Poor service in the service department. My new FR-S was making a squeeking sound. I was told my a service manager that they won't fix it since it still runs. Hamer Toyota replaced the high pressure fuel pump. Said there was a service bulletin aobut it.

My wife and I leased our first car together yester...

My wife and I leased our first car together yesterday. We live between two Toyota dealerships that I won't name but drove all the way from Burbank to check this place out. First off, it's like the building you see in the Toyota commercials--bustling with people, brand new and shiny, top of the line. It actually does feel like that inside.

But we weren't there for good looks. We were there to get a deal. Danny (Afshin I think is his real name) was our salesperson and he is awesome. After test driving our vehicle we went back for the table discussions AKA negotiation process. Compared to another experience we had at another local Toyota dealership, he was much easier to work with. I could tell he was sincere and honest in how he explained the lease terms and asked what price would work for us .Danny really helped in answering my hard questions. I would even go so far as to say that he *fought* for us to get the deal we wanted. I would go back to this dealership in the future not because it's glitzy and nice but because it was pleasant to work with Danny.

If you go to this dealership I recommend asking for him. Thank you Danny and Northridge Toyota for our new Prius!

Up until today I was happy taking my car to this dealership even though they have been a pain. For my last visit I finally received a survey via email and I answered it truthfully. As soon as I brought my car back into the dealership for the third time to get one thing fixed I was confronted by the service representative. He was upset and extremely confrontational about my answers to the survey. I gave him a bad review partly because he did not offer me a ride back, he would not give me a definitive answer about my warranty or explain it to me, and I find him to be quite rude every time I have dealt with him. Dean Strickler knows nothing about customer service and does not know how to take any criticism. I asked to speak to a manager but Dean told me there was no manager available for me to speak with at all so I decided to call corporate instead. Toyota sucks as a whole and people like Dean are a big part of that. I wish I never purchased a Toyota. When I returned three hours later to pickup my car I still didn't speak with a manager.

What keeps me coming back is the excellent workmanship, customer service representatives (Dean, Robert, and Phillip to name a few). The service reps make you feel comfortable and provide excellent customer service that continually exceeds my expectations.

This dealership is amazing. I had previously visited several dealerships, and I was getting so frustrated with all the shady tactics. I finally tried Northridge Toyota and it was an entirely different experience. They respected my time; they made a fair, reasonable offer the first time; they were patient and informative; and they were completely honest and upfront. Jorge Matta and Jackie Cruz were friendly, helpful, and made the process so easy. I only wish that I had contacted Northridge Toyota in the first place!

Even though they were extremely busy on a Saturday morning, and I had arrived about an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment, Sam was able to intake my vehicle prior to my appointment time.
The vehicle was completed on time as promised. I only wish they still did the courtesy carwash.

This location has been such a great change for me ...

This location has been such a great change for me compared to the dtla dealership. At the dtla location i would have to wait over an hour with an appointment. However at the northridge location theyre a lot more organized and have their system down. Staff is friendly and professional. Noel helped me out today. He kept me informed and updated with parts availability and was quick about calling me back with the information. When I asked about specials or discounts he was helpful.

I leased a Toyota Corolla in September of 2016. I went to Northridge Toyota to get my car serviced because that's where I always lived. They denied service saying that my tire lock is missing although I've never had to change a tire, never even opened up the trunk floor cover. They told me it was missing and that they don't carry that lock stating that it was an aftermarket part. I find it strange and disheartening that a brand new car coming from Toyota has any aftermarket parts which would make it impossible for other dealerships to work on it. At a Toyota dealership that sees thousands of cars which means they've unlocked thousands of lug nuts and they don't have the key for a 2016 stock Corolla? Furthermore the service manager Tim Valdivia was absolutely no help being very patronizing condescending and just all-around rude. When I asked what should I do if I have a flat tire he tells me you should go get the part, it's not his concern and then asked me to leave when I dare to question his logic. I've owned and leased many cars in my life, I've service many cars in my life and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I called the other dealerships and confirmed that what they're talking is nonsense and that they should have a master lock for any lug nut key made for Toyota 2016 aftermarket or not. Horrible service, horrible people, disrespectful management. I feel sorry for Tim, he has a lot of bad karma coming his way.

I'm updating my review and rating for good based on the interaction I had with the CRM manager Maria Serrano and the additional product/services they provided me. I'm giving a 3.5 stars. 4 says I like it - and that will take some time. Probably based on the maintenance services that will follow.

I earlier had issues with the total MSRP of the car after the deal was done. My claim was based on the price I saw someone else had paid for the same car model. Since the deal was done, and a refund not possible, Maria and team was gracious to provide me a complimentary xzlion coating for the car, which usually costs between $700-800, to make up for the additional price I claimed I had paid. Since it had to be done on weekday following rains, they also provided me a rental car to use for the day, which was very useful.

I still have issues with the way Internet Sales Director Sven Sjodin handled the whole thing on the day of the purchase and later, putting dealership above customer all the time. Everyone else at the dealership was very courteous.

I thought I'd mention, I love the car - Toyota Camry.

At first it took them a while for a service advisor to come and get my car info from me... Once my car got taken back I've never had a faster experience. Oils change, tire rotation, and fluids topped off in 45 mins. Stellar!!! I did come on a weekday around lunch. Either way very pleased. The coffee sucks but it's free so take it or leave it

He is the best salesperson there!
I just got my new Avalon yesterday and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He listens; he understands; he treats buyer with respect and he is not "pushy" like usual sales persons are. AFSHIN helped me to get "gunmetal" color I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock. He delivered it from other dealership.

Brought in my 2017 Prius for its first routine maintenance service. Sarkis was assigned to be the service advisor for my appointment. Lucky me! I was extremely happy with his professionalism and the service he provided. Sarkis definitely went above and beyond what I have come to expect from the service department. I received a complimentary shuttle ride home for the first time in over 4 years. I was previously told that I lived slightly beyond the shuttle radius and could not use Northridge Toyota's shuttle service. Normally, this would not have been a problem, however, the estimate to check a few additional items pushed the total time to 4-5 hours. Sarkis checked my address and determined that I was definitely in the service area for the complimentary shuttle. He even walked me over to make sure I was on the very next shuttle. Wow! Highly recommend the Northridge Toyota Service Department and especially recommend asking for Sarkis.

As i was entering into, one gentlemen asked me about what he was looking for and did not even have the courtesy to greet and ask me. About 3 weeks ago I took my 2008 Lexus IS250 for a check up because many faults showed up, including check engine light. I paid the $160 for them to go over the car and see if it can get fixed. They can back with a long list of items, including the fact that my engine is blown, making my car worthless. My wife and I then decide to park the car, then went out looking to lease a new Toyota. We went to this Northridge dealership, and the sales guy just did not treat us right. We then finally went to the Toyota dealer in Van Nuys where we leased a new new car. Happy with their service. I then opened my Lexus hood yesterday, and noticed the radiator cap was broken (was listed in the quote as well). I then decided to go to Autozone to buy a new $10 cap. I replaced the cap, and all the faults went away. I drove it around for about half hour last night, and the car drove perfect. Today I took the car to Huntington Beach which is about 70 miles from Northridge. No problem. I went to the dealer to tell them, and this service agent basically told me " well that was the analysis, and there's nothing else he can tell me. I was so disgusted with, I just left. They would've made thousands of dollars from my hard earned money, and simply replaced a $10 radiator cap. Shameless. I wish there was a zero star. They don't even deserve one. So be careful.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! BUY ELSEWHERE! BUYER BEWARE OF LIARS! NOTICE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY HAVE ARE FROM FAKE REVIEWERS with LITTLE TO NO YELPING AT ALL! The Sales Manager and the Finance Manager lie to customers to benefit the dealership. They behave like two little Chihuahuas, small in stature and big on attitude replete with the Napoleon complex found in little impotent men who wield a miniscule amount of power absolutely. On a lease purchase they tried to scam me for $3200, $2500 for a Certification fee and $700 for Gap coverage. According to Toyota, the certification is not required in the State of CA despite the insistence that the certification is compulsory by the sales team at this dealership. In addition, the Gap coverage is not required and completely unnecessary when the residual value of a lease is lower than the Blue Book on the car being bought out. Avoid this dealership. Go somewhere else to buy your Toyota if you want a fair deal. One call to another dealership brought the costs down over $1800 from the outrageous quote give for the Certification and Gap coverage. Call Santa Ana Toyota and SAVE THOUSANDS! These people do not like it when you do your homework. They want to bully you and steer you into a deal good for them. When you call them out on the lies they tell, they refuse to continue to help and act like spoiled babies who prey upon unwitting consumers for a living. SHAME ON NORTHRIDGE TOYOTA!

Service was 2 hours longer than what I was told to do a 4-Wheel alignment.

Also, I was told that shuttles were no longer available which made it a huge inconvenience. Despite the fact that their answering machine says they still offer it. They don't.

I like to tell Thank you so much to manager Aren Gevorkyan. I didn t see manager like him. I leased Toyota Camry 2018 on 08/18/18. Aren Gevorkyan was so helpful, very professional, very nice and kind person. I didn t met the manager like Aren Gevorkyan before. I was in different Dealers Toyota, but Northidge Toyota THE BEST. Aren Gevorkyan helped me with my new car, he explained everything inside, every knob. He shows me everything, how I need to start car, every my next steps ( because this is very unusual car for me). Thank you so much Aren Gevorkyan, you are THE BEST manager and very kind person. Very appreciate your help. We need more people like Aren Gevorkyan . I want to give to him 500 points for his job. I was helped by Brittney G today, and she was super helpful and nice:) I made an appointment to get my oil changed, and they let me know that my car needed the 50,000 mile inspection, which I didn't realize. They have a nice place to sit and plenty of tables or chairs to sit at, and you can get coffee while you wait. We will definitely be back to this Toyota location:)

I contacted them online and Diego Franco worked with me for a whole day just sending me offers and trucks via phone and email. We were able to work out a deal and bought a brand new Tacoma 4x4 TRD Off Road for a great price. I couldn't be happier with my deal and new truck!

Carlos was very friendly and informative. However, I do have TWO complaints. When a customer calls, the person who takes the call should inform us that if we bring our car in around 11 or 11:30, that we might be adding another half an hour onto the wait time due to mechanics taking time out for lunch. AND, really, Toyota is one of the top selling cars (LOVE MY PRIUS) and yet the Northridge branch does NOT have a car wash? This facility needs to get it together.

It was so rushed and I felt really bad about that but they were so patient and attentive to making sure I chose the right car for me. Honestly so nice that they don't just shove sales in your face just to sell their cars. Ask for Diego!

The service and attention Alex Pogosyan provided to us while purchasing a new Toyota Highlander at Northridge Toyota was excellent!! The total experience was very simple and enjoyable. While test driving various Highlander models, Alex answered all of our questions and made sure we understood and felt comfortable with all the high tech features. Also, while negotiating a fair price for our trade-in vehicle, he was very transparent and informative. Also, Brian in the Finance Department made the document signing process very simple and time efficient. Finally, a few days after purchasing the vehicle, Alex was kind enough to give me a basic "Highlander 101" tutorial, where he answered all of my questions and enlightened me on more of the newer features, right there and then when I showed up!! We couldn't be happier and feel we have the confidence to call Alex anytime should we have any questions and/or concerns.....no doubt we will be purchasing our next car from Northridge Toyota!! We highly recommend it to anyone interested in having a low stress and transparent car buying experience with a friendly, professional and well-informed sales team!! Thank you, Alex and Brian!!

Stay away from this dealership. Would not recommen...

Stay away from this dealership. Would not recommend buying a car from here and would highly recommend looking else where. Had a bottom line price that they said they couldn t get originally to but after back and forth negotiating for hours they finally said they were willing to do it. I asked why you couldn t just meet me at my price originally and be straight up with me but they couldn t give me a straight answer. Wasted my time and afternoon for nothing. The salesman kept pressuring me into financing through them at Toyota when I had told them from the beginning I was already pre approved with my bank and they kept asking me over and over again. Anyone thinking of buying a car from this dealership should exercise caution if your time is valuable and you don t want to get the run around. Plenty of other better dealerships out there that won t waste your time and will just be straight up with you then going through the whole run around like I did here. I really liked the car they had but just the management was very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars that would be the appropriate rating for this dealership.

Took my van in for check engine light and battery issue.. Car has 125K top of the line Toyota extended warranty.. The SA proceeds to tell me diagnosis is not covered?? WTF??.. Then he give me an attitude about asking all these questions..

Calls me back today and charges $240 for a battery that I could have gotten for $120 elsewhere.. It leaves a really bad feeling dealing with this dealership.. I am not coming back here.. Going to take my van to thousand Oaks or to Hamer.. A much better experience there.

Stay away for here unless you like to be ripped off..

I have to say they have an excellent service and staff. I was helped by Jose Guerrero. He had knowledge of the cars and gave me a quick through with the car at first sign when I was searching and finally after what he showed me what I wanted, we went for a drive test. I have to say that the information provided was really helpful. The finance staff was quick but gave detail information of all the paper work and what we're the best rates for my payments. i got a corolla pre-owned, the car was well taken care of and filled up with gas. I even got my car detailed. Overall I was really satisfied Jose and the rest of the finance staff and the welcoming experience at the dealership makes me recommend it to other people.

Tony took great care of us and was completely honest with us. He knew what we wanted and did not push us away from the car we fell in love with. He was very helpful in teaching us about the car and was very patient with us. We went to look at the car 2x before we made a decision and each time he was there for us.
