This letter/review is long overdue, I recently purchased a 2010 Prius IV from DCH of Simi Valley. I wanted to say thank you for the assistance in purchasing the car. I can say that I am greatly satisfied with the car I bought.

I would like to specially mention the sales representative, Andy Sasso, for his great efforts in helping me purchase the car I wanted. He went above and beyond in assisting me during the purchase process. I appreciate his patience in answering all the questions I had.

I am not the kind of person that usually shares experiences on websites but I was moved by Andy's commitment to providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He is the reason I will wholeheartedly recommend DCH Toyota of Simi Valley to all my friends and anyone reading this review.

I've been involved in over a dozen vehicle transactions - New & Preowned. From Dealerships that claim they are the best in radio/tv/print to small independent lots. Never have I been so impressed with a Dealer, but Brian Lamb of DCH Toyota Simi Valley earned my respect from the get go. I visited and contacted about 10 dealerships in a 200 mile radius to find this specific model SUV. From my experience, I'm very skeptical and guarded. Brian picked up on it, but was always very friendly, respectful, never pushy and answered all of my questions. I travel very frequently and so the transaction duration from first contact took over a month. Many other Dealers would be put off or could have ignored my sporadic inquires. But each time, Brian would chat as if we spoke an hour earlier. My family and I had a hectic schedule so we arranged an appointment for paperwork and sign off to be done quickly. There were no surprises when we arrived - the vehicle was in detail, we filled out the paperwork, got the TFS credit approved, through Finance without any pressure and into the vehicle for the tutorial. Thank you Brian, you are the epitome of goodness in a sea of sharks. If you think this review is fake, reach out to him and experience the difference yourself.

We met Brian Lamb at DCH Toyota of Simi Valley. Brian took the time to understand our needs and since we had decided on a Prius he recommended the right package and worked with us to give us the best price possible. There was no high pressure tactics which we have experienced with other dealerships. Overall a great buying experience and I will highly recommend anyone shopping for a car to give these guys a try.

I didn't think I was going to buy a car from them at first, but after their super simple explanation of leasing to own, I ended up putting very little down to get my new car. The buying process was easy and didn't take a long time at all. I highly recommend this dealership!

Mr.Dowl and his colleagues were the most professional of any dealership I had ever encountered since I began to own a car, many years ago. He worked with my wife and I to find the specific car we wanted, worked to meet the price we wanted to pay on a lease and was very fair in valuing my trade - in. He and his colleagues knew the working of the car.

Helped me with a check engine light on my toyota tacoma and was very friendly and helpful regarding questions I had about cost of the work being done on my truck. David Bucci was very thorough and made sure I understood what was going on with my truck and for someone who doesn't know a lot about cars I was very appreciative. Overall a lovely experience and excellent work done on my vehicle, would come again.

I have been a client at DCH for a very long time. Although service was always generally very good here, this time it was truly exceptional. Facilities are beautifully updated and clean. I really enjoyed the automated texting system that always kept me informed of all of the steps- who my service rep is (Robin was very attentive), the shuttle request creation, shuttle is on the way, etc. On another note- in the past the service department had some creative things for clients to do- get a free 10-15 min massage on site, etc. I would love to see it come back. Thank you.

My experience here started off wonderfully. Chey greeted us and helped guide my husband and I to the available cars we were looking at. Everyone was incredibly friendly and warm. Marlin helped us get the financing together which was what I was most worried about. He was so easy to talk to and had a great energy. I have been researching a car for almost 2 years and finally decided to just upgrade the one I own. I am glad I choose here because they made the entire process easy and painless, no upselling, no pressure buying and no hidden fees or elaborate financials. My anxiety of buying a car was eased greatly with how relaxed and easy going the entire staff was. They all went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and as they say 'part of the family' that I will be a lifelong customer as long as the current owner is there. Thank you guys for helping me pick out my new Rav4, I really appreciate it!

I hate car shopping. I hate spending hours and hours and hours haggling. So I contacted Jim Landreth through the internet sales of DCH Toyota Simi Valley. I explained exactly what I wanted and what my terms were. Within 3 hours he called me and said I think we have what you're looking for. There was a sticking point with the Gap ins but within 30 min he called me back and everything was set. We set up a time to sign paperwork and I was out within an hour and half.

Everyone from Jim to Finance to the manager were extremely helpful. I have bought several cars there and will continue to go back again.

Thank you for making it such a stress free process.

Everyone was great! My wife and I would greatly recommend this dealership. From the first email with Jim Landreth to Andy Sasso in sales, to Ivan Blume in Finance, the whole experience was great and very pleasant. I haven't bought a car in many years, but when I am ready to trade in or buy another vehicle, I will not hesitate to come back to this dealership first.

I went today for a service and my car required only an inspection and the maintenance due light to be turned off. I made an appt earlier this week and told them I need to wait for the car. Upon arriving on time for my appt I was told it would be over two hours. This dealership needs to figure out their service department as this wait time is ridiculous. I had given this dealership another chance after they badly messed up an oil change requiring my car to be towed from my home. They gave me an extended warranty on the car after hours of battling. This just may be the final straw!

I normally take my car to this dealer for service as it is the original place of which I had purchased it from. My last 3 oil changes had been fine, but this time when I went in for my fourth oil change, everything went not as expected. I waited the usual time frame for the job to be completed and was soon alerted that my oil change service was done.

I quickly got into my car and everything seemed to be running great on my way back home. As soon as I arrive at my house, I started to inspect my vehicle for any issues and when I looked at the front, there was an oil mess on the passenger head lamp and top of the fender. I grab one of my cleaning clothes to wipe it off and before I start to do so, I noticed that there is a deep scrape with missing paint above the head lamp on top of the fender. I quickly became infuriated and decided to do a more thorough inspection and discovered two parallel scratches above the said damage and a nick on the driver side top of the fender.

This is absolutely unacceptable! I am someone who takes great care of my car as I take extreme pride in it and to see this unnecessary damage that wasn't there before I had brought it in really made me feel a lot of hate towards this dealer. When I take my care in for service, I expect the dealer to treat my car with the same care and consideration as I would have towards it. The mechanic that worked on my car was extremely sloppy with their work and it is evident that they had absolutely no regard for my vehicle. This is a horrible representation of this dealer as it portrays their service as being unprofessional, reckless and uncaring.

I will no longer be visiting this dealer for any of my needs after this incident. I am very sad about what happened to my car and honestly was not expecting something like this to happen, especially from Toyota. Perhaps they should invest in better employees that actually care about their work and have respect for the customer's property. My suggestion to anyone thinking of coming here is, don't. If you care about your car as much as I do mine, then consider looking for a much more professional shop to visit otherwise you will run the risk of having your car incur unwanted damage before you leave.

Service was friendly. Four stars because we had a seat that was squeaking and after 5 hours the service people thought they had fixed it. However, it is still squeaking and I'll have to take it back.

I a professional and never write review on services, but I would be in guilt if I don't share my experience. I called internet sales department to check for Tundra inventory and wanted a basic. I was told they have 3 of them on stock and my black one is coming. I promised to drop in on Monday and did as I said. I spent 3/4 of my day at this dealership to find out that Jorge the manager working on my deal was misrepresenting numbers, did not give me a deal he said, and I was so disgusted with they manipulated the numbers to show me a low payment, with moderate interest rate, and long payment terms.

If you are buying a car here beware of the following:
1. They don't want to show you a basic model so they can sell you upgrade. Example: I wanted basic tundra for $31k but they kep showing me $40k+ got me to settle for $35k

2. Promotions was you can be qualify for 1.9% interest. They will say your credit score don't meet the special they give you $1000 off buy charge you higher interest rate and longer payment like 7 years. Example: :mine was 5.% at 84 months and I settled for 3.9 at 72 months

3. The deal agree for me to buy this car that I can turn in the lease of my prius but they didn't when I went to sign the paperwork.

Watch out before you sign:
1. they put in wrong zip code so I pay 9%+ sales tax instead of 7.5%
2.they show the amount on payment of my lease with positive and negative number but they still charge me for it on other fees in the agreement.

When I questioned all this and learned I been treated like a fool. I was done and walked out. I left went to Keyes Toyota in Van Nuys got my car of $34k and 1.9% interest 2 and 60 months.

This is my far worst experience in buying a car and it shouldn't be like this. Sad to say but be careful. We american people work hard to earn our dollars and if we can't get a fair bottom line price. America got serious problems.

I and my wife came to DCH Toyota of Simi Valley to check out new Avalon but not sure if this is the car for us. Michael Dowl was our sales person who was very helpful and patient with us. He was very accommodating to our request for test drive of different cars and many questions. After more than two hours in the store there was never a feel of pressure to buy a car. We did end up purchased a new Avalon because of the services we received in addition to a very reasonable price. I want to thank Michael for making this a great car buying experience for us.

Service Dept is full of crooked liars. But it gets worse at DCH Toyota. B/c the service folks all work on commission (like the sales people), even the honest ones will ream you up the bung hole on occasion just to meet their quota. They will attempt to convince you your car needs work that it doesn't. Last week they tried to convince me that I needed a new tranny, despite the fact the tranny worked perfectly. Almost bought their BS before I called my own guy (I was traveling) who scoffed at their story. Do yourself a favor and find an independent mechanic whom you trust, and stay away from these crooks.

Overall pleasant car buying experience. Typically I am initially skeptical of car salesman but Kam was very trustworthy and helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking to buy a car I would absolutely recommend DCH Toyota is Simi Valley and even more so I would recommend speaking with Kam.

Gaven is by far the best salesman I've encountered. Being a woman with a lot of knowledge of the car industry, I often see people try to mislead me. But he was honest and got me my new Prius for an amazing deal. Plus he was hilarious and you can tell he is an all around good human being. Thank you for everything!

My prius C needed a new battery, so I walked in panicking after it gave me a "Check hybrid system. Park vehicle in a safe place immediately." message on the display. Sarah was amazing! She was very understanding and answered any and all questions that I had, and took me on a tour of the entire building even though I was only there for service done on my car. Girl power! It was honestly refreshing to work with a woman, and I hadn't even realized until working with her that I'm used to talking to primarily men when it comes to car trouble. Kim was also great, Wednesday mornings she does free manicures for those who are waiting. I forgot where I even was, we were having such an engaging conversation! She was kind and made me feel very comfortable. Victor, the shuttle driver, cheered me up even more. We had a lovely chat as he drove me. What started as a terrible day was remedied by the amazing service that I recieved throughout this experience.

This week I brought in my 2007 Toyota Avalon, which by the way I purchased from DCH Toyota of Simi Valley , for a transmission flush and change out . Michael Carpenter was my service advisor and I have to say he was very courteous and very quick about getting me in.
No sooner had I left Toyota and arrived home when it seemed like within a half an hour I got a call back saying that my car was done, and ready for pickup. That was the quickest service I have received from any service facility and I appreciate Toyota providing such a pleasurable experience to me .Thank you Michael and thank you DCH of Simi Valley.

MoFos sold me an overpriced car, I have a great credit but the banks turned me down because of that. end it with a high interest rate and a higher payment
although I refuse to take there $3,000 warranty they were forcing me to have still they succeeded in pushing a gap insurance that cost me almost $1,000 I requested them to cancel that policy and give me my money back
it's been a month they haven't done it in my money is still in their pocket call it the sales rep she won't answer my text or my calls her name's Karen called guy. In charge of financing he's not answering either

I had never bought or leased a car by myself before, and I was very nervous. The team at DCH put me at ease right away. Nixie was great, promptly answering my questions online and sending me information about the car I wanted. Paul Bromley--- friendly, calm and smart -- made that dream a reality, smoothing the way for me to get my shiny new Corolla, exactly what I wanted. And Dean in the finance department was so nice and fun, he made the paperwork quick and easy.

This was honestly the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I had a Jeep I just didn t want anymore - they gave me such an amazing deal on my trade-in and my new C-HR lease. They beat other dealerships by leaps and bounds. I owed much more than my Jeep was worth and they worked with me to come to a deal that worked with the monthly payments I could afford. From front desk, to sales and finance - all were a pleasure to chat with while we finished up the paperwork.

It was time to retire the 1997 Camry with 187k miles.
I was set on getting a used camry. I looked online over the weekend, stopped by after work on monday. The online inventory was reflective of what was actually on hand.
I found one i wanted, started the process. Jay Z came back to me and asked if i wanted a new one. I didn't want that kind of payment. then they hit me with a 0% for 72 months!
It worked out to be not much more monthly, so i had to go for it.

It was a win win for both of us.
Huge thanks to Jay and Sonny for making it happen!
