My service advisor "Mark Platz" spearheaded an outstanding chain of events with the individuals he had assist me at my appointment. Everyone in this department was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to meet my concerns and see that my vehicle was delivered without incident. I attribute their efforts to "Mike Sheets" the Service Manager who, in my opinion, leads by example. I had the pleasure to meet this gentleman to thank him for having such an awesome team. I highly recommend DCH Toyota of Simi Valley for Sales, Service, and know that you will leave there with respect and confidence that they will always do their best to assist the customer.
I also has the pleasure to meet the General Manager "Larry Puryear" who took time to greet me and thank me for my business. I conveyed my kudos regarding his Service Department to him. I left the dealership with respect, gratitude, and look forward to my next service appointment.
