I scheduled an appointment via phone for my routine maintenance. I arrived a few minutes early, was greeted and checked in by an associate and then checked in with a service advisor. I shared that I would be waiting for the car and in less than an hour it was ready. The advisor reviewed the services performed, asked me if I had questions and walked me outside to the car. This to me truly epitomizes great service!
