I first booked the tickets and then read the reviews which I really panicked. But then I checked in with airline and everything went fine. I am not sure if their service has changed but I had no problem whatsoever with Travelpack.

Long story: I booked a fight from Manchester (England) to Paris, firstly I attempted twice using a Cash Passport (essentially a MasterCard which you can load different currencies on and can use globally) both times it said 'the authorisation has been declined by the bank'. I then used my Debit MasterCard and was sent a confirmation email confirming the payment and the booking.
When I arrived at Manchester to check in, I was told that they could not find my booking and that no seat had been reserved for me. I then called TravelPack to express my concern and frustration to be told that my payment had not been received- yet there was the corresponding amount of money had left my bank account. The man I was then talking decided to hang up on me. I called again to be told that they have sent the money back to my account.
I then had to buy another flight, this time I went directly through Air France (whom were so empathetic and lovely to deal with).
TravelPack have cheated me of my money and ruined what was supposed to be the holiday of a lifetime.
A week and a half has past and I have not been refunded my money. I am absolutely furious and will be taking action against this company if my money is not returned to me promtly.
The company is the most irresponsible one in the market. After 7 months of the cancelation of my flight, and despite the fact that I asked several times that I am happy with a voucher rather than a refund given the tough conditions all airlines are going through, and after many follow ups, they finally send me an email last week that:
"GBP 25 is the admin fee. We charge an admin fee as advised in the online booking conditions, as we did not cancel the flight, but are tasked with administering the booking for passenger and airline when we act in the legal capacity of only an agent on behalf of the airline (as advised in our online booking conditions, that were ticked as read and accepted)." You can see in order to return you own money after nine months and seven months passed the cancelation date, they charge you an admin fee (for the cancelation of your flight!). You would now understand why they do not ask for vouchers from the airlines because how they can pick your pockets once more if the airlines offer vouchers for cancelation. Very unethical company ... avoid them at all costs!

Worst company ever, flights cancelled in April to Singapore costing me a lot of money. I've been lied to over and over and over and over again! The airline company have told me they have refunded the money to travelpack therefore they're just holding on to it. Have instigated the bank to put in a claim to them for a refund.
Avoid - TravelPack allowed me to purchase flights before immediately emailing me afterwards explaining that they had misquoted me, and the only way I would be able to validate my booking is to pay an additional fare - which equated to 10% of the initial fare.
Absolutely atrocious attitudes and customer service. Booked a flight from London to Vancouver. Got confirmation of a successful booking, payment was taken from my account then I received an email saying my payment was not a 3D secure payment even tho the money was taken off my TD visa. Worst travel agency. Don't ever book using Travelpack. We searched the flight in sky scanner and got better deal with Travelpack, so we booked. Our connecting flight was Jet Airways and those flights are being cancelled. Travelpack is not giving any options for alternatives, they are saying "our ticket is confirmed". As soon as you book the ticket, you will receive the confirmation, that everyone knows.

Garbage company. I booked flights with them as they were the cheapest. My flight was in March to Argentina from London - the flight went ahead but I chose not to travel, as I would have had to quarantine for the full length of my stay. It was impossible to contact them throughout the time when I was trying to decide whether to travel or not, which was extremely stressful. Spent many hours trying to get through without luck They have been useless when trying to get a refund for my ticket.

I get that it takes a long time to provide refunds at this time. I didn t mind waiting longer, as indeed I m still waiting for a refund I would otherwise have received in May. I don t mind, I get it - everyone s been royally screwed by covid, especially in travel. 7-8 weeks for a refund wasn t realistic.

I booked flights before Covid, the flight operator emailed to let me know they unfortunately had to cancel the flights due to the pandemic but that I could receive a full refund (if I had gone direct I would have the refund by now) I contacted Travelpack as I had booked through them, it took them a month to reply but it did say that my refund would be in my account in 8 weeks, 8 weeks went and no refund had reached my account. Then I was told to wait another 4 weeks as it was still being processed .
It s now been 14 weeks and no refund. Every time I call they say it s nearly in my account and to wait another few days and to call back. Anything to get you off the phone.
No refund nearly 6 months passed My travel dates for 2 tickets: 9th April 2020 and 16th April 2020. Both tickets were cancelled due to the pandemic. Initially Travelpack refused to give a refund and then the refund was finally initiated on 26th May 2020 saying I will be refunded in 10 to 12 weeks. When I ask for the status these are the reply given by them 18th August: Prioritizing the refund 24th August: Refund will be done next week 3rd September: Prioritizing the refund 15th September: Refund will be done by 20th Sept. 22nd September: Refund will be done today or latest by tomorrow 24th September: Refund will be done on October 7th. 8th October: Refund will be done on November 7th. I don't trust them anymore. Clearly, there is some fraud going on in this company. Its been nearly 6 months I been waiting for my refund. I am struggling financially due to the pandemic and need this refund urgently. All my friends have received their refunds with other companies. Please never book tickets from this company.
Only because I can t provide 0 stars. TLDR: SCAM! Do not use! If you are waiting for a refund report to the competition and markets authority. I booked through them for a flight that was cancelled due to Covid. They assured me I would get my refund, that they were doing all they can to get it expedited. Lie after lie, phone all after phonecall it s been 11 weeks and I have still not received my refund despite confirmation from British airways that the refund was issued to my agent. They have basically stolen 600 pounds in what is a very difficult time for a lot of customers. Based on other google reviews,It appears to be a pattern. Bad customer service is one thing, outright lies and scamming is another. Avoid at all costs and book direct or via a reputed agent like Expedia.
Due to current situation BA are cancelling flights and refunding cost back to the travel agent. Travelpack have a right to then refund that money onto their customer and should do so willingly and without argument.

This company is exceedingly difficult to get in touch with. Getting any information out of them is like getting blood out of a stone. The same goes for getting anything they say on the phone in writing, if you need it for insurance purposes.
I phoned up, about a day before my (cancelled) flight (not that they told me or anything). A very patchy line indeed, and the problem definitely wasn't on my end. A gentleman, very hastily, to his credit, said that the flight was cancelled and that they would request a refund for me, and I'd be contacted by their refunds team.
No such contact came, and their emails seem to go unmonitored so I decided to phone up again about a week later. It turns out they had not in fact requested a refund but rather a voucher, which I absolutely did not consent to.

I bought ticket from Travelpack for my last everest base camp trip. The return flight was from kathmandu to UK 19th of April via Jet airways. The scheduled flight was 8 am in the morning and checking time was 5 am in the morning. Unfortunately the airlines ceased it operation . No one from the team contacted me about the flight cancellation No phone call not even a text message (Later on I found out they sent me an email which was sent to my email at 11 pm local time on the 18th april 2019 , 6 hours before my check-in time! ) and I turned up at the airport found out there is no flight . Total nightmare .
Thats the beginning of my night mare today is 20th of june 2019, I have spoken to customer service at least 2 dozen times. Similar to other reviewers I was quoted a good price online to which I took up, I provided my address and bank details only for them to say the fare had increased and they needed more money for it. I rebooked on the airline's own site for the original fare.

You get what you pay for I suppose, and travelpack are testament to me of why you should not bother booking flights through these cheap third parties. We booked some flights to singapore which were changed twice, apparently due to the airline, which is very suspicious to me. The second flight they had changed was replaced for economy flights, which is a blatant rip off as we had paid for business class flights. Customer service is available but slow, I've been on the phone to them countless times over this journey and in the end gave up and decided to deal with the airline directly instead which was successful. Also, whilst it says their offices are based in London their customer service office is clearly based in India which gives me the impression they are trying to avoid paying their staff a decent wage as well. Essentially just a slimy third party company who will make as much money off of you as they can, but are also really good at getting around things and making excuses to make it look like they didn't sell you a ticket for an overbooked flight. What i've learned here is that it's always best to pay that little extra and go direct with the airline...

After reading the reviews and also with all the media being so negative about travel agents etc I was really worried about sorting my holiday out with Travelpack but I needn't have worried, from the start they have been amazing they contacted me initially to tell me about the cancellation and the the lovely Kiran has dealt with absolutely everything for me I cannot praise him enough he is a total credit to the company and he has got my refund sorted and re booked me on another holiday with great prices, he has also dealt with any queries I have very promptly and clearly I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again I feel very lucky that I had Kiran to take care of everything for me he made it all totally stress free thank you so much.

Took my money and didn't even confirm the booking. I booked a flight through Travelpack, paid for it, got a confirmation email, and confirmation status on their own booking checker. All sorted I thought, until I arrived at the airport to find the booking was reserved. Travelpack had taken my money but hadn't actually confirmed the booking. I was sent a confirmation email to check if I actually wanted the seats on the plane!! Awful service, completely confused, and I had to speak to three different customer services agents to get my refund sorted, after 1 hung up on me. Hopefully this refund does go through in the stated 3 days, or maybe i'll have to confirm this too. I would suggest avoid!!!
Travelpack like to fob their customers off with unrealistic times frames, poor communications, false promises, and the list goes on when it comes to actually receiving a refund.
Numerous calls and emails to the "customer service" are pointless as they do not actually log any of the issues or complaints, so you are starting a new conversion each time you call up. I have been disconnected several times when on a call and "callbacks" have never been returned. Bad training and lack of competence sums up the customer service team!
4 months in of starting the refund process, and I am still awaiting a refund. From it going from 10 weeks, to 12 weeks to now 16 weeks who knows when this company will actually pay out. I am a patient individual who has given lean way due to the current situation but there is only so much b******t one will take.

My flight to Japan was cancelled by British Airways a week before I was supposed to fly on March 12th, first told I could only have a voucher but then later told I would receive my money back.. even told by Travelpack they had received my money back from BA but for some reason are withholding my money as well as many other people's it seems. I tried my best to give them the benefit of doubt with all whats going on first giving me 8-10 weeks which was august/September then told October 2nd and finally told November 7th. Someone with authority needs to investigate this company and bring us patient paying customers to justice. Please someone help us.
Best Fare I got but NOT great customer service from staff. I booked online after Skyscanner redirection. I got the best fare, but after booking I got email to call them as no seat confirmation comes through. I had to call multiple times for the E- tickets , every staff give their own time lines for E-tickets, but finally the E-tickets landed after 4:30 hrs wait and multiple calls. I agree with some of the past reviewers but may be I am lucky to get best fare and relatively OK service.

Despite it looking professional and UK based, it's a company based in India and I cannot get my refund back from them for a flight cancelled because of Covid 19. Complete Con. This company takes money for flights it can't provide tickets for, holds onto the cash and tries to get people to purchase more expensive flights at a later date. Here is my experience:
- I saw a deal on Skyscanner for a cheap flight from Manchester to Hanoi. - I purchased the ticket, the money was reserved from my account and Travelpack sent me an email immediately saying there weren't any seats left. - I rang their call centre in India who said they were trying to resolve the issue with the airline and would call back in 20 minutes. - 30 minutes later I received no call so I called them back. They said they need an hour and would call me back. - One hour later I had not received a call so I called them back. They told me they tried to get through to me but my phone was ngaged. It wasn't, they were lieing. -After 30 minutes on hold and plenty of arguing they agreed to give me a full refund - I went to my bank who told me the money was still resereved in my account (i.e. I can't spend the money) - I wrote a negative review on their facebook page - Their customer service manager called me up unnanounced and started a completely bizzare 12 minute argument with me where she tried to describe how all travel agencies have the same problems. Despite me asking her to hang up around 7-8 times, she refused and kept asking me to take down the negative reviews.
This company will attempt to take your money and hold onto it for as long as they can so they can either make money of the interest or sell you more expensive flights closer to the dates. I booked tickets to Brunei with Singapore Airlines through Travel pack and it was an easy seemless process. Now here is where it all goes wrong. Singapore Airlines have confirmed for 21 May we can cancel and get a full refund but it has to be done by travel pack. I've sent numerous emails, no reply and spent 40 minutes in a queue only to be cut off. So I'm not getting anywhere. I understand its a difficult time for them, but they are lucky they can still work, unlike us hence the cancellation of the tickets. Luckily we paid by credit card and will be staeting the recovery process through them. I will also put in a formal complaint with Abta. I'm not asking for much, just my money back.

One of the worst experience, Firstly website is not great where it generated two flights and asking to pay for second where as only one was booked, then email says if you don't pay additional sum of so xxx amount to confirm the booking,.. thirdly even if you agree to pay you have to keep calling each time call is made they say they will send email shortly to get the additional money. stay away..

Beginning to think these are just conmen, I had a flight cancelled and was told to email (two weeks later no reply) I called and after 2 hours waiting they answered and said they were just answering calls and would take details and call back, they didn't. No more lies, I'll try trading standards next.
Update: after getting nothing from them I contacted them again, promised a refund still not done, promised to put something in writing, still not done. Contacted my credit card to report as fraud, after an initial refund then they took the money again after these liars told them without proof that they had paid a refund.

I booked with my partner and he received his last month. I email the company daily and receive the same basically automated response saying they will get back to me tomorrow, or the following day. For anyone thinking about booking with this website in the current Covid situation I would say absolutely do not. 0/10 for service. This company have taken money for goods they have not provided, with no communication on when when they will refund me. Avoid booking with this company at all costs.
AVOID!!! I have booked BA flight ticket via Travelpack. Due to family emergency tried to cancel the booking within 48 hours of my booking. Travelpack told the ticket is non-refundable at all. However BA could provide the refund in case of direct booking. Do you believe it is correct that Travelpack cannot cancel this booking on my behalf with BA without any loses for them? I am not. They are liar. Avoid them and book directly with airline to not lose your money!

I booked flights back in December 2019 to go Thailand in May 2020. This was cancelled due to Covid-19 and was entitled to a refund for the flights. I then called BA and requested a refund and they processed this in MAY 2020 and the money has been sitting with TravelPack since then. I have called them on numerous occasions and sent them over 15 emails asking for an update nicely.

Travel pack state "this is because the t&c's of the booking changed". This changed several months after booking a holiday - i booked in august last year. Travelpack asked if i have insurance and said just go through them and dont let my insurancy company pass the costs!! The law is clear and my contract at the time of booking is clear! However they reply with blunt and rude replies, told me 5 weeks ago i woud have a closing statement - so i could even consider an insurance claim as its needed but that has not arrived. They no longer reply to emails!
Booked flights, and they called to say they weren t booked and that the prices had gone up. Went ahead and booked but since covid was told the cancelled flight would be refunded between 8-10 weeks. It has now been 4 months and they keep telling me they are refunding it but there are delays, which is now an obvious lie. They are still trying to charge me administration fees despite their but administration and even worse service.

Also their computers screen calls, if you ever find your having issues and your on hold for a long time, use a different number and you call will be answered with 30 Second as you the system will think your a new customer.
