After all that hours of presentation I decided to buy only my master bedroom windows which where definitely expensive. The installation it s being a disaster, the first day I lose at work waiting for them, they called and say that the truck was broken on 95, the second time one guy showed up with the windows and decided that he can t install the windows that day because he didn t know was a second floor and he need a scaffold and he will come back with it that day, of course it didn t happened but he left the windows in my house. So I got reschedule only to find out they where not showing up again because the installer ended going to a inpection, finally I told them or they get serious and install or they just send somebody to pick the damn windows out of my place!! So next morning I had 2 guys showing up With the scaffold (that they never used) and ready to install, but they where not wearing the company s T-shirt and I asked them if they where subcontractors and they said yes!! so I called the office to ask what a hell is going on?? They promised that the installers are not subcontractors but they are full of crab!! They told me this guys where the best installers in their company and said that they work for them, anyway!!!! I let them start the installation and when the job was done I checked and find out that the big window was forced to fit in and the vynil looks curved, of course that provoque that the window is very hard to open and one of the loocks don t work, i called again and a inspector showed up next day with the installers only to not listen what I was saying and putting spry on the reals to an easy open!! I mean is it a joke? The windows are new! It shouldn t have to need oil!! But after that they leave and put the stupid sign out my yard that say, another quality job done what??? Nooooo!!!
I try to call the owner but he never answer the phone so I email him, not answer yet, so I m just waiting here for somebody to come and fix the ugly job I have. The 1 star is because the windows are very beautiful and good quality. But the company suck!!! Stay away from them.
