Horrible experience. Typical 101 CAR SALES MEN BS tactics. Sales man (If you can call him that) tried to pressures my wife and I to give $1000 deposit and commit to a $40K order after a 1 1/2 hr presentation. I told the rep that before such a big investment I wanted to discuss further and check reviews. Immediately the reps attitude changed like exorcist.

I recommend not to waist your time with this Mickie Mouse company. Other reviews that I read described my experience to the T. From the $1000 discount coupon that he will give you because he wants to help, to the phone call to his Manager to pressure you.

I don't know where they find their installers, but these guys have no clue what they're doing. It took three 11 hour days to install 1 window and 1 sliding glass door and they STILL weren't right. 2 times to pass inspection. Then to top it off, when leaving today, the installer left my slider open despite being told repeatedly to close the doors and my indoor cat got out. Spent over an hour searching for him and luckily found him crying in the bushes.

I installed the Storm Tight windows and sliding glass door at my house in Lake Worth Florida very very very satisfied immediately the house became quieter is a very good sense of security electric bill went down 30% and when hurricane Irma blew through we had no damage no issues we just watch the storm go by the one problem I had it was a bushing for the lock mechanism in the sliding glass door wasn't allowing the lock to close properly . One phone call to Storm Tight and they send a representative out and repaired it immediately pleased with the workmanship and I would recommend Storm Tight windows

After all that hours of presentation I decided to buy only my master bedroom windows which where definitely expensive. The installation it s being a disaster, the first day I lose at work waiting for them, they called and say that the truck was broken on 95, the second time one guy showed up with the windows and decided that he can t install the windows that day because he didn t know was a second floor and he need a scaffold and he will come back with it that day, of course it didn t happened but he left the windows in my house. So I got reschedule only to find out they where not showing up again because the installer ended going to a inpection, finally I told them or they get serious and install or they just send somebody to pick the damn windows out of my place!! So next morning I had 2 guys showing up With the scaffold (that they never used) and ready to install, but they where not wearing the company s T-shirt and I asked them if they where subcontractors and they said yes!! so I called the office to ask what a hell is going on?? They promised that the installers are not subcontractors but they are full of crab!! They told me this guys where the best installers in their company and said that they work for them, anyway!!!! I let them start the installation and when the job was done I checked and find out that the big window was forced to fit in and the vynil looks curved, of course that provoque that the window is very hard to open and one of the loocks don t work, i called again and a inspector showed up next day with the installers only to not listen what I was saying and putting spry on the reals to an easy open!! I mean is it a joke? The windows are new! It shouldn t have to need oil!! But after that they leave and put the stupid sign out my yard that say, another quality job done what??? Nooooo!!!
I try to call the owner but he never answer the phone so I email him, not answer yet, so I m just waiting here for somebody to come and fix the ugly job I have. The 1 star is because the windows are very beautiful and good quality. But the company suck!!! Stay away from them.

We recently purchased our windows from Storm Tight Windows and have been impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Definitely recommend the windows !

Windows and sliding doors for our house in Boca Raton installed by this company. Upstairs sliding door seal broke and became fully foggy. We reported this to the company in March 2020 and service personal were sent to assess the issue with our glass sliding door. First service person stated in his report that this sliding door needs to be repaired or resealed. After few months, we called again to see what is their progress. They again sent another service person. This person also came up with the same answer. (see attached notes of the service person). Month passed by and we called again, our calls are getting kicked into their voice mail and no one in this company returns our phone calls. I have left a review on BBB as well. As a practice, BBB does review all negative reviews before posting on their web site. We are exploring legal remedy to handle our issues as this was our second biggest investment in our life.

Company warranty states life time of the house. Please be very careful dealing with this company as they are not honoring my life warranty.

I cant say enough good things of this company, and the window itself. They really work with you. So you can enjoy and feel safe with regards to storm windows. I highly recommend them for replacement windows . The installation was very easy and no mess. They clean up after themselves.

While at the South Florida Fair,my wife saw a booth that was offering information on impact windows.that company was Storm Tight Windows.
We decided to invest and have the windows installed and of course we were wondering if the installation would go as simple and easy as they said it would.
We were pleasantly surprised,as it only took them about a day and a half to complete the job.
I have been a mechanic all of my life and I was very impressed with their professionalism and work methods. They sealed off each window area that kept the dust to a minimum,cleaned up as they went along and were very respectful of our home.
I want to thank Manny, the team leader and Mike,his right hand man for a job well done. If I owned a business and needed a work crew,I would hire these men immediately.
While the job was in progress,one of Storm Tight's field inspectors came by to make sure the job was going well and that we were pleased.
After the job was completed,the company sent their production manager,Don Dahlgren to our home and did a point by point follow up as to how we felt about the men and how they did their job and asked if we were satisfied.
If you're looking to replace the windows in your home,my suggestion would be to consider this company for your window project,you won't be sorry.

Don't waste your time or money!!! More stress then puttin up shutters yourself!!

The worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!! We have signed the contract to purchase the windows and have them installed almost a year ago. First they measured one window wrong and forgot to measure a window. So first time to our house with the windows took about 6 months and we were still missing 2 windows and 4 screens. Two months later we got 2 windows and 2 screens. Here it is almost a year and we are still missing 2 screens. We call and no return phone calls. We have called multiple times and never seem to get anyone. A few days ago we finally got to talk to a real person and they said they forgot to order our screens. Really?????? Why should we have to call to remind you??? I do not recommend this company at all!! Do not waste your time with these unorganized, incompetent people!!

Are you thinking of replacing your windows with hurricane impact windows? Please do NOT even think of using Storm Tight Windows! I did, and it was a VERY BIG mistake. I chose them over two other window companies because they were the manufacturer of the windows; they promised to stay in touch with me during the whole manufacturing process; they matched the price that another window company that I had used in the past offered me. I barely heard from them over the twelve weeks of manufacturing, and they were terrible at returning calls when messages were left. The crew that came to do the installation was inexperienced, and the supervisor did not stay on-site for the full installation. I only had FIVE windows replaced, and it took THREE very long days. My house is only one level with very accessible windows. The installation was horrible. The windows were not straight; the exposed flanges were broken; the calking looked like a 5-year-old was finger painting both inside and out; there was broken glass on the ground outside of one of the windows. I called Ygrene, the finance company I used for the windows, and told them to hold payment until I was completely satisfied with the installation of the windows. That same day, I received a call from the owner of the company who was very belligerent and threatened to cancel my financing , put a lien on my house , and demand a check when his crew arrived the next day . The inspector of their own company saw the work that was done, took pictures, and stated that it would not pass inspection and understood why I would not release the funds. Not one window looked professionally installed. Thanks to his report, the installation crew and the supervisor came back to the house and fixed all the windows to a point that I could live with them. When they finished, and I checked every window together with the crew, who fixed every minor issue during the walk-through, I released payment. I never heard from the owner of the company again, not even an apology or a thank you. I am writing this with the hope of preventing anyone else from having to go through the same awful experience.

A Sales rep came to my house to give an estimate , after showing me so many damn video and asking so many question that didnt have to do anything with windows related , he finally went a measured the window to give me a price for 5 window and 3 sliding doors for $66, 000 I was like is this a joke, he said no that is the price, not only they make you waste like 2 hours of your time the price they charge is beyond Ridiculous stay away from this company.RUN RUN RUN

On Monday, February 5, 2018 I had Storm Tight windows installed on the front of my house in Palm Beach County Florida. I replaced the old aluminum framed single pane windows with hurricane impact windows. The window quality is excellent and the installer, Eric, did a very proficient job. I am a detail person, and I am very impressed with the construction of the Storm Tight windows and with the installation.

I love the strength and quality of the product plus how the company addressed all my concerns.

The only downside to dealing with the company is their heavy-handed and high-pressure sales pitch. That said, once you see their product and understand that they not only manufacture the windows and doors in the U.S. as well as install and service them, you won't be dissapointed. A far superior product to any of the chinese-made industry standards like PGT, which by comparison are far less energy efficient and certainly a cheaper product. We had a whole-house installation that went extremely well and was far less invasive than imagined. They also offer financing, albeit at a very high interest rate. Overall, when all was said and done, we have no regrets and would recommend this product over anything else on the market.

Love the windows. Had an issue with my plantation shutters, should have been noted on my order so that removal could have been planned ahead. Office was courteous and very helpful regarding the shutters and any concerns I had. Definitely recommend them!

The Storm Tight installation crew did a nice neat job with my window installation. Windows all arrived in great condition, the project was completed in less time than anticipated and just in time for the peak of hurricane season!! I'm a very busy individual so having the entire process (HOA approval, permit, installation, inspection, etc.) managed by the company was wonderful. If you want a high quality job and the best windows in town I highly recommend these guys!

The people on the phone were great and the salesman was knowledgeable but I can t get past the 3 hours he spent at my house knocking down his competitors and flipping through a poor quality PowerPoint. It was our first quote and we didn t know better but I ll definitely check both Google and Yelp reviews before contacting any other companies. The Yelp reviews are much more in line with our experience. At the end of the day, the original quote was three times the logical amount. Nope, that s not an exaggeration. I d honestly like to invoice the company for the 3 hours of my life I ll never get back.

Friendly staff who answered questions we had. Our installer, Augustine, was courteous, friendly and answered any questions we had during the removal and installation of our new windows. Professional, considerate in how to approach the removal of the existing windows to minimize amount of dust inside our home, and cleaned up afterwards. Frank, the project manager, visited our home each day to check on the progress as well as perform a quality check on the installation.

They worked hard for our project and made it a good experience.

WE ordered three large windows in our family room in January, and finally got them in April. The windows are not square as they follow the roof line and it was a difficult installation. The installers did a good job and completed it in two days. They cleaned up all the mess and went out of their way to please us. The windows fit perfectly and we are quite pleased with the outcome.

Company needed improving, two years ago when this company did the windows in the front of my house I would have given three or maybe two stars. I had them come back to finish the rest of our home and what a difference, they where very tidy and cleaned up, it was like they were never here. I'm glad I called them I almost didn't.

I needed impact windows , I called storm tight and schedule an appointment and after seeing the quality of their windows decided to go ahead and sign the contract to install them. The process went smoothly they measured all windows and followed up on every step of the process from the permits form my home owners association to the building of the windows, once they were shipped the installer called me to schedule installation and they were punctual ,professional, and made sure the windows fit perfectly, once the job was done they cleaned up and showed my wife the operation and maintenance of it. I'm ecstatic about my windows and several neighbors see the difference as the quality of these windows compared to other brands can be seen and feel as the house looks great , it's quieter ,stays cools as no heat penetrates from the sun ,I've already seen a lower light bill . Overall very happy with storm tight they were there throughout the process and the professionalism they showed made me refer them to friends and neighbors, that's priceless.

Worst experience ever! Delivered the wrong door, then told me it was right and I was wrong! Installation was horrible, my windows are uneven and I have chalk all over my house! Absolutely horrible wouldn't recommend this to Anyone

The salesman came to my house and gave me a ridiculous price to replace seven windows. I said I wanted to compare other quotes. It was high pressure to sign then or lose the discount he suddenly discovered. Foolish as I was, I signed the contract. It took him about 8 weeks to install. The windows were put in just before hurricane Irma. During the hurricane for the windows leaked, causing damage to a ceiling. I reported it immediately to storm tight, who told me not to put it through my insurance because they would submit it through theirInsurance. It took months of nonsense back-and-forth for them to fix the problem on the window installation. I had a friend look at the roof on a ladder and take pictures of how badly the work was done. I showed it to the representative of the company. They promised me week after week to send someone to fix the damage to the inside of my home. Finally they told me to fix it myself and send them the bill. I do not recommend them at all.

Several companies gave presentations of their products, but Storm Tight won me over with their overall thorough professionalism--from the initial salesperson, the people who worked with our most difficult HOA and the city of Tamarac to obtain the necessary permits, to the installers who completed the task in a friendly and efficient manner.

Absolutely terrible experience! Stay far far away from this company! They schedule an install date then cancel after you make arrangements to be available. Then they reschedule trying to push installaation out another month. Then when they do show up they demand payment before they start working. Then they half ass install your windows, not to code by the way. Windows are racked , not level or even. Workers damaged brand new windows, left debris all over my home, didn't buck the windows, broke corners of the windows while trying to install them, damaged my walls, the list goes on and on. I was told a new more competent crew would be out the next day to fix what the workers had damaged and to make things right. Well low and behold the same crew arrived at my home. Absolutely not going to accept this. Now I still have gapping holes under and around my windows and still have not been told when anyone will be out to rectify the situation! This company was also more than 7k dollars more expensive than other quotes I received! Please don't fall for their quick talking sales guy who start at an astronomical price and then gives you a "great deal" which is still 7k more expensive than competitive companies! Please stay far far away!

I love the design of the windows and the curb appeal they bring. The installation crew were professional, clean, and fast. The negatives were the wait time to receive windows, the price of the windows and the fact that I was not kept informed throughout the process (making of the windows, waiting for permits, and projected installment date). All in all I am satisfied with the end result. I would recommend them to others.

Purchasing windows was a not a new experience for us. My wife and I have replaced windows in a vacation home that we recently sold. So we have had encounters with contractors before. This process was however not nearly as bad as my first window replacement project was. Being a somewhat experienced buyer I was ready for the pitch. Being in sales before I was impressed, the pitch was good, the windows were the best that I had seen and the price was negotiable. I bought them and glad that I did, I have no remorse doing business with this company and I know in the end I made and educated decision. The windows were installed on time and the wind midigator gave us a certificate to save us on our home insurance. I'll call this company first next time I need to purchase windows, which hopefully won't be this century. I'm done buying windows.

We just had new windows installed by Storm Tight Windows. The crew (led by Darian) was exemplary! They were respectful of our schedule and our property. The installation took a couple of days and wasn't easy because the window openings are not square. The caulking job was superb. The windows themselves are well constructed and look beautiful. Hopefully, we never need to use them in a hurricane! Overall, wonderful experience, we would definitely recommend Storm Tight Windows!

I am so very happy with every part, from the beginning when I ordered the windows it was a pleasure. Learning about the quality you can see clearly, they were superior to all others. These were all made of vinyl nothing to rust, perfect full warrantee on everything. Made in the USA if anything should happen, they replace them with no major waiting time. I canceled my order with another company that were all aluminum not made in the USA and had a 28 - 32 week waiting time for the windows to arrive. I am so happy I went with Storm Tight Windows they said the waiting was 8 weeks and it was exactly 8 weeks they were installing my windows. The waiting time was so much less than all the other companies. Best of all the price was the same as the cheap company with the flimsy product.

The installers were so amazing they arrived neat and clean when they came in to my home. Their work was so neat, the work areas were always so clean they used drop clothes and kept cleaning as they went along. They move very quickly and so professional my home was not open to the world for viewing. 2 guys removed the old window and 2 more guys followed with the new windows. The old came out and the new were in before you realized it. When they were done the work looked so perfect. They showed me how to operate every window to make sure it was in perfect working condition and showed me how they operate very easy for cleaning. The finishing of the exterior and the interior totally impressed and pleased me so much. They removed the blinds and put them back. When they were done, I did not have to go back and clean up after them at all. The windows look beautiful, they made the house so quiet. I know my electric will be so much lower with them. I am happy I chose to go with Storm Tight Windows thank you Storm Tight everyone in the office crew were great and Thank you for sending me Guillermo and his crew for installing. So proud to have their sign in my yard letting everyone know that Storm Tight did my work.

They sell you the most expensive windows in the market and they send you the most bad and unexpected installers to install them and when you complain about the bad work you receive a number of insults and bad words from owner Lee Brown who in my opinion he should also take a course of customer services because in that company that does not exist

We purchased windows from Storm Tight and when they arrived on December 2, 2019 the order was incorrect because they sent frosted windows for our bedroom and a clear window for our bathroom. In our opinion this was an honest but avoidable mistake in the paperwork. We wanted privacy in our bathroom and wanted to be able look out our bedroom windows. The windows were installed as is until replacements could be manufactured. When the technicians brought the replacement windows two months later they had a frosted window for the bathroom and another set of frosted windows for the bedroom. How do you make the same mistake twice? My wife called yesterday to speak to a manager and I filed a complaint on their website and we haven't received a response from management. This company appears to have an excellent product but horrible customer service.

We had a great experience with Storm Tight windows! The sales rep Nick is awesome at his job and did not pressure us. He was very helpful and friendly! When it came time to install our window and door, the installers came promptly and went right to work. They were fast and efficient! We love our new window and sliding door! They give our house a face lift and security. We definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to invest in new windows and doors!

Summers in South Florida are grueling. The old windows in our house did not help. More cold air going out then staying in. We spoke with many companies and were not impressed with the products they had to offer. Along comes Storm Tight. The sales presentation was great. No high pressure. Contract signed. The came out the next week to measure and make more suggestions regarding our choice of windows. The windows arrived in a timely manner along with a great installation crew. After two days the windows were completely installed, work area all cleaned up and we could not be happier. Already turned the AC up and the house is cool as ever.

Windows are only a "few days old" -- and I have already noticed a difference in noise level and room comfort. Took the group of installers two days to take the old windows out and replace with the new. The crew worked well together -- a few installation concerns were encountered, the workmen were very quick to assist each other with solutions. They were professional, friendly, and informative.
Any questions I had were resolved by either a crew member or customer service.

I ordered 4 windows for my condo in Florida so I was excited to get rid of the old single pane old ones. The install was scheduled for August. That didnt happen due to damage to 2 windows. So we rescheduled for October. I incurred extra costs because I live in NY, so I had to travel 2x for the same thing.
In the end, the windows are great. I used to hear the wind howl like loud wolves but now total silence. Storm Tight also discounted me about 10% of the total costs. That helped with the extra costs for travel. I recommend the windows, as they are very good. The customer care was good. I spoke to people at every level, from receptionists to the boss. Overall, I would recommend the company because in the end, they try to do the right thing.

Storm Tight exceeded my expectations and more. The windows are noticeably a much higher quality than the competition and the doors are beautiful. Their installation crew went above and beyond meticulously keeping the dust and debris to a minimum. There was no waste left behind and left us with a much safer home than we began with. The sales rep was very nice and just doing his job, but I simply do not trust a company that goes to marketing extremes, insists that both homeowners are present, and FORCE us to watch a 2 hour video presentation, when we were already sold on the product. The high price of the product even after "discounts", plus the corporate arm-twisting, made us decide to get a few more estimates...and that is where it started to go down hill. We tried to cancel our policy within the 3 day window and found that we could not do so by phone or email, we were told we had to send it by telegram or drop it off at the headquarters over an hour away. It is absurd in this day and age not to allow us to email a scanned, signed cancellation! Nobody uses telegrams...I am surprised they did not suggest using a carrier pigeon. The regional mgr who would not answer our calls, only our texts, was evasive and made it difficult. We decided to drive to the headquarters and cancel and now we are using Home Depot for half the price.

We did research on hurricane windows prior to choosing Storm Tight Windows. Once Storm Tight came out and showed us the product we were extremely happy with the product and product knowledge. At no point did we feel pressure to commit to Storm Tight or commit to everything at once. Upon purchasing our first set of windows the company has keep us informed of every detail and status of the windows until the windows were installed. Afterwards, they still contacted us to ensure that we were satisfied with the quality and the process of the installation of the windows. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our new windows.

Storm Tight Windows Review

In June of 2017 while preparing for the hurricane season, I fell and tore the rotator cuff on my left shoulder. My wife and I put the shutters up and left a few days before Irma hit Port St Lucie. After returning home I was determined to have Storm Impact Windows installed. I had meetings with various window company salesmen and was dissatisfied with the games they played, because I asked very important questions that they couldn t give good answers to. Finally I met with the Storm Tight Windows salesman, and after hearing his pitch and viewing his live demonstration of the benefits and strength of the glass, we then purchased hurricane impact windows to replace every window in our home.
After 12 to 14 weeks an install date was set. The start of the installation was slow and rocky, and I became quite discouraged. After several phone calls to the office, the project got back on schedule.
We re very satisfied with the product and the installers, and without hesitation would recommend Storm Tight Windows to our friends and family.

I would give a negative 5 stars if I could...delayed the installation twice and now that they finally are here, it turns out "Chris" measured the main window wrong and it doesn't even fit! After reading all the reviews it looks like I am not alone when it comes to disgraceful customer service...i would ask for my money back, but it would probably be years before I saw any of it. They haven't even installed more than 1 window and i want my money back already. They're going to put a few screws in the window that doesn't fit and come back at another time...my story is to be continued.

Do not use Storm Tight Windows, they are a sexist and rude company! I called to make an appointment for new windows and doors. The represntative asked if I could choose style and agree to a contract price without my husband, I replied yes I was. He again asked three more times all of which I said I am the decision maker. Then I expressed my discomfort with his disbelief that a wife was capable of making this decision and he responded sorry it is company policy, and if I was to say I need to discuss with my husband than the person giving the bid wouldn t give me a bid. Then the appointment guy called me back and gave some rediculous story of a woman contracting them and then her husband coming home and canceling thus leaving them with a Windows they couldn t use...if someone contracts for a job and you have the materials then they legally owe you the money so either they need a new lawyer to write contract or they need to enforce their contract and not treat people badly based on one incident. I told the man I was callin many companies and was getting bids and seeing options for window types and would base MY decision on that, not what my husband wants (FYI he could care less as long as he doesn t have to put up shutters again).

The whole thing made me uncomfortable and sad that this day and age companies don t think that a woman can make decisions! I never made the appointment and never saw their work because of their sexist views.

The windows are of good quality, they look very nice installed and our home is much quieter since the installation.

We are very please with the estimate, company background information and our salesman walking us through this process for Dade County approved hurricane storm windows. Installation went smoothly. Workers were punctual, and meticulous.
Noise reduction increased. The house stays cooler and I feel safe.

Everything went according to plan and the project was completed when promised. The installers were great and communication from Storm Tight was very good.

Please do not waste your time with this company, because that is all you will be doing, wasting your time. The salesperson came out today for the presentation/estimate. First, measuring my windows and doors took approximately 20 minutes but, it took 3 hours for a B.S. presentation on "how they are so much better " than anyone else.
Basically, four times, yes four times more expensive than my highest estimate. But, they are willing to give you an instant 40% discount, blah, blah, blah.
So, dont waste your time, this is a bait and switch. They promise you a great product for a great deal, naw! You will be indebt paying another mortgage if you go with them.

The quality of the storm tight window is top notch. They really made extra efforts with their customer service when we had problems and eventually resolved them. We had our main window in the back of the house in our family room replaced which actually was three windows combined together. The sales experience was very good the representative came to the house at the scheduled time and went over all the information on the windows very thoroughly with us. It is really quite a product. Custom made only so no mass producing is done. My wife sketched out what she wanted it to look like and the salesman was able to specify the custom dimensions and design that very accurately reflected the vision for the window my wife had. It is expensive but you should be getting what you pay for and their higher standards were described and appeared to be in excess of other more mass produced brands of windows. We came to agreement and the salesman even put us in touch with their CEO Lee Brown on the phone who personally backed their company and their product and service and welcomed us to contact him if there should ever be a need due to problems or whatever.

The installation involved a messy demolition of the existing window. My biggest complaint was that they got broken glass all over the grass area outside the window and did not clean it up adequately with many small pieces of glass evident. My wife called me at work at about 3pm after she went out and looked at the backyard more closely. She told me I would need to get that cleaned up before we could let our dogs out in the backyard. I left work an hour early so I could get came home by 5pm when it was still daylight and got my shop vac out and vacuumed the entire area about 10 ft out from the window to make sure I got all the smallest pieces of glass . That took me about an hour and 15 minutes. It would ve been nice if they used a tarp or something to contain this. Well I was upset and when I was done I went inside and called Lee Brown. He apologized and said he d contact the installer who d contact me to come back. I said I already cleaned it up. The installer did call me shortly thereafter and said he had a 911 text about a problem. I explained to him and he said he would come by the next day( Saturday) The General Manager of the Deerfield office also called me that Friday evening and said he would come by himself on Saturday also.
The installer did come by Saturday morning. I explained to him what happened and how I cleaned it up and there really wasn t anything for him to do. He apologized and said that he d never been called back to a job ever before. He knew I was upset and told me he was sorry and that if I wanted to contact the office and file a complaint that I could do that. He left.
The Deerfield Manager came by a little later and we explained to him what happened, showed him video from our security cameras that showed the glass being thrown on the ground in the backyard grass and I gave him the debris I collected with my shop vac that had shards of glass in it at his request. He Apologized profusely and said that they should put tarps down and it was negligent of the installer not have done so. He also said he would use this information in their Monday morning training meetings to improve their practices and reinforce what should be done I felt somewhat appeased by the personal visits by both the installer and the manager recognizing this was not what normally happens.
The efforts made by them showed that they took this very seriously andwas a show of integrity professionally and personally which I appreciate.
Now a few weeks later my wife and I can sit in our family room and enjoy looking at our beautiful new window and feel more secure for next hurricane season and the problem we experienced has been forgotten and forgiven thanks to their extra diligent efforts to resolve our issue.

When it s all said and done they are DOUBLE The price of pgt winguards when all the specs and heat coefficients are similar. Hidden pricing schemes and used car type sales tactics where they just won t leave your home. For a company that touts itself as a we manufacture and install them cutting out the middle man they sure have the highest prices in the industry. One main selling point was direct access to the ceo during the presentation. The salesman even said you get the ceos phone number if there is a problem so I called bs and said oh yeah let s call him. Right as rain the ceo did not answer but he did call back and was very rude to the salesman saying he would discuss later why he was interrupted duRing his important meeting. (Newsflash mr Brown ceo don t make it such a huge part of your two hour sales pitch about your humble beginnings accessibility for problems and availability for customers to voice concerns if you can t even pretend to be interested on a ten second sales call). The windows do not save you money in the long run because the industry standard pgt winguard window is half the price and offers all of the same features and specs of storm tight products. One star for hidden pricing, deceptive sales tactics, and inflated prices compared to market standards. Also one star for the ceo who had a bad day and couldn t even take a ten second call when I had to listen to an hour of him blabbing about his humble beginnings in his sales piTch videos.

Great quality sliding glass doors. I have used this company in the past and use them each time I move and I also recommend them to others. Nice to have a reputable company that I can count on.
The installer did rip my porch screen and left a mess...... The quality of their work was less than passing..... Trying to resolve these several issues has been far harder and longer than promised!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sales personnel were very helpful in selecting the right options, the installation crew was on time, careful and amiable. Altogether a very professionally done job carried out by a group of really nice people.

These guys were Grade-A in professionalism and were absolutely as good as their reputation. Would recommend to anyone looking to get new windows.

Windows look good. Communication could be a lot better. Paint is chipped off screen for one of the windows. Waiting for storm tight to come out and replace it.

The installers were professional, and the office personnel extremely helpful, personable and professional. The windows live up to the sales promise! We cannot feel heat coming through and cannot hear mowers, garbage trucks, etc. They look amazing, and will look even better after the house is painted.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst company in the window industry, do not waste your time. Installation went horrendous the crew left my windows a greasy dirty mess. They installed my biggest opening wrong and it s taken over 6 months now and still hasn t been fixed. Every time they come they leave the job halfway done because the crew wasn t given the right instructions so they don t come prepared. Even though they know they have to reschedule, YOU the consumer must call them to reschedule anything. Nobody in the office is responsive so be ready to be on hold for long stretches or leave a bunch of messages. Also be prepared to pay extra filing fees that aren t disclosed till after the fact. Go in a different direction, any other direction but steer clear of this company.

Terrible company. Once they get your payment. They don't care about you anymore. Very poor quality. I was a professional installer and a few windows broke in my hands. Don't fool yourself.

I have had 11 windows and french doors installed at my house. I am very happy with the results of this product. The installers where very good and professional service. I'm 100%satisfied. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to have this done. J.B. Hammock

I purchased windows for my entire home because after extensive research Storm Tight Windows were far superior to the competition in my opinion. The process from start to finish has been exceptional and the personal follow up throughout the install was great. Couldn t be more impressed with the final install, the asthetic enhancement, and the security it has brought to my home. Highly recommend Storm Tight Windows.

Even though we ran into a few issues in the beginning with permiting, wrong side glass, incorect door handle and missing door frame and screws i will like to say that after my husband went and sat down with chris the manager. Chris came personally to take pictures of our complains/ incomplete work and he promissed to take care of them. I want to thank Chris, Marlene and maintenance guy Dave. We love Dave he was very professional and very nice he fixed all previous mistakes and made us feel like valued customers. My husband and i are now happy our windows and doors are excellent. Love the quality, love how they look and the product is great. Thanks Chris, Dave and Marlen for going the extra mile! When i buy my next house i will definitely reach out to u guys for my new home impact windows and doors.

I requested that someone would call me to get an appointment. After speaking with Bruce for 30
minutes, an appointment was made for the next day. He told me that someone would call me to confirm the appointment. Well, the second call took another 45 minutes and I was told that the appointment would take about 4 hours,

Quote. Thank God I cancelled the appointment. They really suck all of you time. It s like a time share presentation. My time is precious. I am not spending 4 hours with a sales person to get a quote for 3 windows.

Well worth the wait. Great products. Customer service is good quick to get appropriate answers. Installers were great. The installers we had went out of our way to make sure job was done right very clean and organized too.

Storm Tight Window has the best product on the market. Their steel reinforced frame for their hurricane impact windows is by far the factor that gives me the confidence that I am safe in my home and ready for any storm that nature has in store for us here in Florida. I love the fact the windows provide a sound barrier for the outside sounds (such as A/C condensers right under my window). I cannot hear a thing!!! Their installers were professional and completed the job in adverse weather conditions (92 degree heat), were courteous and cleaned up afterward very well. I received a call that next morning asking about my experience and any concerns I might have. I highly recommend Stormm Tight Windows.

Great product. The windows look great and the installers made sure to clean the area when they were finished. They came on time and finished promptly. It was refreshing that they had their own inspectors constantly checking the work and progress.

Storm Tight Windows did everything right starting with an awesome consultation! They came to my house and showed me the amazing quality of their windows and how they can improve my home. They had very competitive prices, and worked with me to get financing at a good rate. It took a little time for them to make the windows to fit my needs, and then they filed for the permits and everything. I did not have to worry about any of it. When it came to the installation, the installers were very nice and professional. They covered everything in my house to keep debris contained. When they were done after two days, you couldn't even tell they did major construction. The whole process was easy and smooth. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows. I am now saving money on my air conditioning, and I have piece of mind if we get a hurricane!

Do not give this company your business. They will not complete the work timely, will not return phone calls most of the time either. False advertising by sales person. Product received is damaged/defective. Management rushing to have paperwork signed with promises made but no results to speak of. Windows are still unsatisfactory 1 month after installation and can't get a call back. Window sill was not replaced either. Buyer beware you will not get what you pay for. Unless you are ok paying full price for sloppy damaged products, untimely work, and a serious lack of professionalism do not go with this company.

this is one professionally unprofessional company. From lying about having their own trained installers to when they will start and or finish the project. Office personal are savvy at stringing you along and blowing smoke with no communication amongst themselves. On one occasion I was told the salesmen no longer worked there only to be told he worked in another dept afterward. The windows were finished 3 months after date of contract... Only after I contacted them on the start day did they tell me the truck with my windows was broken down on the side of the road. NO Heads up? They said they'd send their warehouse manager to pick them up and bring them to me only to find he brought them from the warehouse and they would start the next day. I could go on...Steer clear of this outfit. I give two stars because at least the subcontractors were nice

This job was originally quoted at $36,000 for six windows, two doors and one sliding glass door. So after the big sales pitch on Cadillac windows and the pressure of this deal being off the table when I drive away we got a great $21,000 deal and we never got a break down on what each opening cost.The door is not installed properly and leaks water this is very poor workmanship for the money not to mention we couldn t even choose the doors that we wanted.We were told that Storm Tight did not manufacture the style doors we wanted but yet they installed doors from a company called RSL who do carry the doors we had asked for originally in fact they have a web site full of doors to choose from. I guess Storm Tight's factory must have ran out of doors? Well after all that we still have a door and a window that leaks water and was never fixed it is now over a year later, so much for Storm Tight !! it leaks when its just raining at my house. My experience is Storm Tight has very poor customer service unless they are selling you something.

From the presentation to the installation everyone was professional kept me informed and punctual. The team that installed my windows was awesome, they truly worked as a TEAM (Seann, Miguel & William) and were respectful of me and my home. Highly recommend !!!

The quality of the windows is superior to any other windows we looked at.The salesman explained all the features and all the expenses and there were no surprises.Allthe people we dealt with at Storm Tight were professional and helpful.The installers showed up on time and did a quality job and cleaned up completely when finished.I would recommend themin the future.

Their product seems of good quality. Nothing cheap in materials. As with any major remodeling project, there are hiccups along the way. No exception here. Storm Tight was accommodating to my schedule and the job was done in an expected and acceptable time frame. My old windows were a disaster, so these new windows have been quite enjoyable to use (opening and closing) with the nice "winter" weather. Looking forward to see how they help with energy costs in the summer months. I would definitely recommend them.

Trying to get service on that life time warranty is like trying to capture Bigfoot...
