I have been trying to call whole day and every day...

I have been trying to call whole day and every day to cancel my flights but nobody bother to pick up the call and even sent the email but no body replied. I have Manage to get on the fone to them, they told me to email them is been 3 weeks no reply. I called again they said send email again now is been a week no reply. Is an absolute joke Wasting my time to try contact them.
