This is the first time I have felt the need to write a review online...

It is still 2 weeks until I fly to Nicaragua and this company have changed my flights twice, telling me that flights are not longer available.

They offered me a new flight which I accepted, but was then told that they only had one seat, not the 2 that I had booked...

I have now lost 3 days of my holiday due to this agency, and it is too late to re-book flights as they are incredibly expensive!

Customer service exists, but I don t feel that they are particularly bothered about their clients.

Avoid.
