My impression of dealerships has been completely changed after getting the opportunity to work with Kareem. We came in with a check engine light on a car that was over 10 years old. My partner and I had discussed the possibility of having to get a new car and we were not looking forward to the haggling. Kareem worked with us every step of the way and battled for us as an advocate for our needs. Sales managers were frustrated after our deal but we walked out happy.
