The staff at Simi Valley Toyota is friendly, knowledgeable and they work as a team. Myra, the receptionist, is the heartbeat of that place. She's cool under pressure and always has a warm smile on her face. Jim, my sales person, was kind, expedient and professional from start to finish. Finally, Eddie, the GM, showed exceptional customer service by taking at look at my lease and, with my best interest at heat, showed me that buying my new, Prius was the sensible route that would save me thousands.
