In June of 2017 while preparing for the hurricane season, I fell and tore the rotator cuff on my left shoulder. My wife and I put the shutters up and left a few days before Irma hit Port St Lucie. After returning home I was determined to have Storm Impact Windows installed. I had meetings with various window company salesmen and was dissatisfied with the games they played, because I asked very important questions that they couldn t give good answers to. Finally I met with the Storm Tight Windows salesman, and after hearing his pitch and viewing his live demonstration of the benefits and strength of the glass, we then purchased hurricane impact windows to replace every window in our home.
After 12 to 14 weeks an install date was set. The start of the installation was slow and rocky, and I became quite discouraged. After several phone calls to the office, the project got back on schedule.
We re very satisfied with the product and the installers, and without hesitation would recommend Storm Tight Windows to our friends and family.
