I had a tune up appt. for over a month. I had to call them to confirm the day of. They said oh we were about to call you (already an hour in to my 4 hour window). There are a lot of emergencies so we will have to reschedule, 2 more weeks from now. I said no I had an appt. They said well of we do show up today itll be way later but no promises. They basically chose the emergency fee calls over the less expensive routine maintenance call.
