gives you consistent updates throughout the day on the status of your service call so you can go about your day without interruption. I have never had this happen with other service companies. (I've always had to call THEM.) I can't say enough great things about A#1 Air.

I have lived in my home for 18 years and never replaced my water heater. Our water took forever to heat up so I decided to buy a new one. I researched several companies. I saw their TV commercial and decided to try A #1 Air. Bryce was the lucky one to get my call. You see my water heater is in the attic of a 2 story home. It is July here in Texas and very hot!!!! But he did a fantastic job, took out the old and out in the new. He fixed a couple faucets for me, cleaned my bathroom drain. He was very professional, courteous and understood my situation. I am very thankful that I made that call to A #1 Air. They have been there when I needed them no matter what time of the day. They are my go to company for all my issues here at my home.

Under no circumstances should you ever considering using this company. I learned the hard way and was ripped off by them several years ago. Just recently a friend of mine made the mistake of calling them and was told that he needed an entirely new HVAC system to the tune of almost $8,000. Fortunately he got a second opinion and had the system repaired for less than $500. These people are liars and cheats. They are not in the HVAC repair business. They are there to sell people overpriced, poor quality garbage. Do NOT let them into your home or they will attempt to rob you blind.

Aaron was our technician today. This was the service call that won us back, after not using A#1 Air for a year. He explained future maintenance choices and seemed to do a solid job. He also told us there had been some management changes in November--we could tell right away it's for the best. We even received an e-mail with the tech's photo before he arrived. We bought a unit from A#1 Air in 2010 and had always used them for service. Two years ago were were very disappointed by our second missed service appointment in a year's time (the second without even so much as a phone call to say they weren't coming). Keep the prices low, keep appointments on time & keep techs like Aaron, & A#1 Air will remain our company! 5 Stars for Aaron, 4 Stars overall

What a untrustworthy company! My wife took off work so we could get the AC fixed in the middle of supper. They said they would be there 0900-1200 the next day. From 11am to 6 pm on the hour I received calls saying they were en route. I even sai look is you can t make it let me know so I can get someone who can. They said He s on the way now. I got home at 9pm on a weekday and they still haven t showed up nor did they apologize. They said call this number and will make up for it. You know my phone number you called it all day miss leading us. Luckily I found an awesome company who was trustworthy and reliable. This Company is overrated!!!!!!!

BAD..!! still waiting on a repair. Going on 8 days.. yet I still get told the part hasn't arrived. U would think 1700 would get them to call u back and inform u what's going on.. So we called a1 to fix our heater the tech came and said the motor was bad.. they ordered it.. guess what we waited 2 days for it to arrive.. NO call what's so ever, come to find out the part was sitting in the warehouse.. so the tech comes back and I'm not sure if he broke anything because he comes back and tells us the wheel housing is bent. So he tells us he has to order a one new.. ok... so 5 days later still no word. But of course we call and management and they say the computers are down.... I went up in the attic to see the heater and parts laying around everywhere so now we can't even ask another company to fix it unless we pay another 200 for labor.. so if u are looking for a company to fix your heater just maybe this one isn't as good as the ratings say it is..

I don't where to begin. I have been having problems with my AC for awhile. During all of this time I have been a Maintenance Program Member. Each time they would come out, they would quickly diagnose the problem. They stayed until the system was running normally and said if I had any further problems to call them. Well their resolution the problem apparently was an unlikely temporary one because the same problem persisted. We called them again and they came out. This process continued on for several days and weeks. They finally found the root cause of the problem and it has been finally resolved. A#1 Air were persistent in their efforts to get our system up and running. They kept coming back and back until we were satisfied. To me this shows how much they care.

Pricing was inline with the competition , even though the competition didn't have the same quality employees. I am proud to be an A#1 customer. Thank you A#1 for the fast, professional and quality service.

Disappointed. I called yesterday with an urgent leak issue, and they said they could get someone to my location today between 8-12. I've spent all morning waiting, just to get a phone call at 11:15 that says they might not be able to make it to my house today. That's poor planning and customer service. Won't be using (or attempting to use) their service again.

Scheduled a water heater inspection for this past Friday, but A1 Air rescheduled for Monday from 2-6 (no problem). I was told I would receive a 1.5 hour courtesy call to confirm appointment. I received a call from Josephine at 3:48 pm saying service tech was on his way. So, I leave work EARLY. Then, I get a call (as I'm leaving work) saying tech was called back to previous client, but was still on his way afterwards. At 6:07 pm -- no call from tech, no call from corporate to update me or anything. So, I call myself. I'm then told A1A will reach out to tech and call me right back with status update. At 7:00 - still no call back from office, not tech. So, I call again. This time I'm told that tech is on his way. 8:30 pm -- no tech, no follow up call from office -- so I call office to cancel entire appointment. I waited FOUR HOURS!!! Techs finally show up at 8:45 PM!! No thank you -- appointment cancelled!!! FOUR HOURS of my evening was wasted!! Sorry, A#1...you're not #1!!!

Great company from start to finish!
We just signed up for A1 Air's annual AC/Heater maintenance plan, which is very affordable and received our first AC check-up (within a few days of signing up!). The technician spent over an hour doing what I considered an extremely through review of our unit and other related components. I am very pleased with the communication of the findings after the inspection and overall considered it to be a pleasant experience with this service provider. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, appointment availability, affordable cost, and reliability.

Loren arrived right on time as advised by company. He proceeded to perform the system checks and change the filter in the attic unit. He then went to the the outside unit and performed the required checks there. After the checks were completed, he returned to the house and explained the need for some repairs that I approved. He then did the repairs very quickly. I am a retired field service engineer and I definitely appreciate detailed explanations.
Loren is very proud of his work, as he should be, and is also very proud of his employer.
This service is the type that I appreciate.

I had a tune up appt. for over a month. I had to call them to confirm the day of. They said oh we were about to call you (already an hour in to my 4 hour window). There are a lot of emergencies so we will have to reschedule, 2 more weeks from now. I said no I had an appt. They said well of we do show up today itll be way later but no promises. They basically chose the emergency fee calls over the less expensive routine maintenance call.

A very happy customer right here! My AC went out (it was 15 years old and kept freezing up), and I needed one right away! This Texas Heat can be beyond unbearable! Raymond came to my house on a Thursday and was very informative about the selections of units that would be best for my home. I made my decision and I asked, When would it be possible to get the new unit put it? He said, I ll have it here tomorrow between 8:30-9:00. (am)
I was somewhat surprised since this time of year (June) is busy for any AC company.
Friday morning came and I received a phone call from A1Air at 7:30am saying the guys were on their way. They were coming from Lewisville, so they got to my house a little earlier than they said, but I was fine with that.
JOSE and IVAN!!! These young men rocked!!! They were professional, knowledgeable, and very informative!! Any question I had, they answered it without hesitation. Since my last unit was not up to code compliance (I didn t know this until they told me), they had to do quite a bit of extra work in order for my unit to be in compliance.
I can t thank these men enough for all the extra work that they did!! They explained everything that they were doing and why. They worked diligently, effectively, and efficiently with such great attitudes. They were a joy to be around!! I will definitely refer A1Air to anyone, and I will definitely refer JOSE and IVAN!! I ll be requesting these two guys when it s time to get my duct work cleaned out! My whole experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic!!!

Edit: If I could rate this zero star I would. I HAVE to use this company due to the warranty, their scheduling is a joke. I paid for their stupid membership months ago and set up an appointment at that time. They call me today saying they dont have the time to come out and want to reschedule. How is this company still around? I hate them so much.

Where to start. I got a new AC system from these guys 3 years ago, they were very eager to take my money. After installation they broke my door and the jam. When I brought that up, their response was it was like that when they got there. I voice my concerns about the 100% sanctification guarantee and they responded with only that it applies to things they broke. Fine, just get out of my house. Scheduling the inspection was a nightmare with them giving me the run around about when the inspector can come out. I talked to the inspector and he was fine with meeting me after hours, while A1 kept saying there was no way any inspector would ever do that. Fine, they were out of my life.

Now the unit has stopped working. I call to schedule an appointment just to see if things have changed. They give me a window from 8 am to 4 pm. After asking for a closer time slot, since I have a job they said that was the best they could do. I found another company that met my needs. I call back to get the warranty info, they said they could not give that to me and would have someone call me with it...nothing. I get a call from someone asking if they could do anything for me, I tell them to find a time slot early in the morning and they were unwilling to do that.

I decide to give them one last shot and have them come out after work (still keeping my appointment with the other company so far). I was set to receive a call after 6pm, at 7:30 I call their dispatch and only get a response of yea, sorry we are really busy and can make it out at midnight. That was the last time I would ever give this company a change. I still have my service schedule for the other company with the time that actually works for me having a job.

Sorry, but not sorry...I will never use this company for anything again.

My experience was different. I had them come out and evaluate my home for a new unit and estimate how much capacity I needed. I had already had three other estimates and they were all the same, so I was surprised when they said I needed twice as much. As soon as I mentioned the other estimates, they started back-tracking with things like, "Of course we want to make sure you're happy, but if you want to cut it close to the line..." and other typical sales tactics.

I asked about the warranty and they said it was 10 years, factory. I tried to look it up to confirm, but they never game me a specific model number. Installation was reasonable, and I liked the unit, so I agreed.

Installation was pretty typical if a bit messy. Then before leaving they told me I needed to register the unit with the manufacturer. I asked why they didn't do that and he said that they just don't. I spent over an hour trying to find where the serial number was (up underneath everything) in the heat. The company requires a fax or paper submission so I cranked up the fax machine. They said I had the wrong number, I needed to look on the other side of the condenser. So, I repeated the whole thing and got it registered. Five year warranty.

I should have listened to a friend who was wary of them because they advertise so much. "People that have a solid business don't have to spend megabucks on advertising". Good advice.

I just called to set up an air duct cleaning and the call center guy didn't know what method was used to clean them. Very poor bc the negative pressure method is more of a maintenance method and the brush inside is more of a complete method. Man, if they can't train their employees in this very basic stuff, I can only imagine what the service is like.

Due to their great deals, we updated both the furnace and A/C unit at once. Very pleased with the installation process and everything they did to make sure we were happy with the system and service. There are few things that are more stressful and disruptive than the air conditioning failing during a Texas summer heat wave, but that's what happened. I became a client of A#1 Air years ago when American Home Shield covered my system and after MANY companies had been sent for various issues, I decided that they were my favorite. I had scheduled a check up, but the ac failed two days prior to that appointment... at 10 pm. *smh-lol-hangs head* When I called, not only did I get through to a person, but in less than an hour Chris R. was knocking on my door. He tried, but it was the worst case scenario and there was no way to revive my system. Chris was very thorough and presented me with all of my options. He let me ask every single question I had and not once, even as 1 am approached, did I feel rushed or pressured. I made my decision to replace and signed the appropriate paperwork. At 8 am I received the call that a team was on the way, and everything was completed by 1 pm. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional! The evaluation, financing, AND complete install were all finished in just over 12 hours!!! I have never been more satisfied with any company or team, and cannot say enough to express my satisfaction with what could have been a very rough situation. Thank you guys SO very much! Righting a Wrong... Long story short, A#1 Air was contracted 3 weeks ago to service our 2 AC units, just a normal summer "tune-up". They sent out a tech, very nice, respectful. Fast forward 3 weeks, both units stopped working, one of them made a loud 'pop' noise, and my husband saw that a wire connection had burned up. Knowing that we just paid for a service that should have prevented this, we called A#1 Air at 6:30pm and they had a tech come out a couple hours later. I know no business wants to air out their 'dirty laundry', but we found out that the previous tech is no longer with the company and they are having to clean up his mess (on multiple jobs). Basically, found out that tech didn't do any of the tune-up.
Our new tech, Charlie, was there until midnight - he fixed our units, did everything that should have been done 3 weeks prior and got our house back to a comfortable temperature. He was informative and polite. Also - did not have to pay a dime. Thank you for making things right!!!! It's not often that you hear of 'service' companies doing that. We will continue to use A#1 Air because they truly care about their customers. #HappyCustomer

I used this company to replace my HVAC a couple years ago. About 2 months ago I kept trying to figure out why when I turned on the AC, I would hear noise but my house was not cooling down. For whatever reason, I had to go through two of their technicians before the 3rd one finally figured it out. Huge thanks to David L for knowing exactly what the problem was when I told him what was going on. This 5-star rating is mostly because of him. I will give credit to the company for having good customer service in not asking me to pay again for having someone come out since it was my third time calling for the same issue. Hopefully whenever I have an issue, I can just request him to save time, money, and energy.

A#1 Air installed our A/C approximately 3 years ago. We contacted A#1 Air to come out and do a 'checkup' on our A/C unit--glad we did. Andy V. went through the entire process and explained what he was doing in terms I could understand. During his checkout, he noticed that there was a refrigerant leak and promptly had a plan of action. He knew what part would be needed (Lennox specific part) He checked to see if our unit was still under warranty--which it was and said he would have it repaired that day--at no charge. I will continue to use A#1 Air for all of our HVAC needs and will gladly recommend them to others!!

This company overcharge for their services. I was reading about a veteran that was charged $17,000 for one air conditioner. This company is a rip off . I do not know how honestly the owners can go to bed at night knowing they are overcharging and ripping people off. They came to the house and install 2 air conditioner capacitors (each at cost of $314 for total of $658 for 2 units. Retail price for air conditioner capacitors is $ 120 to $150 each. I was also charged $99 for a third unit that was installed in Dec 2017 that was never serviced because I told the service guy do not know where the drain line is located and leaking.. When I signed up for the membership, the contact person did not ask for my e-mail address so that membership information can be mailed. I had to call customer service and told there is $20 service charge to come out and $99 to service each air conditioner in addition to the additional charge for each capacitor if I cancel my membership of $144 every 6 months. The house was built in NOV 2013 (almost 5 years). 2 units is almost 5 years old and 3rd unit was installed Dec 2017 (8 months). Buyers beware. Am definitely cancelling membership.

We are so impressed with the quality of the service we have received from your technicians. Noel Aguirie and Alejandro Lechuga have helped us solve a problem with our new air conditioners. They were knowledgeable, hard working, kind, considerate and respectful. We bought our air conditioners from your company last September mainly because of the salesman that helped us with the purchase. He was incredible. Next were the service techs who put in our units on a very rainy day. They worked hard and were cheerful even though they got soaking wet while installing the equipment. The operators who take our calls are polite and quick to response to a problem. The technicians are here when expected. The quality of the people that work for you tells the quality of your business. We appreciate your help and are happy to find a company that we can trust.

This company worked on my friends A/C in her house and not only destroyed it they replaced it with the wrong unit and now the house is no longer livable!!! My friend Maggie Casey has asthma & her son that lives with her also has asthma & they can't breath in the house because the humidity is above 70%!!! A#1 also isn't responding to their calls or emails. If this continues I'm having my lawyer get in touch with this company. Would highly suggest avoiding this company at all cost due to unprofessional work!

We contacted A#1 Air on Saturday evening after the first indication that our system was in need of help. Mike came out on Easter Sunday and was completely professional and really eased our minds. Another A/C repair company had already been to check out the problem and after glancing at the system just told us we needed a new system and it would cost $25,000 or more. A quick call to A#1 Air and Mike was there to actually look over our system. He then presented us with all of our options from repair to replacement and not one of them was even close to $25,000. He made us comfortable and put our minds at ease with the entire process. We now have a new A/C system with an incredible warranty and the backing of a company that truly cares about their customers.
