They checked me in right away. There s recall work they have to do so, they gave me a ride as close as they can to my home ( out of the 7 mi radius). No hard sell on other services. Mark was very friendly.

Everyone here are so wonderful, nice and helpful. Very accommodating and they take real good care of you. I have received great service since I leased my Prius.

5 Stars for their service department, they get those oil changes and inspections done in no time it's pretty crazy. Their sales department on the other hand is lackluster. Thousand oaks Toyota could teach them a bit in sales customer service. I'm going four stars because honestly I come here more for the servicing and the two cars I bought we're not through here because we couldn't come to an agreement and thousand oaks has treated me right and brought a better deal 3 times so far.

The salesman who assisted me (Ray Attefat) was extremely helpful and friendly. He listened very carefully to my requests and was able to present an array of vehicles that would suit my needs at various price points.

We had made a decision to purchase a Toyota Prius III, however couldn't decide if we should get the solar roof package (since it costs more). We went to the dealership with open mind in regards to the solar package. Dean, greeted us and as soon as we started talking to him we realized he is different and was willing to work with us on every front. He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to and work with. We had visited couple other dealerships before, but did not have a good experience. Dean was not willing to match competitors offer but even offering better prices than rest of them. Dean offered us a price for prius III with the solar roof and other incentives that was close to prius III (without solar package & incentives). The dealership offered the 0% APR without any hassles either. The dealership offered extended warranty that was very reasonable as well.
Overall we were extremely satisfied with our experience ( customer service, price, incentives, professionalism). I would definitely recommended DCH toyota of Simi Valley.

I drive past two Toyota dealerships just to visit DCH of Simi Valley. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and I have never had a bad experience there. They always go out of their way to give me a fantastic customer service experience. They are friendly to a fault and they approach a customer with the mindset of the customer. They have become like family to me. Their remodeled service and showroom is a pleasure to visit and even though they service my car in record time, I sometimes wish it would take longer so I may spend more time browsing the snack bar or the lounge area. I highly recommend them for all your buying or service needs.

Had a bad experience on july 20 2019
I was trying to purchase a toyota corolla that had a MSRP discount. But sales peron and manager would not sell the vehicle unless I buy accessories worth over $800, they said by law the accessories had to be installed on the vehicle.
Also they were trying to charge me for accesories that we not in the vehicle.

Just had a terrible experience at DCH Toyota Simi Valley. Over a month ago I went DCH Toyota to get a GPS disc for a Scion xB that I previously purchased from them. They did not have the disc or any GPS discs at the store and had to order it from the manufacturer. We waited for nearly an hour while they tried to order the correct disc and then found out it would take 2-4 weeks for them to ship it because its coming from a non-Toyota company [ok, that sucks but its bearable] After waiting over 4 weeks I called them only to find out they apparently called me and left a voicemail stating they couldnt get the disc and had to refund me. My phone is my business and Im never without it. I really wish they didnt waste so much of my time and me getting lost a bunch because when I first bought the car from them they were extremely nice and friendly but once we left that day the service stopped and it was really difficult to get service when you need it. Whatever its just my review of my experience. Listen to it or not but this is what happened and I do not feel it is a way to run a business that deals with customers so regularly

Brian Lamb was outstanding. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. There was virtually no haggling. The new car price was beyond fair. I had done my research so I knew what a fair price was on the 2017 Prius. Also, he offered me a very fair trade in price for my old Prius. I had also researched that amount.

I highly recommend working with Brian as he was excellent.

WARNING: Don't buy here, and don't get your Toyota fixed here! They lied and stated my Prius battery was bad without even running a diagnostic! Then suggested I purchase a new vehicle... Self interest is unparalleled.

Service manager Michael and Amanda will make you very unwelcome if you just want to get a vehicle fixed without overcharging you EXPENSIVE, unnecessary costs.

I have never liked to take my car in for service but DCH has changed my mind. Outstanding service. Representative was very helpful and the waiting room with the courtesy coffee, wi-fi, and large screen tv's makes taking your car in for service a very pleasurable experience.

These guys sold me overpriced car and told me at the end that I have no spare keys to the car I bought . They told me that I will get licensed plate in my mail six months and over nothing came in my mail. They charged me a warranty which I didn t want at the beginning. I will never forget experience with them

Best experience ever !! This was my first time going to DCH for car servicing.People here are really responsive and attentive to what you need. The service advisor Robin was fantastic and explained everything to me related to the services of my car. He even called and updated me on everything that was done/needs to be done.The shuttle service was quick and fast too. It was a smooth and hassle free transaction. I cannot speak for sales, but the service department has always been very good at DCH Simi. I ve had 3 different leases in the last 9 years and I ve almost always serviced them here. The communication is very open and clear. Shuttles are very readily available to drop customers home after a drop off. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. It is clear to me that they strive for customers to feel good about bringing their cars there. They are also quite well organized and get things done in a very timely manner. They will continue to have my business as long as I own a Toyota (which will probably be a while).

They didn't pressure me to take on "add ons" that didn't interest me and were very willing to negotiate price and accessories that I requested be included in the price. You cannot beat DCH for friendly, professional, competent service on your car. There are no pressure tactics. If service is necessary, you are told whether it should be done now or can wait until the next visit. I have dealt with this company for the four years I have lived in California. I came into Toyota because my lease was up and everything went very seemingly! Gabriel was my salesman and he was very personable and easy to work with. I LOVE JULIAN!
I had the most amazing, honest, no nonsense experience with DCH's TOP sales person Julian. From our very first conversation I could tell that Julian was a listener, which is key in my opinion, to giving me the vehicle I need. He didn't make me feel like he was giving the speech, "I hear what you are saying, but I think this would be better," or "I know your asking for this car, but what if we could work something out..." and try and up sale me on a car I don't want or need.

I asked Julian hard questions that no other dealership would answer over the phone. When he wasn't sure about the answer he told me so, and said that he would find out and call me back. Julian did just as he said he would. He was able to give me most of the information I asked for over the phone, so I didn't have to waste my time driving to another dealership and have another horrible experience. Because of his honestly and hard work, I walked into DCH knowing I was ready to buy a car from Julian. I was able to trust that he would stay on the path I had outlined.

Once at DCH Julian had the two vehicles had asked to look at. He was completely ready with information about the two vehicles. I have never seen any other car sales person be so organized and upfront. And before meeting Julian I had been to most of the dealerships in the San Fernando Valley. Neither Julian or his sales manager tried to pull anything "salesmen like." The entire experience was transparent, and actually, was pretty enjoyable. I drove off in the car of my dreams and Julian is the one who made it happen.

I can't wait to buy another car with Julian and DCH. If you hate buying a vehicle like I did, do yourself a favor and set an appointment with Julian. Buying a car is supposed to be exciting, fun and bring you happiness and with DCH and Julian it finally will be!.

My service representative at DCH Toyota was cordial and even went the extra mile to help get something done for my car without even my having to pay extra. Along with being able to get seconds on lattes, and big screen TVs, my wait seemed not long while I waited in the waiting lounge.

We were extremely pleased with everyone we encountered during the purchase of our 2016 Prius 4, and especially with Brian Lamb. He never tried to pressure us and his knowledge of all the many features of the Prius was extremely helpful. His courteous manner made the buying experience very enjoyable and we would recommend to any friends looking for a car to deal with Brian. The Prius 4 Touring model is a pleasure to drive. It was quite a revelation to see how far Prius has come since purchasing our 2005 Prius.

Thanks to Samantha Reyna, she was so nice and very clear with prices, floor manager was so nice, they do a bussines so fast with me, it took like 2 hours to do the bussines, I know that my situation was very hard but they did very easy, I went to a 4 dealers and no one try to do it always was many problems but here in DCH simi valley was so fast, they sorprise me with a easy finance, my credit was so low and negative on my trade was big but they never put me a hard time

I was looking for a Prius and this dealership is the closest one from where I live so it was my first option to get the Prius from. I contacted total of 4 dealerships, it became a competition between DCH Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks Toyota. After about 2 weeks of negotiation, DCH won my business.

I was helped by Dennis Piechowski and he was very helpful. The first time we spoke on the phone, he's not like regular sales persons who over acting and try to be your best friend. But when I met him, he's actually very friendly and very knowledgeable about Prius because he actually owned one. He helped me through all the buying process, went back and forward to the finance department to get me the best deal I wanted. The whole process took about 3-4 hrs, from test drive till I got the keys. He also picked me up him self, to get my Camry which was due for an oil change at the dealership.

I got a free bluetooth which was installed in the 2nd week after purchase, no problem with that. I was told the installation takes about 1-3hrs, it was actually completed in less than an hour. The Prius was also missing the hooks for the carpet floor mat for the driver seat, but Dennis took care of that, no complaints.

Compare to Hamer Toyota (where I bought my very first new car from, a Camry 2011), DCH is a winner in all aspects. Trust me, don't go to Hamer Toyota, they suck!
