I booked two flights on BA from London to Durban SA. They were cancelled due to Covid 19. I alerted them and stating asking for a full refund on 18 March 2020. They were booked on a credit card so no booking fee should be deducted . I accepted this as per their demand to try to get a refund through and promised this by latest 2/06/2020! This did not happen. I have chased again . On the 10/06 , I was told that the card that had been used to book these 2 flights had expired . New cars details were given on the 11/06 . To date nothing has been refunded .
I have tried to call and you can t leave a message . I have asked for them to call me and nothing . We are now 28/06 and still nothing has been refunded. Very disappointed . Just get Excuses for the delay ! I will have to take this further and fight for any money back !
