By far the best and easiest experience in car buying i've ever had, salesperson Michael Goldstein is very helpful, he didn't rush me or anything even though it was way past his time, he patiently waited for me and test drove 2 vehicles, evoque and discovery sport. I ended up buying the Discovery sport (black on black) which I really like. Special thanks to Jin Cho (customer financial service manager) i call him the magician, he did work some magic..and also thanks to Vartan Asatryan (sales manager) for giving me a huge discount. The only thing that kept me from giving them a 5 star, was I noticed that the trunk cover was missing when I got home, I emailed them back but they told me that it wasn't included and that I would have to pay $500 for it, I think after investing a huge some of money on the car, I think I deserve to get the Trunk Cover.. aren't they suppose to be included?...

Both were very relaxed in their sales approach which I definitely appreciated. No pressure or attitude at all. Aly even helped me close the deal via email at 11pm on a Friday night(he was still at the dealership working: amazing!)
This lot is a joke. No one is ever there and they never call back. I'm referring mostly to the Sales Department. One does expect better customer service at a car lot selling $150,000 cars like mine, and that's a cheap one. I've even went to management attempting to get information or questions answered. Even management is never available and/ or doesn't call back. Sales Reps come in whenever they want. Does anyone work normal business hours over there? I don't think so. I hope the other Land Rover locations do better than Redondo Beach because this lot is a joke.

My Jaguar stopped running so I had it towed to South Bay Jaguar for repair. It took a week for the service department to diagnose the problem. I was told it needed a new water pump and the vehicle overheated and this caused the car to stop running. I asked to have the charging system checked. They said the charging system was OK. I had the water pump replaced in March and had an AAA warranty so I had it towed to AAA for inspection. The water pump was OK but the alternator needed replacing. I will never take my vehicle to this dealership. They are very dishonest for trying to charge me for a repair the car did not need.

When u go to a dealership for whatever problems your car having and skipping thousands of mechanic shops, your problems should be solved right ? Because professional, certified people are looking at ur car with the right tools and equipments correct? Ok... those guys never show you what the problem is! They keep telling you different story ever time so they keep charging you since the services advisor is on Commission as well the his dishonest manager.... stay away from those guys. I have been searching for the "perfect" used Range Rover Evoque for several months and finally found a 2015 Range Rover at Land Rover South Bay. I am from Northern California but happen to be down in Southern California this past weekend for a convention. I got to the dealership around 3 pm and Will Vasher, who was about to leave, stayed to answer any questions I had when I walked in. Elizabeth took us for a test drive and the rest is history. Will guided me through the buying process, and as I have only a short time frame, everyone at the dealership jumped in to make the process as quickly as possible. I left with my "new" car before 6 pm. Everyone was extremely helpful and I will definitely shop there again in the future.
By far they are the best Land Rover dealership in Southern California. They are willing and ready to sell. They are not pushy on add ons.

Do NOT buy a used car here!! I'm sure their customer service is fine if you spend $100k for a car, but I bought a used car here and am VERY disappointed with the help, or should I say LACK of help, I received after the 5 day buy back period was over. They replaced all 4 tires and tire sensors on the truck before I purchased it. Sounds great, right? It should have been. But 4 trips to the tire mechanic later (and after the 5 day buy back period) I finally find out the reason the tire sensor light has been blinking (since the day I drove it off the lot) is because ALL 4 of the sensors were bad. I called to speak to the used car sales manager (Joe Pelosi) to see if they could help me out, because surely the parts are under warranty IF they are brand new...and NOPE. The manager said "sorry, there's nothing we can do on my voicemail and won t return my phone calls to discuss it. Hmmmm, I'm pretty sure there is A LOT you can do to help me!! You should have said "we're choosing not to help you". Gee, thanks. Great customer service. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.
I grew up in the car business so I have bought and owned a lot of cars in my life but this was hands down the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. My salesman Dennis Collins was outstanding. He responded to every phone call, text or email promptly AND he found me my dream car in exactly the color combination that I wanted. Which was a tall order and not easy to find. I was given a great price for my trade in, above what any other dealer was willing to give me and purchased my new Range Rover at a great price! I was checked in immediately, and my loaner was provided in a timely fashion. When I came back to pick up my car, there are no waiting nor lines to bear with. I give them my loner key, they give me back my car key. I sign the bill and that's it. I will definitely come back for another service.

Called Elizabeth and her customer service was impeccable!!!!!! She had great conversation and new the specs of the car from top to bottom. She was trying to help me surprise my wife. I ended up coming back in on her day off and she had Mr joe cool Jin Cho help me!!!! He was amazing and showed us several different rovers and took us on test drives it was great!!!!!!!!!!! And he told us in detail about each and every car. I ended up purchasing the Land Rover hse lux.. and this all started with me going to Cerritos Land Rover and being treated like dirt and finding this dealership and 1 week later purchasing the rover my wife wanted!!!!!! I would also like to thank Joel Vega for all of his help as well, he got us the backend coverage we needed and was able to work the numbers and get me what I needed. The staff was great and all worked hard to make this deal a smooth transaction. If all dealerships worked like this with such attention to detail and great customer service there would be a lot more vehicles being sold.

Carl and his finance team were great. Mine was a special situation because I was having a CPO car transferred from another dealer - almost 2,500 miles away! But Carl was on top of it and when we got the car it was beautiful. Since the driver was 2 days late bringing the car (which was not LRSB's fault), they filled the tank of my new car for me! I thought that was very cool! I will certainly recommend these guys on the sales end!

I have had my car serviced here twice and it was a great experience both times. Evan Sheehan took great care of me both times. I never felt taken advantage or sold on anything. I purchased my car at different dealership and regretted it the moment I signed the contract. Service appointments never ran on time, they always found an expensive problem to fix, their service charge is almost double the cost, and the customer service was not good. LR South Bay is more affordable, accurate on schedules, and has great customer service. I sent a couple friends this way and they felt exactly the same. Thank you Evan!

Great purchase experience from the South Bay Team. John Sanderson was my sales man - Really great guy - knows his stuff inside out and took the time to help me choose the right car. I had a few minor issues with my new RRS purchase, however Nate and the service team took care of that straight away. One thing I think sets South Bay Land Rover apart from some of the other (LA) LR dealerships is they don't walk around acting like their product is bigger than the client, which I really appreciated, so thank you to John and the team for the solid professional experience.

I was only in town for a brief period and called because it appeared my car was leaking coolant. Nate was very accommodating and got my car in immediately, checked it out and had it back to me while I waited. I very much appreciated the excellent service.
Jeremy was amazing - he hussled to get me into a car I love. Five stars, 100 points to him! Seriously ask to talk to him he s kind patient and not a usual car sales guy. A real class act.
The less than perfect score is for the dealers cleaning people. Poor Jeremy was scrubbing my interior from spots they missed in detailing my brand new car. Also, the car is COVERED in paint swirls. This is 100% preventable if people know what they are doing in detailing your car. It annoys me every time I look at my car in the sun and makes my car look cheep. I ll have to pay someone to fix it, which isn t fair and super annoying. Also there was a gash in the rubber on my back window from detailing. Jeremy is working on replacing this but what a pain. 1 star for the detailing department and whomever inspects the brand new cars for sale.
But then I think about how great Jeremy is and I am motivated to write this review (something I never really do) xoxo!

They are tops. I do not say this lightly as this is my fourth Jaguar. Jeremy and the supporting staff were very attentive and courteous to both my wife and I. Jeremy in particular was a great listener and went above and beyond to find the specific vehicle for me. He located an XJ Collection model, had it brought in and we found it to meet all our expectations, be more luxurious than we anticipated and it has the true ride and feel of the Jaguar brand. The handling of our internet and text conversations, dealership appointments, sharing pricing and available discounts and personal interaction was outstanding. From our first meeting, to finding a vehicle, and closing a deal all happened in a little over a week.

For those of you who are unaware, Jaguar Land Rover South Bay falls under the AutoNation umbrella, meaning that it is not a privately owned dealership which poses a multitude of problems when attempting to file a complaint or receive help. I should mention that the last vehicle I leased, a Mercedes GLC300 from South Bay Mercedes (directly across the street from Jaguar Land Rover) was a fantastic experience. I was treated kindly by the staff and couldn't have been happier with my vehicle.
My experience at Jaguar Land Rover South Bay was the complete antithesis to AutoNation's South Bay Mercedes dealership.
My initial interaction with sales associate Nathaniel Hill was fraught with misinformation and a lack of care. I visited the dealership on Saturday, May 16th to view a 2019 Jaguar F-Pace. Nathaniel mentioned to me that the vehicle has navigation (it does not) and presented me with misinformation regarding engine type by stating that two of three identical vehicles listed were the 25T model (less horse power) and one of the three was a 30T - as it turns out, all three were the 30T version. After working out a deal later that day, Nathaniel asked me to meet him at the dealership the next morning. I text him asking to please make sure that the car that is reserved for me is the 30T model (at this time I thought there was only one) and to also make sure that I do not receive the showroom demo. Nathaniel did not respond to my text. I called the dealership due to Nathaniel's lack of response and spoke to general sales manager, Danielle Maynard who happened to pick up the phone. I explained that I would like to reserve the 30T model and that I did not want the showroom floor demo, she assured me that the stock number on my quote was not that of the demo and that all three vehicles were 30T. Danielle then transferred me to sales manager Andrew "Drew" Polenchar. Drew was extremely aggressive, rude, and dismissive of me on the phone. His exact words were, "you will be receiving the car we quoted" as if I did not have a choice in the matter. He then told me not to come to the dealership that night as I had been prepared to in order to make sure that I receive the correct vehicle.
The next morning I arrived at the dealership ready to meet Nathaniel and was met by sales associate Roger Ribeiro instead. Nathaniel did not have the courtesy to mention he and I would not be meeting which I found to be strange after we had agreed upon it.
After asking multiple times not to be given the demo and having been quoted for a vehicle that was not the demo, I ended up with the demo when there were two IDENTICAL vehicles sitting on the lot. Prior to completing paperwork, I asked once again that I be given a different vehicle and Drew said to me, "the car has only been on the showroom floor one day." He then proceeded to tell me that the other two cars were not in, "good shape."
The day after getting home with my new car, I noticed that the service light was on, autonomous breaking is unavailable, forward alert is unavailable, and the lane departure feature does not work. Fast forward a few days to being caught in the rain only to find out that the windshield wipers do not work. No one took the time to inspect this vehicle prior to selling it to me. I asked Danielle Maynard the general sales manager to be to exchange this vehicle for one that did not have features that do not work, a reasonable request for having spent close to $50,000 purchasing (not leasing) a new vehicle, this did not lead any further than being told to bring the car in for servicing.
NO. I specifically asked for a different vehicle that does not have issues straight off the lot, I did not ask for a service appointment.
If you enjoy feeling demoralized and receiving subpar products and services, I would encourage you to shop at Jaguar Land Rover South Bay.
If you would like to be treated like a human who matters, I would avoid this dealership at all costs.
I bought a used BMW, no buyers remorse at all here! The price was exceptional , the customer service was exceptional, the experience was exceptional! It was quick and painless. They delivered the car to me. I drove from the California desert to get there and It was worth every mile for the way that I was treated by every single person that works there. I get compliments on the car all the time and it drives like a new BMW. The next time I buy a car, I will definately head out to Josh to get it. Thank you!

They were extremely patient with me and Juan took the time to explain everything in laymen terms (for those of us that are car illiterate). He kept steady communication, updating me whenever possible and calling to ask questions. In the mean time I was left with a loaner car to use and being that it was a range rover, it was a major upgrade for me. I am completely satisfied with everyone at the Land Rover of South Bay. It was my first time having a simple remote key made. When I needed spontaneous repairs, they accommodated me promptly for repair with a loaner car. The process was prompt, efficient and very courteous.
They even put on a new plate cover that I purchased, with a smile.

I had a terrible experience with servicing my Range Rover at this location and want to simply share with you. My Land Rover provided warranty was about to expire. I took the car in to have it checked to (a) fix any issues under the warranty (b) evaluate if it was in a condition for me to keep the vehicle for the another year. In addition I asked them to have the vehicle detailed while it was with them.
(1) I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I was not satisfied with their response and paid additional $200 to another facility to have it checked again. It turned out South bay technician had missed or ignored to report very critical issues which is absolutely unacceptable for a dealership to have incompetent mechanics.
(2) The detail job was horrible. I showed the issues to my service adviser (who I really like and respect) and he assured me that the service manager will call me to follow up and get it fixed. Well after 3 times follow up, he never took the responsibility to call me back. They basically washed outside of the car, put a wax on some parts of the body and did nothing to interior and charged me $200. I will have to spend another time to have it dropped with a professional to get it detailed properly.
These people know that most Range Rover owners are too busy to follow up on this kind of complaints and take full advantage of that to their benefit by ignoring to return the calls. It cost me more money in loss of income dealing with this dealership that what it would have cost me to get the vehicle properly serviced at another location.
I gave them two weeks to return my 3 calls and fix their shortcomings. I will discourage you from having your vehicle serviced here. Santa Monica dealership provides far better service than this location.
Buyer beware! This dealer will tell you that they don't mark up the money factor, but then send you proposals with a marked up money factor! Deceptive business practices, avoid if possible.

Rudy is super nice and very accommodating (staying late, getting us all the info we needed or answers to our questions and very very prompt in replying via text)...he made it a great experience for our first time Range Rover purchase overall. Definitely no pressure or playing games issues here.
David, the finance manager, was also very patient and took the time to go over all the warranty options with us and never even tried to push us to buy as many warranties and possible...even though we ended up doing just that and he gave us amazing deals on all the extended warranty packages.
This dealer has best customer service of any luxury brand. Go see TC Collins for best service, personal follow-ups and deal.

Land Rover South Bay is a wonderful dealer to work with. John Sanderson was our salesperson. He found a Rover for us that met our needs because RR SoBay has a large inventory. We were given a long test drive so that we could assess every aspect of the Rover. Once we decided to buy the purchase process was completely professional and did not take long. Same for the trade in process. We have had 3 Rovers over 19 years. South Bay and John are the best!!!! It's worth the drive to see them before you buy.
Horrible car and service.
My wife's 2 year old Velar just stopped running in the middle of the road. Battery had died and wouldn't hold charge (bad alternator). Took more than an hour to get it towed to the dealership as it needs a special tow truck. It got worse after that. The dealership no longer provides a rental car and they have very few loaner cars (said might take 2 weeks to get one). This completely unacceptable for a supposed luxury brand. On top of that, when the car was fixed, they couldn't send anyone to bring the car to us as they are busy and under staff. Might as well shut down the dealership now as there is no way I would ever buy a Land Rover and certainly not from this dealership.
So I purchased a car from this place and I feel like there is some sort of scam going on with them using the 90 warranty for there own use.
I needed some items fixed from a car they sold me and when I called auto nation they said my name wasn t even on the contract. They told me it was somebody else s name was on the auto nation contract policy.
Juan was very helpful. I feel I was overcharged for a after market starter. I always feel I am overcharged for basic parts at this dealership. They rob people on basic needs.

This was by far the Best Car buying experience I have ever had. Jeremey was more than helpful he was respectful! I am not a wealthy person that can walk into a Land Rover dealership and drop $200k on a car they will use to go to the grocery store. Instead I am a hard working person that wanted to buy a higher end SUV to enjoy the outdoors. He himself uses LandRover for offload adventuring so his knowledge of the vehicle was excellent. Nothing irritates me more when I know more about something than the salesperson. Not here Jeremy took the time to explain everything to me that I needed to know. Very rare will someone have the patience to an individual when trying to make a decision on a car. And the respect was when he provided me the time to formulate my questions and make my decision in my own time. It made me want to buy a car from him and Land Rover South Bay! And I did! I am the happy owner of a 2017 Uber Loaded Discovery!! Everyone from Jeremy's partner Trey the GM to their finance manger Jin were amazing to deal with. My service advisor is EVAN. This gentleman is THE BEST! He got me in and out with a rental car and helped me with a warranty issue. The Service manager ( sorry don't know his name) is also phenomenal!

I visited 6 dealerships before i came here. It was hands down one of the best dealerships I have been to. Staff was great and not pushy. Jennifer from sales was there to answer any questions as well as make sure she focused on what my needs were. Front desk staff were welcoming and made sure my daughter was comfortable. They have a great lobby area with tv, toys and books to keep the little ones busy. Complementary snacks and beverages were available. The inventory manager Manny made sure any concerns I had were taken care of. Jin with financing provided great service as well.
