I had a bad experience on my previous visit which was ignored by the then service manager. Despite that I decided I would give it another go. Sara was wonderful. She listened to my concerns about my previous service patiently and politely. She assured me that she would do her best to win back my confidence. She did. She kept me posted as there was a slight delay. She got everything done that I requested, and was proud of her job and happy to show it. Exemplary work ethic, friendly and courteous. I will continue to service my car there and request that Sara be my rep for as long as she chooses to stay. If she were my employee, I'd be very proud to have her on my team. She's a keeper. Thank you Sara for all your help.
