Donnie was an Outstanding tech. Who worked extremely hard to resolve the issue I was having with my unit. He made repeated trips from the outside to the attic. He is very dedicated to solving the problem for me. This company is lucky to have such an outstanding employee that goes the distance. My unit was back up and running in no time. Outstanding work!!!
