Despite it looking professional and UK based, it's a company based in India and I cannot get my refund back from them for a flight cancelled because of Covid 19. I'm not alone as thousands of people have been burnt by them. DO NOT BUY A HOLIDAY OR FLIGHT THROUGH THEM!!!!
