If i could give 0 stars i would!!!
My flight got cancelled due to the virus - travelpack did not even let me know!

Travel pack state "this is because the t&c's of the booking changed". This changed several months after booking a holiday - i booked in august last year.
Travelpack asked if i have insurance and said just go through them and dont let my insurancy company pass the costs!!
The law is clear and my contract at the time of booking is clear! However they reply with blunt and rude replies, told me 5 weeks ago i woud have a closing statement - so i could even consider an insurance claim as its needed but that has not arrived.
They no longer reply to emails!
