Almost a year ago, I had purchased a holster from this company for a new pistol. After only a few draws from the holster, it was apparent something wasn't right. It seemed the holster was made from the wrong mold, and that wasn't the only problem. I had noticed that after only a few draws, it had scratched the nitron finish on the slide, as well as chipped the finish away on the trigger guard. After posting a review on Facebook about this, the owner of the company contacted me and was somewhat combative. Eventually, the owner became a little more apologetic, and even refunded my money without me even asking. However, little did I know, it would not end here.
Over the last nine months, I have been on the receiving end of insults and harassment because of my review. From direct responses to my review, to IM messages, it's just never ending. It's bad enough that the finish of a new pistol was ruined by a $70 holster, but now I get the added enjoyment of friends and followers of HolsterCo insulting and harassing me because I made the mistake of purchasing a holster here and sharing my experience.
So congrats, HolsterCo, not only did you fail at workmanship, but now you fail at professionalism as well.
Update; Just an hour after this very review was posted, the PM's on Facebook have been coming in. More of the same insults laced with profanity.

Local business are always some of the best to buy from. Having them make me 2 holster for 2 different guns and one of them is new to the USA and not well know and the amount of time and effort put into the holster is great. They want to make sure the holster they provide is going to be of upmost perfection and we will have to see how they look and feel once I get my hand in them. I will also be reediting once I get the holsters.

Miholsterco is top notch. Since I've obtained new gear from them, I've become more popular with the ladies, lost weight, gained 2" in length and 1" in girth, got a new high paying job, won local lottery, and bought some new guns just to put in holsterco holsters.
Michael is a great guy and one of the best in the customer service industry.
The only way I wouldn't recommend them is if they suddenly started supporting antifa or Hillary Clinton. I'm glad they don't. That would suck more than Bill Clintons mistress after buying a tub of lip gloss.

Made a holster for my STI double stack compact. Absolutely none of the big name places can do that. Use it every day.

Great customer service and fast response to emails...holster was amazing. Unfortunately the leather straps set the claw and holster down too low to effectively draw the gun. If you order definitely go with the hook and not the leather straps other wise the holster may end up in the drawer like mine is.

I recently became aware of HolsterCo after purchasing a CZ handgun. Michael and his team specialize in these (among others) and were a natural choice for me when I wanted a quality Kydex holster. The ordering process was quick and easy, the price was right, the time to delivery was quick and reasonable, and the quality of the product was outstanding. I have had nothing but positive repeat experiences with HolsterCo since ordering my first from them and would recommend them to anyone looking for good gear.

As to the negative comments left by another individual, everyone should keep in mind that the anonymity provided by the Internet make it very easy to be hyper-critical of others without putting any real skin in the game. Complaints are almost always loud and rise to the top. Praise rarely happens because happy customers often tend to be quiet customers.

The fact that customers are stopping to praise Michael and his team for their good work should tell you something: BUY WITH CONFIDENCE.

All of the holsters I have ordered from HolsterCo have had great fit, retention, and overall quality. It's a well published fact that kydex will wear on the slide, and there is a break in period of it conforming to your specific gun. Anyone who speaks otherwise isn't knowledgeable about holsters.

I would have to say this company is outstanding in every way.. I ordered a customer build holster from them and a few days after I ordered I wanted to change the color of the holster so I emailed them and they got back to me and told me the color difference is an additional 15.00 that I could pay through paypal. Well I'm not very good with computers or a smart phone and couldn't figure out how to make it work. Well needless to say I told them to just build it how I ordered it and ill be happy with that. Well they made the holster in the color I was going to change it to with no additional fee and shipped it right out. Ik it's not that big of a deal but to me it is. And I'm very very pleased with how the holster turned out and thankful I went to this company. I'll definitely recommend everyone I can to them and I will buy anything I need off of them for sure. Ordered a AIWB holster for my Glock 26- why not price was good. Then I learned the price included shipping- what? That made the deal a great buy. Then I got it. Great fit and finish. Sits great, rides in the belt nice- love it! So then I contacted them to make a custom one for a frame that nobody carries. They said "no problem", actually I think they were excited to see what I had and to tackle the task. So now- I just ordered 2 more AIWB's for other guns. Great job, HolsterCo!
