Unfortunately like all recent reviews here mine is a similar story, cancelled flights due to Covid then dozens of emails back & forth promising my money but it never appearing.
Eventually I went through small claims court to get the money back, which they refunded within a day of my going down the court route!

The worst customer service ever. Useless and rude staff. Don t waste you time dealing with Anand Naik, Zak or Adtya, just lazy costumer service staff and on top they like to play clever. Strongly not recommended.
Even allowing for the pandemic situation, this company gives you dreadful customer service and telling you lies/rubbish to get you off the phone. Nobody in authority has the willingness to speak to customers about money owed to them, delay after delay, lies after lies. One guy gave me 5 different stores in the space of 15 minutes.
My flight got cancelled in June due to Covid 19. Since this date, I repeatedly chased the company numerous times to seek my money back. I was told four different dates that I would get my money back and each time this passed, no money was received - DESPITE the company telling me via phone that they had received the money from the airline.
I raised a dispute with my bank as the only way to get my money back, NOT from the company themselves.
Prior to Covid there were also large fees required for luggage on each flight and for each passenger - complicated due to the 24 and 3 leg journey.
Flight cancelled, had to book as they could not provide alternative. Been waiting 3 months for response from them. Promise of call backs and replies to emails which never happen!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Complained to Financial Ombudsman about this horrific company - flights cancelled in March due to Covid-19 now August and still no refund received. Been given countless dates in which the refund will be received, none met. No response to emails, asked to escalate complaint given no option internally or externally, terrible service overall. Poor understanding of customer service. Although they have received the payment they've decided that they do not want to go through with the booking because my credit card was not enrolled in 3D Secure. I'm shocked.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I had flights booked to Thailand in April and unfortunately these were cancelled. I was told by Travelpack that they would process the refund and I would have my money back in 7-8 weeks, that was 6 and a half months ago. I have called numerous times and each time I get told that they are waiting on the airline and they will forward my request onto the "refunds team" again - which I don't even think exists!

You definitely need to avoid booking flights through this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. They don t care about the customer, they don t want to solve any problems you have. I have been calling them 5 times for a simple request and sent them 4 emails and they were keeping saying me on the phone yes, we will come back to you in 2min and yes we are now drafting an email to you and they NEVER called me back, never received an email, they keep lying to you.... I was amazed with their attitude towards the customer and because of them I had to rebook flights through another company, and I lost so much money, time and energy... the worst of the worst....
I tried to book a flight with travelpack and took my money from my account and for some reason they later send me an email that they couldnt do a 3D security check which is fine. I asked them to refund me my money and its been three days since i asked for the money . I have been sending emails and decided to call to find out whats happening as my bank hasn't received the refund. i called twice first time the woman put me on hold and end up cutting me off after i asked to speak to the manager , second time the guy refused me to speak to the manager asking me to send email instead which i informed him i have been sending emails for the past three days . The service is horrible and all i want is my money back.
I booked flights with travel pack to go to Kenya, following booking the flights I had a complete panic as I read all of the bad reviews I was so worried that my flights and tickets etc would not be valid. When I called travelpack they were extremely helpful and reassuring. I also managed to check in online fine with my ticket number etc so don t panic if you have booked with them my experience was brilliant!
Absolute shambles of a company, making zero effort to respond to calls or emails, refusing a refund for flights that are cancelled, they even answered the phone pretending to be a temp just taking messages.
Same as all the other reviews, I booked a flight in August 2019 that was due to fly to Bali 1st June 2020. Asked numerous times for a refund after Qatar cancelled the flight. Lots of false promises and you must wait "8-10 weeks" etc. In the end I have asked my bank to look into this as a chargeback. I don't hold much hope that this will be resolved any time soon.
So due to COVID19 my flights that cost nearly 3k were cancelled and I naturally asked for a refund. They agreed for a refund on the basis that Qatar airlines cancelled the flight, however despite chasing them for 7 month's via emails and several phones they failed to provide a refund. Watch out for Kenny who give you false promises. Their customer service is shockingly bad and do your research before you buy anything. I can guarantee you that this firm will have several court proceedgainst them via the ban
They are scamers. Avoid avoid avoid !!! They charge you fees that should protect you if something happens to the airline but they don't honour that. Airline cancelled the flight and they are waiting to get paid first by the airline and only then will refund me the total less the fees that were supposed to protect me in this cases. Has been 5 weeks and still no sign of a refund. Gladly I got credit card to dispute the amount. Their customer service is non existent. They stall to the max.
Absolute shocking customer service and ruined my honeymoon. We booked flights to South Africa for our honeymoon. Travelpack took no details from us and when booking our ticket put our names and said we were both English and made up passport numbers. This meant that neither I or British Airways could access our account until we were at the airport when we were told that actually my husband needed a visa...we would have known this if the correct details had been put in. We were then unable to get a visa in time and Travelpack made it almost impossible to sort out with British Airways and were extremely rude to both me and the BA representative.
If I could leave zero stars I would. 14weeks of waiting for a refund for a past trip cancelled by airline due to covid. Repeated lies regarding processing of refund, non replies to emails and complaints. Managers refusing to call you back. Customer advisors are extremely rude and evasive, one in particular called "Dex" (although this will not be his real name) was shouting down the phone at me and using profanities. Then there is the illegal processing fee. Don't bother with them - go straight to your card company
When our flights to Australia were cancelled due to the pandemic, I had concerns about getting my money back, however Travelpack managed to acquire this in full, were incredibly responsive and did not take an admin fee as I know other travel agents have been doing. The refund took slightly longer than anticipated but Graeme was amazingly responsive and kept me in the loop. I also had no trouble getting through on the phone even in the midst of all the cancellations. Great to see the value they place on customer service, will definitely be using again once travel is a possibility. Thanks very much.
I booked a flight for July this was cancelled due to COVID-19 I then rebooked through British Airways for August. This again was cancelled due to the current pandemic. I requested a refund through travel pack on 24th June they said it would take 8 weeks. I called and they said they had not recieved any form of refund and it was still with the airline.
When speaking to British Airways today they told me the full refund was issued on 30th July. I called again to travelpack and the agent hung up on me because he said I was abusing him. i don't see how asking why they are witholding my money and asking when they will refund me as abuse. What they are doing to customers is abuse.
I then called back and Shervin said he would take it up with the refunds department. I made sure he sent me a email whilst I was on call to him to confirm this. Which I have for legal purposes.
I hope I and everyone else gets their refunds and in future avoid this travel agency like the plague. Says based in Wimbeldon London but call centre is clearly in India!!!
UPDATE:
After 9 weeks I finally got my money back. I suggest everyone raises a dispute with their bank and inform travelpack and investigation has been raised against them by your bank to add pressure on them.
Booked a trip to Bali through TravelPack which was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID-19.
As airline cancelled the flight, I emailed TravelPack requesting a refund. I was advised I would have to wait 12 weeks before this is processed due to the amount of refunds they had to action. I did, however, get super worried when I noticed the sheet amount of one star reviews from people not getting their money back. I was pleasantly surprised when at the end of the 12 week waiting period, the funds were credited to my account within a week.
Special thanks to Travel Consultant Deepa who was very professional and respectful and responded to my emails swiftly.

Ah and not just that, the first flights I booked were cancelled and I called them to change them for another company and they kept saying that the flights were not cancelled (of course they were )

What happened to customer rights?? They refused to take any responsibility for what happened and I was left out of pocket after paying for another 2 flights and another night as no other flights available when I originally booked my return flight. I will definitely not be using them again, nor recommending to anyone!
Travelpack are an absolute joke and I wish I'd read the reviews before I booked flights through them. they didn't provide me with the correct information at the time of booking and I've incurred significant additional charges. they won't amend the booking or offer a refund and they've tried to rip me off for an upgrade.
They quoted me double the price the carrier charges for for an upgrade. When I asked them how they could justify the increased price they cancelled my call. this companies customer services team are a joke, they have little knowledge of what they are selling and they are rude on the phone. I am extremely displeased about the poor service I was given and I will NEVER use this company again.

Update: an additional 3-4 weeks after writing this review we still had no refund from them. We had to apply for a chargeback via American express to finally see our money back. Still no word from Travelpack. I have since complained to authorities about this.

DO NOT USE!! Like everyone else - booked my flights, received confirmation, then days later received an email stating my booking had been cancelled by the airline as "seats weren't available". Immediately went directly to the airline and booked the exact same flight! Staff are not helpful and tried to accuse my back saying "they had not received my money". Then back tracked and confirmed they had my money and would refund after 72 working days, we shall see. If i could give zero stars, i would!
I just booked my flight to Turkey, unfortunately it s such a scams and not clear company as they didn t mention clearly that I have to pay for my cargo luggage on the way back to the uk , after paying they send me a confirmation contain a red writing about paying for the luggage on the way back, which I shocked of that and consequently I called them to discuss and their response was $100 to pay from Turkey or I have to carry 23 kg inside the plain by my self . it s my mistake to book with this company before reading the reviews!
They seem to be related to the scams by Friendz Travel and JTA travel. Thieves, one director in UK with Shell forwarding abroad address. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible service. They said my American card needed a 3D security. They would 'hold' the flight for 1 hour! I then called them and asked them is there anyway you can severity the card over the phone. They said no. Bank transfer only. Don't use this company. Very unhelpful.
I tried to change the return ticket date but these guys sold me a ticket which can't be changed even if you want to pay extra fees. I felt like being conned by them. Had to buy another ticket to return home. Customer service is worst ever.
Awful customer service, I attempted to book a flight and the system did not have enough characters to allow me to enter the name. The assistant on the phone kept interrupting me asking me to let her check things and took so long the flights were taken
I have been contacting this company since March regarding the cancellation and the refunds of my booking. They wrote back to me in April and stated that my refund would be processed in a minimum of 8-10 weeks. Further to this response I have been contacting this agency every 2 weeks via email to ask for an update. To date I have not yet received my refund. I will be interested to see if they actually do issue me a refund after 10 weeks which is rapidly approaching.

IMPORTANT: if travelpack are stalling with your refund, the following seemed to work for me: a) request the reference of the refund they (should) have applied for with the airline, and a contact number for the airline's refund department; b) set a deadline for the refund, after which you will apply for the chargeback through your bank, and should it not arrive before then you will report them to the competitions and markets authority.
Initial booking went smoothly, prices were competitive and I was updated regularly on changes to my booking. When calling to request a refund as a result of the covid crisis, they were quick to process it initially and inform me of the 8-10 week delay, which was understandable due to the volume of customers requesting refunds.
As the deadline approached, I stopped receiving updates and all communications as to the refund process were led by me. I was assured that my refund was on the way: I was given 3 different dates to expect my refund by. After the first 2 dates passed, I sent them the above (a) and b)) and I received my refund mere days after - 12 weeks after I received confirmation that the refund process had been started.
Overall, appalling service considering the amount of money customers are expecting to receive back through no fault of their own. I won't be using Travelpack again.
Me and my family have always used Travelpack. My family travel to Kenya every year and always book through Travelpack. I most recently booked tickets to Canada for a party of 6. I especially like to deal with Mazhar. We experienced nothing but good customer service and good prices. I ve even recommended them to friends and they ve also had pleasant experiences. I highly recommend mazhaar, outstanding customer service!
Absolute crooks, original flights canceled by Garouda airlines, no new e-tickets issued with Qatar Airlines as promised, we re due to fly tonight, but FCO advice is DO NOT FLY. They had the money for months and we requested a refund for many weeks, no reply to emails since early March, no refunds offered and as I said no e-tickets either.

worst travel booking agency. these guys took my money and fiddled around with it until the prices of the tickets went up. as soon as that happened they sent me an email out of no where and didn't even inform me that they will cancel my booking. Two days before my day of travel they called up to say that my booking has been cancelled due to some technical reason and that they will refund me my money just so they could earn more commission on the higher ticket prices. these people are fraud and proper care should be taken when booking through these people.

I am worried as all the reviews echo what I am experiencing. I am going to seek legal advice from my insurance company. TravelPack should not not be allowed to operate. Annoyingly I have to give them one star but would rate them below zero if I could.
Please beware of this company. I cannot stress it more than enough. They told me I was due for refund last july but it did not arrive. They promised again first week of October and that a meeting have been held regarding my cAse but still no refund. Then promised again at October 12 but still no refund. Absolutely terrible in every way. It's been five months and still no refund. They constantly lie and say it's just around the corner. The regulators should shut them down.
I really don't know what else to do with this company other than take them to court. I have been waiting for my refund for over 3 months now. When I initially phoned back in March they told me my refund would be through within 10 days, when it didn't appear I phoned back and was told 3 weeks. Again, nothing so I phoned back and they told me 10 weeks!!! Its now been past this time. I phoned again 2 weeks ago and they said the airline had given back the money and it would be my account by the end of last week. On Monday I still had no money in my account so I phoned back and they said it would be in my account by the end of Monday. It is now Wednesday and still no money. I have phoned back again and I have to say the man on the phone was the most sarcastic and rude customer service agent I have experienced so far from this company. However, this agent told me that my refund had only been processed yesterday at 10:32 am and would be in my account by the end of today. I really wouldn't bother with this company, every time you phone they fob you off with excuses and in all the phone calls I have had with them I have only come across one productive and reassuring agent. The rest of the customer service team should not be in customer service, they are under trained, rude and absolutely no help at all. PLEASE PLEASE when you book your future holidays use another company or go direct with the airline. There are much better companies out there that have professional customer service teams that actually want to help and support you and have shown wonderful customer service throughout this pandemic. They deserve your money, not companies like this.
Please do not use this agency . I have experienced the same as others the below comments. I am looking into other options to get my money back ( 2 bookings unfortunately) but surely they don t deserve to operate whilst stealing the money from people . Much agreed that the authority / watchdogs needs to step into the investigation .
I would give zero stars if it were possible. I do not recommend them. Do yourself a favour and go with another company or book directly with your airline.
After our flight was cancelled in March we requested our cash refund. The responses we got from the customer service team were one sentence responses that literally made no sense. After finally managing to get through by phone I was told I would receive a refund in 10 days. 10 days later no refund. I contacted them again and with no reason why they said they hadn't even started to process the refund. They said they would process it then and it would take 3 weeks. 3 weeks later still no refund. I phoned again and they said they are waiting for the airline and that my refund would arrive in 8 weeks. Guess what it's been 8 weeks...... I find the customer service truly appalling and that they think it's ok to withhold my money at a time when many are struggling financially. It should be their responsibility to provide the refund rather than waiting for an airline. Please don't give your money to this company in the future, it's no cheaper or easier than booking directly with an airline or hotel. There are plenty of companies out there who are doing wonders for their customers at the moment and they deserve your future holiday money, not companies like this that withhold it.
I had a very bad experience with this company. I was told something and they did something else and now they blame airlines department. This blame game is going on for a month now and I.am being charged more than told. Whoever wants to.book their tickets with them my advise to them is please do not do so as you will end up being robbed and left with nothing. I will go ahead and report this company.
Been waiting for my 22 weeks now, was initially told it would be the 14.08 at latest, and then was told to wait another few weeks and nothing came. I have had to constantly message them and they clearly show no remorse. When I emailed again at the beginning of this month I was told the money will be in my account by the 21.10, guess what it was not. No surprise there. Also have been made aware by BA that my money was refunded a very long time ago. So now I will be taking legal action as they have had ample amount of time and are clearly just taking the mick. Its simple, DO NOT USE THEM!! Customer service is utterly incompetent, not sure if they even know whats going on with my account or if they are just repeating the company lines "its with the airline" "further delay" "we have started your process" - The airline had sent Travelpack and email on the 19th of March about the cancellation of the flight and full refund. After countless lies and being told that they had started the process and that the refund was with the airline i decided to call the airline, who were very helpful and told me that no application had been made by Travelpack. Since i highlighted this to Travelpack they have decided to continue to blame British Airways for the delay and they now anticipate another month. Disgrace
Do NEVER book with this company! Booked 2 flights for next week to Bali. The first connection flight got already cancelled. UK citizens are banned on going to Indonesia and this scammer company still hasn t refunded me my money. Called them numerous times, also send an email and never got a responds! The really trying to give me a voucher valid for 1 year. This company is a joke. I m glad that I know my rights and that they ll have to refund me my money under these circumstances, just annoying that I have to contact a lawyer now to get this sorted.
An absolute disgrace of a business, if that is what you want to call it. Zero customer service and believe me if anything doesn t go to plan with you re travels. Travelpack will be there to make it worse. Expect call centre wait times of 2hours plus, then you will get through to a useless foreign call centre that not only will lie directly to you, but also hang the phone up in your ear. I have never had such poor customer support. Avoid at all costs. I ve since tried numerous times to resolve my issues and have been blanked and ignored every time. I have emailed several times and called several times but no response. My airline BA cancelled the flight weeks ago that was due to leave today 8th April to Abu Dhabi and Travelpack never informed me about it I found out by asking British Airways. Still awaiting a full refund. Very disappointing.

Do NOT book with this company. They are absolutely crafty and will defraud you of your money. They look down their nose at you for buying the cheapest ticket and will not offer you any support if something goes wrong.
They booked my group the wrong return flights and my friend and I had to travel back on separate flights from Miami. We only realised this on the day we were due to fly back! They also booked us the dirtiest hotel and we ended up having to book new hotels out of our own money. To which we received no money back.
They also won't offer your refunds if you try to cancel within 24 hours!
Better off going somewhere that appreciates your business!
Paid for my ticket 6 months in advance - got my eticket. However i couldn't check in and was put on standby for outbound and return trip. Extremely embarrassing - would recommend you use another company
I had booked a ticket through Travelpack for Feb 2020 and cancelled it in the 2nd week of Feb. I have been chasing you since Feb for the partial refund that was promised and I even have a mail from Travelpack mentioning the refund amount and timeline. Its been more than 8 weeks , though I am promised that I will get a refund within 3 weeks everytime I call, it never happens. I feel cheated and would never again choose travel pack nor suggest is to anyone. I am going to see if there is any way of legally taking this up. If you are reading this review with a similar complaint, would appreciate if you can mention on the reviews here on what legal actions we can take against them.

A truly dreadful online travel agency! Even during these difficult times, there needs to be some respect for the customer! I called so many times to get a refund for my flight to Ethiopia. They told me that it would be ten weeks to get a refund from the airline. When I asked for a cancellation invoice to present to my insurance company for the part which was not going to be refunded. I had to email and call so many times to get this over a period of two weeks. In contract to the tour operator who processed the ground refund within 2 hours! Come on guys, help your customers!!!!!!
My partner booked tickets to Vietnam with Cathay Pacific via this company. Due to Covid 19 the flights were cancelled and the airline confirmed a refund was due. Months have elapsed without a refund from Travelpack. They have acknowledged the debt and have on multiple occasions said they would repay. This has never happened. These people are dishonest and liars and we are in the process of initiating proceedings against them in the County Court. I would recommend avoiding this bunch of charlatans like the plague.
