Refund was promised within 10-12 weeks on 18th April. Waited patiently understanding the current situation. Still in August nothing happened whenever called them the customer service is awful and rude. Never get any answer but only next week. Do not trust this company. Even I was given faulse email adress for Refund request. This is disgusting!!!!
