Wait was longer than expected and communication was limited. However, everyone was warm, polite and caring.

I returned for maintenance on 7/25/18 & had a long wait for a service rep to acknowledge me; shuttle driver was very nice and efficient. After 2+ hours. Paperwork sitting on a pile. Very inefficient!
