If you buy used car here, make sure you check car gurus first because they will slap you with 2k$ more on the list price and remind them about your full tank, not sure if they intentionally let go of the car withoht being filled though.

Worst service experience ever. After calling to se...

Worst service experience ever. After calling to set my appointment and being told it was ok and they were going to honor my last service. I arrive at 7 am only to be told rudely by a rep Peter that he won't allow it. He rudely points at the service wall and says don't you see where you car is in that. I explained to him I was told it was ok. He continued to smirk and rudely huff your car is due for a major over haul at $299 that's all you can get or leave. I still trying to get at least my oil change because I've already missed work and he said that it's $99 so sarcastically. I said never mind, all he could say well good your car is still there and your keys are inside and you can leave. To think my lease is up soon and I was considering buying my new car there because they had been great up until this incident . This person is not a good service rep at all. Such a waste of my morning.

The Best Buying experience we've had in purchasing a new vehicle in years.
We appreciated their patience, and No pressure selling. Matt and the entire staff always gave us the freedom to review cars, test drive, ask Questions, without the pressure of someone looking over our shoulder or pressuring us to purchase. If you want the freedom to decide on your own, and yet get outstanding support when you need it, Please stop by and visit. We received a very fair price, and when we picked up the vehicle there was no pressure to buy any add ons. The car buying experience can be stressful, but Matt and the entire team made it very easy and convenient for us. Thank you to Matt and the entire team for their help.

Warning: Do not take your business to Simi Valley ...

Warning: Do not take your business to Simi Valley Toyota.

Toyota quoted us $548 for an alternator that was in stock and could be repaired today, so we towed the car for repair to Simi with Hank s estimate in mind. Car dropped off at 8 am stating we were there based on Hank s quote to get the alternator replaced. We were told an inspection would be done to verify alternator repair, and the $139 authorized would be voided upon completion of the repair. Signed for the inspection and left the car. Called mid-day with no response. At 430pm we find out no repair has been done, only diagnostic now quoting $2100 for repairs including a battery that was tested in the morning as being fine before arriving to Toyota. Also just advised at that time that Hank is at the Thousand Oaks Toyota, and the estimate was probably incorrect on a wrong year or cylinder size (which was verified over the phone in the morning). No communication upon drop off, and no communication all day even though promised it would be done by 5. Missed work, no car, and another day for repair. Really left with no option except to start over somewhere else including retowing and paying the $139 evaluation fee, which we can t do. Thanks Toyota of SV for trapping us, for poor communication and poor customer service. Having to pay $200 more than the original estimate, missed work, and an extra day without a vehicle. Poor communication and pretty much dismissed- what do you want to do? at the end of the day. Never again will I come back for business, even though I have two Toyota vehicles.

We had a great experience buying a Prius C at DCH ...

We had a great experience buying a Prius C at DCH this weekend. In fact, it was the best car-buying experience we have ever had (we are both in our mid '70s so that is a lot of experience). Cesar Garcia was our sales rep.

We were unsure that the car would be what we really wanted, so he (they) let us take the "unwind" car for an extended test drive (it already had about 300 miles on it from a short-time owner whose credit had fallen through). Then we went home to do some research that evening. We wanted to check on whether the price was really a good deal (it was) and whether getting a 2012 with all of the "bells and whistles" would be better than getting a 2013 with fewer features (it was). So we went back yesterday and bought it!

We had also researched extended warranties and found we could get a better deal through an insurance policy, so we declined the policy they were offering. We declined a few other options, but did opt for the interior/exterior surface protection (sort of like Scotch Guard for the whole car). We want to keep it looking nice!

After the paperwork was done, Cesar helped us sync my phone to the bluetooth system and showed us a lot of the features. He also told us it would probably take a while to learn how to use everything and to come back whenever we needed and he would help us learn to use them. It is sort of like driving a powerful computer!

The car, when "delivered," was perfect. It even had a full tank of gas! I would definitely recommend buying your next Prius (or any other car) at DCH Toyota of Simi Valley.

The 2018 Camry that I bought had a TERRIBLE radio....

The 2018 Camry that I bought had a TERRIBLE radio. Very confusing and poorly working proprietary system to pair with cell phone, control other functions, etc. Also, loud wind noise from outside mirrors on the freeway, the visor wouldn't stay up, and the brand new windshield wiper streaked and smudged. Awful car, and I've driven Camrys for 25 years. Adding an integrated after market Sirius radio had nothing but problems. Don't buy a 2018 Camry. However, DCH did their best, worked with me, and although it took the general manager to step in, they eventually made good in their efforts to come up with a satisfactory solution. I now own a 2018 Honda Accord and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

I am a return customer. This time the service was by far the best. Kelly Gugerty their Internet manager did an Amazing job, we walked away with 2 cars instead of one. Make sure you ask for her when you go get your next vehicle. I have already referred a few people to her.

I HAD JANE CONWAY FOR MY SERVICE TECHNICIAN AND SHE WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE OF ALL MY NEEDS. SIMI VALLEY DCH TEAM ALWAYS GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME. THEY GET ME THE HELP I NEED WITH MY SCION XB AND I CAN COUNT ON THEM. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR DCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
A) I BOUGHT NEW TIRES FROM SIMI DCH AND THEY HONORED THEIR WARRANTY WHEN I GOT A NAIL IN ONE TIRE. THEY REPLACED THAT TIRE FREE AND UNDER WARRANTY.
B) DCH DISCOVERED THAT I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY DURING AN OIL CHANGE APPOINTMENT. THAT MEANT SO MUCH TO ME!

I had my 2010 4Runner towed in for stalling on the...

I had my 2010 4Runner towed in for stalling on the Freeway. It took 4 days get it fixed due to a bad sensor, covered under the 36/36 warranty. I had to beg them for a status update several times. I had too actually go by the shop multiple times for a status, two days after no communication from the service department. Very poor communication and broken promises to call with a status. The day the car was supposed to be ready, I called several times and finally reached a service person who told me my car was ready and no additional services was required. When I got home I reviewed the paperwork in detail with indicated that I need brake service, dirty air filter and a tire rotation. I thus call and was told to bring the car back for couple of more days. Really, like the hundreds of dollars in car rental fees were not enough. This is the same Toyota dealership; I have been going to for two decades. Up til now I have always had exceptional service. To be fair it has been a couple years. I should have read recent reviews on different web sites before towing my 4Runner there. This will be the last time I will ever take any of my Toyotas to this service department for service.

This dealership has improved tremendously. All the employees were helping other customers and the service manager Mike helped to sign me in. This impressed me to see he didn't feel he was above helping customers. When I went to pick up my vehicle he helped point me to the person that took the job over for him. Kudos to Mike!

Kareem was a huge help when shopping for a used car, a process I've never gone through before as this was my first vehicle purchase. Kareem was friendly and thorough and got me exactly what I wanted - after three hours of tough negotiating with him and the sales managers. You won't avoid the red tape and beaurocracy that comes with a dealership trade-in, but Kareem made the process as painless as possible.

I had a great experience with the Service Department. My car had a recall that needed to be fixed and I was able to get an appointment within the same week of receiving the notice in the mail. Everyone in the Service Center was helpful and friendly.

I'm too upset and frustrated to say how badly I felt. The only positive thing I can say is Cruz the customer appreciation rep treated me with care and respect. Maybe Cruz should be the model that Larry Puryear uses to teach the rest of his employees how to treat customers... because I'm damned sure that DCH did not pay me to purchase a vehicle. DCH for me equals Disappointing Careless Hoodwinking

I actually went into the dealership not expecting to buy that day. I was looking for a blue 2017 Highlander, and they had just received one the night before. It was still covered in the plastic, dusty and obviously brand new. Ed Sayed was working that morning. I knew Ed because I had talked to him previously about buying a hybid highlander, and he was able to answer every question I had. So, when I saw Ed on this morning, we already knew each other. Again, Ed answered every question, shared his knowledge about the upgrades and mechanics of a 2017 highlander, and in due time, gave me a very fair and competitive deal on the car. Remember, I had no intention of buying that morning, but Ed made it so easy that I couldn't resist. Then, onto Ivan, the finance manager, who also was extremely personable and professional. I met the sales fleet manager, who introduced himself, and the branch manager as well. I hate buying cars, but this team made the buying process so much easier; I couldn't have asked for a better sales team or a more professional Toyota branch. Ed was terrific. I even went in the next day, and again, he was there to answer new questions I had. Terrific guy. Thanks to everyone there, especially Ed, for helping me get a fair and expedient deal on a beautiful car. I will be sure to recommend you to everyone I know. Best to all.

Our experience at Simi Valley Toyota was a pleasant one. I was in the market for a new Prius, and Moises and team made the experience seamless throughout the process. I ultimately selected a 2019 Prius, and Moises educated me on various features and highlights of the specific car I liked. I was able to test drive two different versions of the 2019 Prius, and both were great, with one having slightly better features for me than the other. We have purchased and leased cars from Simi Valley Toyota in the past, and we have had great experiences each time at the dealership. Thank you Simi Valley Toyota for making the car-buying process smooth overall!

I happened to be at the dealership getting service on my car while there was an impromptu birthday celebration for one of the employees. What impressed me most was the genuine friendship each had for each other. The sign of a successful business, in my estimation, is how the employees treat not only customers but each other. This is a good indication of the kind of leadership that starts at the top.

$70 MORE THAN TO TOYOTA.
TOTAL RIPPED OFF.
THEY CHANGED MY ENGINE OIL AND THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE CAP BACK RUINING THE TRANSMISSION.
YET, THEY HAVE NO RECORDS OF IT. LUCKILY, I HAVE MY COPY.

FRONT OFFICE AMANDA IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND EVASIVE AS TO PRICES.

WARNING.....we were ready to buy a new car from them had a set price via text...had traveled 2 hours when saw they had put 1200 dollars in fees for things we didn't ask for and were told we had to get them that is why they can give you a good dea this is the way they make there moneyl ....we tore the contract and drove 2 hours back home without the car....they said it is what they do with all the cars their standard practice according to one of the managers

He made me a good trade-in offer and the deal was done in a few hours. The other staff at this location were all very friendly and helpful too. I had a great experience and am truly happy and satisfied with my Prius.

DCH of Simi Valley is awesome. Just came today from DCH, and Mr. MICHAEL , one of the Service Advisers (I believe) help me with my Tire sensor issue. This is the second time he had help me, NO APPOINTMENTS, just dropped by because this issue has been bothering me lately. He said, "you're worrying too much.". Not if you're a woman without any "know how" on cars but to drive. He is very helpful and approachable, just like a car dealer personnel SHOULD BE. I thank GOD I bought my car from them. DCH, what a name but it is true... DELIVERING CUSTOMERS HAPPINESS- and PEACE.. It is what it is. They REALLY are a BIG HELP to the community! Cheers for them!

Very happy with my current experience with both Service & Sales Department s @ Simi DCH. I had had a really bad experience many years ago & hadn t been back to this dealership since, but was towed in after my vehicle broke down & Patrick in Service went above & beyond to help me out. After deciding to trade-in my vehicle, Samuel in Sales helped me get the new truck I wanted & Tatiana helped make sure I got all my non-factory accessories off my old truck. They really went the extra mile for me & got me back as a customer! Have nothing bad to say about this dealership anymore!

They gave a hassle becousee they said company got sold and Is owned by a,franchise they said its,no record becousee they clear out all information. My husband and I just bought our car from DCH Toyota Simi Valley and would like to thank you Jacob, Angel, Miguel, Eddie, Steve and the supervisor on duty on May 20th evening (whose name we unfortunately don't remember) for the wonderful customer service you provided us.

This dealership is transparent, honest and friendly + provide good prices on vehicles. We felt like the service personnel we encountered really tried their best to help us and make our new purchase a really nice experience.
