Emergency repair. I had no appointment. I was greeted nicely, RO written, Shuttle home. I was called with diagnosis in about one hour. Repairs were completed that day, and I was back home with my car by 5:30. All good. Jane Conway, the service rep was polite, efficient and professional. I feel the prices at DCH Toyota Service are high, but, one gets what one pays for. DCH has served me and my vehicle well. I'll continue to do business there.
