Do YOURSELF a favour and AVOID booking via this travel agent. I would give 0 STARS if I could.

I booked flights back in December 2019 to go Thailand in May 2020. This was cancelled due to Covid-19 and was entitled to a refund for the flights. I then called BA and requested a refund and they processed this in MAY 2020 and the money has been sitting with TravelPack since then. I have called them on numerous occasions and sent them over 15 emails asking for an update nicely.

IT IS NOW 6 MONTHS AND STILL NO REFUND!!!!!!
