Scheduled a water heater inspection for this past ...

Scheduled a water heater inspection for this past Friday, but A1 Air rescheduled for Monday from 2-6 (no problem). I was told I would receive a 1.5 hour courtesy call to confirm appointment. I received a call from Josephine at 3:48 pm saying service tech was on his way. So, I leave work EARLY. Then, I get a call (as I'm leaving work) saying tech was called back to previous client, but was still on his way afterwards. At 6:07 pm -- no call from tech, no call from corporate to update me or anything. So, I call myself. I'm then told A1A will reach out to tech and call me right back with status update. At 7:00 - still no call back from office, not tech. So, I call again. This time I'm told that tech is on his way. 8:30 pm -- no tech, no follow up call from office -- so I call office to cancel entire appointment. I waited FOUR HOURS!!! Techs finally show up at 8:45 PM!! No thank you -- appointment cancelled!!! FOUR HOURS of my evening was wasted!! Sorry, A#1...you're not #1!!!
