We purchased windows from Storm Tight and when they arrived on December 2, 2019 the order was incorrect because they sent frosted windows for our bedroom and a clear window for our bathroom. In our opinion this was an honest but avoidable mistake in the paperwork. We wanted privacy in our bathroom and wanted to be able look out our bedroom windows. The windows were installed as is until replacements could be manufactured. When the technicians brought the replacement windows two months later they had a frosted window for the bathroom and another set of frosted windows for the bedroom. How do you make the same mistake twice? My wife called yesterday to speak to a manager and I filed a complaint on their website and we haven't received a response from management. This company appears to have an excellent product but horrible customer service.
