Righting a Wrong... Long story short, A#1 Air was contracted 3 weeks ago to service our 2 AC units, just a normal summer "tune-up". They sent out a tech, very nice, respectful. Fast forward 3 weeks, both units stopped working, one of them made a loud 'pop' noise, and my husband saw that a wire connection had burned up. Knowing that we just paid for a service that should have prevented this, we called A#1 Air at 6:30pm and they had a tech come out a couple hours later. I know no business wants to air out their 'dirty laundry', but we found out that the previous tech is no longer with the company and they are having to clean up his mess (on multiple jobs). Basically, found out that tech didn't do any of the tune-up.
Our new tech, Charlie, was there until midnight - he fixed our units, did everything that should have been done 3 weeks prior and got our house back to a comfortable temperature. He was informative and polite. Also - did not have to pay a dime. Thank you for making things right!!!! It's not often that you hear of 'service' companies doing that. We will continue to use A#1 Air because they truly care about their customers. #HappyCustomer
