Absolutely atrocious attitudes and customer service. Booked a flight from London to Vancouver. Got confirmation of a successful booking, payment was taken from my account then I received an email saying my payment was not a 3D secure payment even tho the money was taken off my TD visa. Not one attempt was made to rectify this problem and I have to rebook directly with westjet in person at gatwick at an additional $200.

DONT NOT USE TRAVELPACK! They don't care about you!
