I would give zero stars if possibe, I called to set up an appt for today at 5pm early this am to have an estimate for a complete new system inside and outside of the home we had recently purchased.. We left work early to ensure that we were here by 5pm but by 6pm had rolled around we still had no one show up..I proceeded to call and to find out an ETA on arrival, the person who answered kept telling me ,"they will be there soon", I asked "could you tell me about how far they are?" And again he said "soon", after repeating myself he transferred me to dispatch.. A person answered stating his name was Aundre (sp?) and proceeded to inform me that the person coming would there soon, I again asked, where would this person be coming from so that we have an idea if they are 5 min away or several hours.. Aundre stated "well I'm not sure", I stated "someone should be able to tell me", then he stated "well they are in Dallas", I chuckled and stated that's a big range of area, could you please narrow it.. he then made a smart comment in a sarcastic voice "let me get my GPS out and tell you a time frame" he then said that the person coming was in South Dallas and it would be a 1.5 hour drive to my home..and he was not sure how much longer it would be as they are selling multiple units to the home he was at now. This made me feel very unimportant as a customer, especially by taking off early from work and have no one call to inform me of the delay..He them mentioned that I had an open appt starting at 5pm which meant they could arrive inbetween 5 and 6pm (it was 610p now) I said well it looks like even if they left now it wouldn't be until 740p when they would arrive so how is between 5 to 6 even close, he goes well 5 to 7... which still made no sense. I asked him why would they schedule someone coming from S. Dallas all the way to the highland village area that even with zero traffic would be over 45 min when their office is only 15 min away from me.. he was silent for several seconds.. I also asked why didn't anyone call and inform me that they were running behind? and again no answer, just silence... I then asked for someone in charge to call me tomorrow so i could tell them how disappointed we were with their service and could not imagine what poor service we would get after the sale .He asked if I wanted to reschedule, i chuckled and said why would I set myself up for more of time to be wasted..
FOLLOW UP....so today i get a mesage from Dottie asking me how my service call went last night.. i called back and asked for Dottie but she was busy so i spoke to leslie (per her the only leslie in the company) after asking why would they call asking such a question, she stated she saw my email with my concern.. I asked leslie why didnt anyone inform me that this "comfort tech" was running behind.. her comment was " I'm sorry you didnt understand how we schedule,would you like for me to explain it so that YOU understand it better".. my jaw hit the floor as i have never been spoke to this way as a consumer, i informed her that her choice of words were very poor and if anything she could of said she was sorry for the misunderstanding rather than put blame on the customer.. At this point I knew that this company and all their friendly commercials were just lies as the customer is not #1 .. i thank her for her time and hung up.. i wi be taking my business and anyone else who asks me where to get their AC repairs or purchasing to steer clear of this company...
