I booked tickets to Brunei with Singapore Airlines...

I booked tickets to Brunei with Singapore Airlines through Travel pack and it was an easy seemless process. Now here is where it all goes wrong. Singapore Airlines have confirmed for 21 May we can cancel and get a full refund but it has to be done by travel pack. I've sent numerous emails, no reply and spent 40 minutes in a queue only to be cut off. So I'm not getting anywhere. I understand its a difficult time for them, but they are lucky they can still work, unlike us hence the cancellation of the tickets. Luckily we paid by credit card and will be staeting the recovery process through them. I will also put in a formal complaint with Abta. I'm not asking for much, just my money back.
