Update they never tried to contact me and make things right so if you like getting lied to and ripped off this is the company for you!!

Just to update you customer service did call and there solution was to come and check the system at my cost not to see way thing wasn't working like they promised
So beware these people are all about getting your money and not standing behind there product or claims they make about there product
