I bought ticket from Travelpack for my last everes...

I bought ticket from Travelpack for my last everest base camp trip. The return flight was from kathmandu to UK 19th of April via Jet airways. The scheduled flight was 8 am in the morning and checking time was 5 am in the morning. Unfortunately the airlines ceased it operation . No one from the team contacted me about the flight cancellation No phone call not even a text message (Later on I found out they sent me an email which was sent to my email at 11 pm local time on the 18th april 2019 , 6 hours before my check-in time! ) and I turned up at the airport found out there is no flight . Total nightmare .

Thats the beginning of my night mare today is 20th of june 2019, I have spoken to customer service at least 2 dozen times. I have no update still now regarding my refund, Each time I speak to them the relevant person is either not there or busy and advised me to email them . I have emailed multiple times and had not a single response from them .

This company should not be operating in a civilised country . Not in UK and not in EU . Sorry I have never done review like this. I am a practising Doctor in UK and I felt its my duty to warn everyone about this company, If things goes wrong what will happen .
