The company is the most irresponsible one in the market. After 7 months of the cancelation of my flight, and despite the fact that I asked several times that I am happy with a voucher rather than a refund given the tough conditions all airlines are going through, and after many follow ups, they finally send me an email last week that:


"GBP 25 is the admin fee. We charge an admin fee as advised in the online booking conditions, as we did not cancel the flight, but are tasked with administering the booking for passenger and airline when we act in the legal capacity of only an agent on behalf of the airline (as advised in our online booking conditions, that were ticked as read and accepted)."
You can see in order to return you own money after nine months and seven months passed the cancelation date, they charge you an admin fee (for the cancelation of your flight!). You would now understand why they do not ask for vouchers from the airlines because how they can pick your pockets once more if the airlines offer vouchers for cancelation. Very unethical company ... avoid them at all costs!
