DCH accepted my Toyota on quick notice after they checked that they had the repair parts needed for my recall corrections. They provided a ride home and notified me at the end of the day when repairs were completed. They offered me another ride on their shuttle, but had my wife drop me off.I was happy that I was able to tidy up the recall's on my day off.

My impression of dealerships has been completely changed after getting the opportunity to work with Kareem. We came in with a check engine light on a car that was over 10 years old. My partner and I had discussed the possibility of having to get a new car and we were not looking forward to the haggling. Kareem worked with us every step of the way and battled for us as an advocate for our needs. Sales managers were frustrated after our deal but we walked out happy. Thank you Kareem, and we will send our friends and family in your direction for their car needs.

Wow! What a pleasure to do business with Simi Valley Toyota!

I had done my research ad nauseum, test drove almost every model of SUV with three rows at least once and sometimes more (just to make sure...) After all my research was done, the Toyota Highlander Hybrid came out on top, and I dug deep to decide on the features I wanted (yep - I like creature comforts coupled with great gas mileage and decided on the Platinum Limited), the price I was willing to pay, and made ready to buy. I called every dealership that had the vehicle with the specs I wanted and gave them every opportunity to earn my business.

One dealership was spot on - except the color. I guess the other dealerships thought I wasn't serious, so when I shared this information with them, they told me they couldn't match the deal.

OK...

I was just about to acquiesce and except the compromise color, when I did some more sleuthing and found Simi Valley Toyota with MY CAR! I called just before 9 PM on Friday evening and spoke with Matt. When I shared the deal I had brokered and the proof, he asked to call me back in a few minutes. I was startled when just a couple of minutes later he called me back and met the deal.

The next day, I showed up at the dealership (it was a trek - more than 40 miles from my work), introduced myself, and was put in the capable hands of Doug. I test drove the car, decided it was indeed MY CAR, and we sat down to the business at hand. A few hours later, with the additional help of Marlon who worked on getting me the price I wanted for my trade in and Ricardo who prepared the reams of paperwork for me to sign, I was driving home in MY CAR - no haggling, no slight-of-hand, and a better deal than when I walked in.

If you are in the market and are considering Toyota, really, you need look no further than Simi Valley Toyota. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off, no twinge of regret. I actually liked giving them my money (and I don't say that often.) They are great people who provide great service and a dealership with great selection. Simi Valley Toyota is well worth the drive and your consideration.

Great experience. Bought my 2012 FJ from DCH and was treated well. I got a letter offering to buy my trade in for a good value, and they were true to their word. Jay Z was my salesman and took very good care of me. Angel Acensio, the sales manager gave me every penny the car was worth and I applied that trade to a new 2017 Tacoma TRD sport.
Have to be honest, the selection of trucks was very limited, but as luck had it that day they got my truck in on a dealer trade and it was exactly what I was looking for. They broke down the price for me and we did not have the usual "dealer hassle". Then off to finance....Raffi handled our deal. I always dread the "you need the scotchguard" presentation, but Raffi was straight forward with us, did not pressure the sales on all of the extra stuff. I did get the extended warranty based on past experiences (it just made good sense to do it). We secured our own financing thru our own credit union and they were happy for us that we could get a lower interest rate than what they could offer. Overall, a great experience. Jay Z even came in on his day off to deliver my car to me. I was upset that I disturbed his day off, and apologized profusely, but he would not hear of it. Such dedication from the entire team. I should also note I am not related to anyone I have spoken highly about, and I approve this message. Hope you have a smooth experience like I had....

The service center here used to be second to none but the last 2 times I have dropped a vehicle off I have waited patiently to be helped, only to sit and wait almost half an hour. People just look at you but don't ask if they can help you.

More personal like her would make your COMPANY OUTSTANDING....She was polite, kind, happy and she did enjoy her job.....Maybe you need her to train your cashier that way as she was not professional at all.....I am in personally involved with customer service with my business in Simi Valley so I do understand what it takes for quality customer service

I was a pleasant with the purchase experience overall. I got fastest feedback from Brendon for my first round approach among different Toyota dealers. As living close to UCLA, I was trying to get better deals with somewhere close to us. Most sales only trying to your your personal info and let you come without any certain things.

Eventually, we chose DCH Semi Valley. Although haven not in contact for 1 month, Brendon immediate recognized us by phone.

It was Saturday before President's day. Brendon already waiting outside for us before we came. With clear explanation and hands on experience, we finally get to sit and figure out the OTD numbers. His boss was quite nice and eventually get the price we want.

It was Brendon again send our car to our destination (40 miles trip).
Overall Very nice and welcome feeling. Very professional procedures.

Keep busy doesn't mean finished with all the customers that need services for theirs cars. Customer service mean do the best within the promise time and take detail for every point they need to check. I waste almost the full day just for oil change, rotate tires, etc. I went back for check the tires. My TAcoma was runing very smooth before. About two hours more fix the problem. Be sure the job performed is right. I'm sure Simi Valley Toyota has a very professional technicians. Do the best.

Samuel at DCH Toyota was extremely helpful and kind. I showed up unannounced hoping to test drive a car, and his knowledge and patience made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Him and the team there even stayed late to help me get financing and I ended up leaving that night with exactly what I wanted. It was definitely not what you expect a car buying experience to be-- it was easy and relaxed, and I never felt like I was dealing with a stereotypical "car salesman", which is what I was afraid of when I set out to find a car. I have since reached out multiple times to him and others at DCH regarding service and other questions I had, and every time I have been impressed with the courtesy, respect, and attention that was given to me and to my vehicle. I would highly recommend this establishment-- and Samuel especially-- to anyone who is looking for a car but isn't looking for the headache that usually accompanies purchasing one.

They have signed a contract with me by a fixed out of the door price on it. I got the car and used it for my vacation, two days after they asked me to come over, as soon as I arrived there they said the college rebate did not accepted and you need to pay $500 extra! They asked me they provide them a provide them a proof of income and I did and got rejected by them. I simply asked them to give me a written requirement for the rebate and as soon as I received it, found I am %100 percent eligible and proof of income or employment are not even relevant. They wanted to cheat and charge me extra by breaking the commitment based on the signed contract I had. Mostly likely they do the same trick on every customer.

The service was very good; however, when the time came to pay, the invoice took 45 minutes to straighten out and filled with incorrect info.
Not the fault of any individual person, but a fault of the system from Toyota that constantly needs to be explained.
Oh well, it took me a little less than an hour to get out of the dealership.
Still, I'd have to give the stars to the service people who worked hard to correct everything and make sure I was taken care of.

I was in the market for a new Minivan and was hesitating between a Sienna and a Pacifica. I first contacted Brian Lamb by Email then by Text. I also got Miss Kelly by Text and Phone. I wanted to make it easy and straight forward before coming onsite.
They got me an appealing deal so I decide I could come and see the Sienna before the Pacifica. It was quite a long process at the dealership involving Brian, Kelly, Jacob, and Eddie but I eventually got away with the new Sienna and so far I am truly happy with my purchase. We started looking for a car on Wednesday. We probably responded to 20 different ads on Auto Trader. Almost all of the responses did address any of our questions and just told us to "come on down". Some never responded at all. DCH Toyota was different. Brian responded right away, he addressed our questions and helped us put together a deal that we were comfortable with. Although DCH Toyota was the furthest dealership we were working with, with over a 2 hour drive, Brian's professionalism and honesty made us feel like it would be worth it to make the trip.

We weren't disappointed. Brian had everything set up for us. There were no surprises. He made us feel like we were real people that mattered to him, not just some number on the monthly commission report. In fact, everyone at the dealership was great. They were all friendly and professional. Aspects of the deal were clearly explained without any pressure. Brian even bought us dinner while we were waiting on the car to be cleaned up and paperwork to be processed. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and Brian the best salesperson I've dealt with. I would highly recommend the dealership, but especially Brian Lamb.

Repairs were completed that day, and I was back home with my car by 5:30. All good. Jane Conway, the service rep was polite, efficient and professional. I feel the prices at DCH Toyota Service are high, but, one gets what one pays for. DCH has served me and my vehicle well. I'll continue to do business there.

I had a bad experience on my previous visit which was ignored by the then service manager. Despite that I decided I would give it another go. Sara was wonderful. She listened to my concerns about my previous service patiently and politely. She assured me that she would do her best to win back my confidence. She did. She kept me posted as there was a slight delay. She got everything done that I requested, and was proud of her job and happy to show it. Exemplary work ethic, friendly and courteous. I will continue to service my car there and request that Sara be my rep for as long as she chooses to stay. If she were my employee, I'd be very proud to have her on my team. She's a keeper. After weeks of online searching, dealing with unsavory used salespeople, and general exhaustion with the car buying process, I found the car of my dreams! Problem was, it was a bit over budget and too far away for me to drive in to negotiate face-to-face.

The first person I communicated with, Whitney, was -let s just say- less than helpful. Turns out she is an outside contractor that doesn t actually work for the dealership (she almost turned me away from going here at all UNTIL....)

By some grace of heaven, Whitney was out of the office when I called one evening and I spoke with the manager, Matt B. He was the opposite of her. He was personable and professional. He was honest about the pricing limitations, but was able to give me an out the door price we could both live with.

At the dealership, the salesperson, Dustin, went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with my car buying decision. Answering my 3469373 questions about the car, explaining everything in the CARFAX as well as letting my go on an extended test drive.

When it came time to sign the papers, there was a small snafu where the office put it the wrong zip code, resulting in a $211 tax bump. Because Matt and I had already agreed on a price, the manager on duty at the time, Marlon, personally came over to apologize for their mistake and agreed to honor the price we had set.

Signing papers took awhile(nothing new there) but the lounge was comfortably with two large televisions and a coffee machine. The finance guy, Ahmed, was there way past closing answering my additional 90486 questions I had about the process. He is also a pretty funny guy.

When I got my keys and got out to my car,
They had washed the car and re-filled the gas tank for me and was sitting pretty waiting for me at the door.

Overall, I would recommend this dealership, especially since they extend their power train warranty to any vehicle purchases at their dealership, regardless it its a Toyota or not.

It must have been a bad day. I left my RAV4 and took the shuttle home. The driver said I could ask for the return shuttle when I got the call that my car was ready. I got a message that my car was ready. I called and said I needed the shuttle. I waited, over an hour and, no shuttle. I left a message asking if the shuttle was on the way. I got a message, "DOUBLE CK ADDRESS". I replied with my address. I got a message that "The shuttle is coming from T O, cashier will call you."
I got a message, "OK be there in a few minutes." I got another message, "on the way to you". I finally got a call from the cashier saying the shuttle was on the way. It did arrive and I got a ride to the service department. I was then told that I would get something to send in for a $25 rebate on the brake pads. It then took over 30 minutes, with two or three people looking, to find the key to my car. I still haven't seen anything to send in for a rebate.

I have had not so great experiences in the past at other dealerships, and because of that I will also go back to Brian and recommend him to family and friends. He was honest, friendly, professional, and you can tell he had a lot of experience. Brian was very knowledgeable about the cars and features and answered any questions I had. He made the whole process quick and easy, but still let me decide exactly what I wanted and what worked for my budget. I shared that I would be waiting for the car and in less than an hour it was ready. The advisor reviewed the services performed, asked me if I had questions and walked me outside to the car. This to me truly epitomizes great service!

He took an extra step while the car was delivered, he took a beautiful photo of us , like driving out from the showroom office space ,which was an special moment for us. The best thing about Brian his, he always clears out our doubts immediately. Example after 3 years and I sent an email for clarification , he responded immediately with answers in a phone call.

My girlfriend and I were looking to purchase two new 2012 Toyota Corollas, and we had one trade-in. We knew exactly the models, packages, and colors that we wanted. We live in Santa Barbara CA, so our first stop was our local Toyota dealership. What a mistake! We faced a barrage high pressure sales tactics and constantly changing prices. They never honored any price that they had told us on previous occasions. So, we decided to research other dealerships on the central coast and in southern CA.

By a stroke of luck, we happened to call Jeff Johnson at DCH Toyota of Simi Valley. He immediately located the exact cars we wanted: model, package, and colors. The only catch? They were 2013's instead of 2012's, and the price was cheaper than any offer we had heard! So we drove down to DCH Toyota of Simi Valley and met with Jeff. Jeff treated us with respect, he never engaged in high pressure sales tactics, and he stayed true to the original price quote. One week later, and we now have our new Corollas. We are more than satisfied with the shopping experience with Jeff at DCH.

Arrived early and waited 45 minutes to find out it had after market parts that had not been previously checked by technicians. Was told I couldn't test drive the car that day. Bit peeved but was willing to come back. Never got a follow up call. I'm not going to beg to give these mother truckers money. I'll go elsewhere

I'm a High School Math Teacher in Simi Valley, CA. On Aug 31, 2016, my wife and I purchased a brand new 2016 Toyota Rav4 XLE Hybrid from a truly wonderful salesman, Cody Segal. I would recommend Cody Segal to any friends, colleagues, or students looking to buy a car. Cody was knowledgeable and really cared about us finding what was right for our needs; we gladly put our trust in Cody, now and in the future.

We began our search several months ago. My wife and I were planning on buying a 2-3 year old used Toyota with low miles. We stopped by the Simi Valley Toyota dealership to test drive a Corolla, Camry, and Prius. While at the dealership, I met the salesman, Cody Segal. Cody also had us sit in the Rav4, and my wife immediately fell in love with this Crossover SUV...that decision was made, we wanted a Rav4!

At this time, we were still expecting to buy a used Rav4.. But then I started reading online about the Rav4 HYBRID models. I fell in love with the idea of this gas saving Hybrid, along with Toyota's front-running experience with Hybrids (because of their Prius background). And since, the 2016 was the first year for the Rav4 to offer a Hybrid, there simply weren't any used ones available! My wife and I started to consider buying a new vehicle Hybrid instead.

So, we started talking to Cody Segal about the pros and cons of New vs Used, Hybrid vs Gas-only, etc. Cody was always terrific; he never pressured us to buy one car over another. Instead, Cody would listen to all my thoughts and concerns, and then give me excellent food for thought in his knowledgeable and always upbeat responses.

As we moved into August, we started to lean towards buying NEW, so we started getting down to business on price negotiations. Since I'm a public school teacher, I registered with my union benefits to be able to receive "Internet" pricing from all the Southern California Toyota dealers (I also registered with AARP deals and something called Edmunds as well...but all these "Internet" pricing deals were basically the same.) However, when I registered online, suddenly I was overwhelmed with e-mails from lots of Toyota dealerships here in So. Cal. Typically, I would discuss the deals with Cody at SV Toyota. He never said a bad word about any of these other dealers; in fact, he often sincerely suggested we take one of the other deals if that would make us happy.

As August unfolded, Toyota's 2016 clearance specials began to surface. Suddenly, there were rebates and financing options that started to significantly bring the prices down. Now we were in full negotiation mode, and all that remained was being able to afford it on my single teaching income! I would call Cody day or night or weekend to fire questions at him, as well as try to negotiate an affordable price. Cody, at all times, kept up his always-positive-attitude and would always try to accommodate my issues. Again, note that I was also in contact with several other Toyota dealerships as well...and believe me, they all wanted my business as well!

Finally, on Aug 31, we decided to bite the bullet and buy our new Rav4 Hybrid. Cody had gotten us a great price for a new White 2016 Rav4 that he had on the Simi Valley lot. Note that Frontier Toyota had a Blue one I wanted and they agreed to match the price we were offered at the Simi Valley dealership! But when I discussed it with my wife, she said she would be happy with White, and we both agreed that we wanted to buy our car from Cody Segal in Simi Valley. After two months of analysis and negotiations, we felt like Cody was almost family to us, and we were thrilled to finally do business with him.

We've now owned the car for less than 1 month. We love it. And every time I show my friends the car or tell my students about it, we bring up Cody. He's the reason we purchased our car from DCH Toyota of Simi Valley, and we would not hesitate to buy other cars from him in the future!

I have always liked coming to this Toyota because they are usually quick on doing the service to my car. I tried going to Thousand Oaks once and they didn't not give good customer service. So I came back here, I was told it would be a 1-1:30 hr wait...which is the usual time they take, I ended up waiting almost 3 hrs, not only they took much longer than they should have, not to mention I had an appointment but I had to go to work afterward and ended up being late. I live in the valley and drove out here because I liked the service. Looks like I will have to go to another toyota in my area..This would be the first time I leave unhappy from this Toyota

I went to DCH Toyota simivalley 1 year ago to buy a highlander to my wife and as usual I was concerned about negotiating and fighting with the sales representatives about which car and the prices etc... but I was amazed that I saw a sales representative their called Karim. The guy was amazing and. Dry active and smiles all the time but most important was very patient with us and answar all our questions with a smile and what amazed me that he didn't forced us to any specific car or category but made feel that we asking an expert who will give us an honest advices for what is the best car for us . Three weeks ago I decided to go there against buy another car and wishing to be lucky again as before and what was amazing me that I saw Karim and he remembered my name and asked me how do I liked the hilgander and still remember everything and it happened again that we have the same superior customer service which shows that this is his nature tone helpful to his customers and loyal to them not an exceptional attitude. It was a again a great experience at this dealership because of him and I am planing to advice my family and my friends to go this dealership and ask for him by name to have the best service like I had.

We find purchasing cars painful. However, our experience at DCH was not. We came in knowing pretty much what we wanted, amenities and price point. The "deal" went very smoothly and our salesman, Gus, was fantastic. This was one of our best purchasing experiences. Everyone we interfaced with while at the dealership was professional and friendly. Two thumbs up!

Can't stand the way they treat you. Happy to take your money and your vehicle but when you try to get a hold of service no one answers or calls back. I had a supercharger installed here and was told to come and pick it up and it was not finished. Also upon pick I told them to keep my old intake manifold and they did not and have yet to replace it. More run around.Came back for a wiring issue. They took 5 days to get a 8hr job done. They claimed to be waiting for insurance approval. A simple phone call would have resolved that. Instead they wait for several days until I call to check the status and have to call the insurance myself. They met with the adjuster not me this should have been on their end. So in the end I cannot recommend this service department.

Update. It's been 3 weeks now and they are still not finished. It's been 3 days of " it will be ready tomorrow". And when I call at the end of the day either they don't answer or just say tomorrow at the end of the day. I will never come back to this dealership. 3 weeks to fix something that was originally installed in 1 day. Never again.

I returned for maintenance on 7/25/18 & had a long wait for a service rep to acknowledge me; shuttle driver was very nice and efficient. After 2+ hours. Paperwork sitting on a pile. Very inefficient!

Walked into the showroom, looked at a couple of cars, walked all the way across the showroom floor looking around and noticing between 5 to 10 employees, no one even spoke to me. So I went out the door and started looking thru their parking lot inventory and finally a salesman (Kam) appeared and offered to help. He was polite, helpful and knowledgeable, the experience was good after this point. However he didn't have many of the hybrid Camary configuration I am looking for, for me to see.
So 2 stars for " low pressure salesmen ".
