My review is 5 stars because that is all they allow or it would be higher.

My service writer was Melissa Dunlap and she explained what service was required and arranged for a prompt turnaround. My vehicle received the care I was expecting and without a glitch.

Melissa added the personal touch that went above & beyond what I have received from other dealers in the past and confirms that I was correct in choosing DCH Toyota of Simi Valley to not only have made my purchase but to have them do the required maintenance as well.
